The family who own and run this Pension are great hosts! We were made to feel very special and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The family that owns and runs this pension are fantastic. I’ve never experienced more considerate and generous host anywhere. Highly recommend
These are lovely people who are genuinely just nice people. They have run this pension for 40 years and its 3rd generation, all whom which still work their bar the Patriach Granfather whosed passed. The Matriach Grandma still works here at 92. Her daughter and husband run the place and do all the cleaning and cooking and daily chores along with their extremely helpful daughter. The pension is 200...
We stayed for one wonderful week, with 1 room for 3, and 1 double room for 1. Our hosts provided for everything, including delicious dinners, one a sushi dinner and the other a pork based dinner. Both were beautifully done and a great way to experience traditional Japanese food. As a bonus for skiiers the Inn was only about 200 yards from the Annupuri gondola and walking distance to a variety of...
Amazing place, the host family were really nice and made you feel very comfortable, it also close to the Annupuri ski area. Breakfast were included and it was delicious😊😊😊👍👍👍
This pension was a delightful find for our first trip to the Niseko ski area. It was about 200 yards from the Annupuri gondola and quad chair. Takeshi-san and Naoko-san were very gracious and helpful hosts. Breakfast (a variety, each day was different) was included and we arranged two dinners, one sushi based and the other pork based. Very enjoyable! They also have a selection of delicious homemade...

Super easy access to the slopes. Their dinner was excellent. Very relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful scenery in snow from the pension front room.
Incredible location relative to Annupuri gondola, delicious meals, no-frills but cozy and tidy accommodations, and amazing staff!
The main location is very close to the ski resort, which is an excellent choice at this price. The hotel sells ski tickets at a discount, cooperates with a ski equipment store (with pick-up and drop-off), and has Chinese-speaking staff, which makes communication very convenient. The overall service is also very good.
We stayed at Fryingpan for 5 nights and it was truly lovely. The shared bathrooms are very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast every morning was western style but delicious. A very short walk to the Annupurni gondola and lifts. Above all of the wonderful accommodations were the lovely people and staff we met while staying there. I cannot say enough good things about the hospitality...
The room is very unique. You must book a 4-person room, which is the kind of loft. There are ********* waiters who are very good at Chinese, English and Japanese👍. The boss is also very nice. It happened to be the peak season and there was a blizzard in Hokkaido, so all the buses to the airport were booked. The boss was very enthusiastic to help us check the bus to the airport, which was very nice...
When I booked, I was told that it was a public bathroom, so I didn't have much hope. But after entering the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised one after another. Three of the hotel's young ladies can speak Chinese, and we were able to communicate without any obstacles. First, I was shown around the hotel and learned about the public restrooms and toilets on the second floor, which were all very clean...

Decent accomodation option, good price, and the breakfast was great. A little out of town but they have shuttles. The beds however were really small, smaller than a single bed..
For this price, the location is excellent; it's about a 10-minute walk to the village of Hirafu. It's very quiet. The breakfast is very Western-style. A shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes. There's no onsen (hot spring), but you can use the onsen at the sister hotel, Vale. A noticeable problem is the poor soundproofing. The walls are okay, but the doors aren't soundproof.
We went during summer, so there wasn’t much to do around (not saying that it’s a bad thing). Hotel was clean, but you have to drive to get to this hotel. Toilet was big and spacious. Air conditioning had some issues on the first day but it somehow was fixed by the second night. It shouldn’t be an issue for most people since people only come here during winter.

Very good only 8 minutes from Hirafu, with Shuttle Bus transfer. Overall good! But in the morning to take a shower to open the water earlier, maybe lately too cold, D water not so quickly hot. Customer service is very good. Breakfast is average. 4 star hotel
The room is small thought the hotel is quite new and modern. Live the breakfast, has many options. The location is a bit far but hotel provides shuttle service.

The staff service is excellent, and the outdoor onsen is beautiful and very enjoyable. The only downside is that during peak hours, there are a lot of external visitors, but if you avoid those times, it's incredibly relaxing. There are limited food options both inside and nearby, so it's advisable to come prepared for that. The room was lovely, and the futons were very comfortable.
Breakfast is good, many varieties. Good service
Clean and quiet hotel with attentive staff. Check-in was smooth, and the room was well maintained. Would happily stay here again.
the onsen was surprisingly good.
You have to make your own bed. You also have to use the public bath for showering. However, the breakfast was excellent. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.
Very clean rooms, outdoor onsen some organic matter but mostly ok. Though they tried to close breakfast early on us one morning. 3 people including myself didn't get the full breakfast buffet. Parking is about 10 spaces or so. I went in late March, away from peak season so was enough.

Unbeatable location and stunning views of Mt. Yotei, but the experience was let down by cleanliness and service. For the high price, the room was underwhelming. The bathroom smelled damp/septic upon arrival, forcing us to use perfume to mask it, and the lack of clothing storage was frustrating for a long stay. The most disappointing part was the lack of flexibility. Despite staying 6 nights, they...
A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.
We had an excellent stay at Niseko Landmark View and would absolutely return. The location is outstanding, directly below the lift. Being able to walk out the door and onto the lift in minutes is a major advantage, especially in Niseko’s deep powder conditions. The apartments are modern, spacious, and very well maintained. Ours had floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of Mt. Yotei, a fully...
Front desk was very helpful and there’s ski rental within the hotel so it’s very convenient. It’s also a few metres away from the gondola.
The staff were positive and friendly, and worked hard to help me solve the problem of connecting the TV to Apple TV. Their English was also very good. The downside was that there was no air conditioning in the room, but there were fans available, and the price was a bit high.
Amazing accommodation with great views and superb kind staff. Close to HIRAFU gondola. No question, we will stay here again :)

Very clean and comfortable stay.
Very Nice cabin, great service also. The shuttlebus was a Nice feature to get to and from the town, and they even came and picked is up outside the pickup times one time. They had some great recommendations for dinners for us also. The cabin was nice and clean, with a washing machine which was practical
It was a very quiet place and the facilities were very clean. I felt it was a waste to only stay for 2 nights and 3 days. I would like to stay longer and relax.

Room is what you would expect for the price, with really nice view. Could use a bit more sockets and usb-c and it’s my only complaint during my 3 day stay. Movement is limited since you need to return the key every time you go out. The service crew is very friendly and polite, as you would expect from Japan.
We chose this hotel specifically for our skiing trip to Annupuri Ski Resort. It's super convenient, only about a 10-minute walk to the ski rental shop! However, there are absolutely no shops nearby. If you're not driving your own car like we were, it might be a bit inconvenient. But, there's a Niseko shuttle bus stop right in front of the hotel, which helps make up for it, though the schedule isn't...
My daughter and I arrived here for one night and found our stay very comfortable and luxurious, although it was only a brief visit. The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we were unable to add an additional guest for dinner that evening, who was also staying in the resort so instead we chose to cancel dinner and eat out all together. Similarly we were also unable...
The location is convenient. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Annupuri Ski Resort. Although the hotel is not big, the overall environment and sanitation are very good, especially the open-air bath, the scenery is beautiful and comfortable! There are not many rooms but they are enough. The breakfast buffet does not have many varieties, but the dinner is delicious! Will come again next time!
This hotel is in a remote place in Niseko, the terminal, far away from the core area, but I feel pretty good
My first choice during winter skiing. Great onzen and spacoius room. Only things wish to improve the meals as not many variety and menu always the same . Especially staying few days enjoying the same menu of dinner

Great place with great rooms with easy access to the slopes. The hot springs is a must and is extremely easy for foreigners to use. Would recommend for anyone wanting a cheap but pleasant stay in niseko.
This hotel was about a five-minute walk from the ski equipment rental shop and the ski resort. It also had a hot spring sauna, which was great!
The room is nice, there is a greenhouse to store ski equipment, hot springs to soak in, and it's a five-minute walk from the ski resort
The first time I went skiing in Hokkaido, I chose Niseko. We went there during the peak season and booked late. Niseko is a popular place, so it was hard to find a hotel that was actually available and reasonably priced. Many ski hotels with good value for money and close to the ski resorts were fully booked early, or they were luxury hotels that were several times more expensive. Finally, after looking...
We stayed in a Japanese-style room with bathroom, which was relatively new. The hotel is very close to the ski lift, on the cross street, which is very convenient for shopping at night. Hirafu Welcome Center is not far from the hotel, about 200 to 300 meters away. The room faces Mount Yotei. The public bath in the hotel has hot springs, which also face Mount Yotei. It is recommended to go there after...
I was very skeptical given that this is the “budget” option compared to the super expensive hotels and resorts in the area. Plus the pictures look pretty bad. But we booked last minute and it was either this or a 3x more expensive hotel. So we decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did!! Overall the hotel is old and gives grandma vibes. But it’s Japanese old and everything is super well maintained...

The location is fantastic, and it comes with breakfast and a hot spring. You can just ski right out of the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old, but the price is great, offering excellent value for money. It's also very close to the supermarket.
Amazing experience, all the staff was so nice and helpful. They really made me and my friend feel at home for my birthday week. Private onsen in the room, used it twice a day for 4 days. Ski in ski out, ticket booth right next to hotel. Couldnt have asked for anything more. 5 stars niseko prince for the win! Arrigato!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌
This is probably the cheapest ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko, and ski-in/ski-out is truly essential! Carrying ski boards uphill is just too tiring. Plus, there's a hot spring on the first floor of the hotel, which feels amazing.
The location is ideal, right in the center of town. However, getting to and from the slopes (ski-in/ski-out) requires navigating a very long and slippery staircase. The private hot spring in the room was a great perk.
This is the best choice for solo travelers looking for a quick in-and-out stay. Although it's been open for a while, the facilities and hot spring quality are still above the average for Japanese hotels. Do note that rooms are not cleaned daily, and the connecting staircase between the first floor and the family course is quite long, so please be careful.

Our stay at Miru Niseko was excellent - the staff there was incredibly helpful and arranged so many things for and answered all of our questions. Pretty spacious rooms, and convenient shuttle that goes into town and ski resort every 30 mins. The hotel staff were especially amazing. Superb hotel. Large rooms with massive bedrooms, warm, large bathrooms and dedicated laundry for every few rooms. If you book two rooms they connect through internal doors which is fantastic.
Fantastic experience here at Miru Niseko this Dec 2025. Staff were so helpful especially Yue Fei. Location was close by to Hirafu just a simple drive away, else they have regular shuttles. Excellent value for money! The view from the room was fantastic. We opened the window and saw a forest with a backdrop of white snow – such a great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. Just outside the hotel, you can see Hokkaido's Mount Fuji, also known as Mt. Yotei. It was incredibly beautiful, words can't describe it!
Nice 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Local rentals were great from Rhythm, which had a returns rack in the hotel ski storage room. Was a bit loud at night. So much snow. Note that some of the local convenience stores have all of your champagne and husbando needs covered.
For a three-star hotel, it's quite decent. The supermarket is a 5-7 minute walk, and cafes are about 10 minutes on foot, although there's also a cafe right in the hotel. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done.
