Location is a little bit away from the ski lifts but they do have a shuttle bus although I wish there were more bus timings.
Staff were friendly and helpful although not all speak English.
Buffet breakfast was nice. We tried the dinner on two nights and they were quite similar. Dinner was a bit on the expensive side so would not recommend eating there mutiple nights in a row due to the lack of variety. There is a small course section to the dinner and then a buffet but I’d prefer more of a kaiseki style course with quality over quantity.
Absolutely loved the live music every night from 7:39-8:30pm.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a bus that stops outside the hotel for travellers taking the coach from the airport/sapporo. The local bus to the train station also stops outside.
Onsen was a bit too hot for my liking but it was a nice size.

The cleanliness was just okay, not exceptionally good, because I stayed for 5 days and the room wasn't cleaned once. The facilities weren't great, but it offered pretty good value for money.

The location is quite remote, and it's inconvenient without a car.

hotel lobby looked very grand, but room was old style toilet had a constant pee smell but other than that everything was clean, and the hotel had a free shuttle bus to annipuri ski

Location is good for snowboarding in Annupuri Ski resort. The hot spring or Onsen is also great! The staff member are really helpful and kind.

However the room had a bad Oder, when we requested to change rooms, we found all rooms has bad Oder…. Which is troubling…
All the faculties except onsen needs payment. NOT FREE.

The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes are cold or room temperatureat best. The tea is amazing tho.

Enjoying the onsen in the hotel after a long day of skiing was so refreshing and soothing. Their breakfast was nice too with varieties and our room was so spacious, we enjoyed our stay there.

A Japanese-style traditional hotel in Niseko with a great location and easy access to Niseko and nearby ski resorts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay.
The breakfast buffet is decent and enjoyable, especially with the beautiful snowy view. The private family onsen is a bit old, but still usable.

My first visit in this hotel. I love the size of the room and the cleaniness. However, the bed is abit hard and the pillow is super hard. Requested to change to softer pillow but hotel staff said all pillow is the same.

Onsen is fabulous! Clean and spacious, with outdoor onsen as well. I go everyday.

Ski , free shuttle bus service to reach ski area around 15-20mins. There is a ski rental service inside the hotel as well.

Breakfast is ok, not alot of food available but the scenery is great! Especially every morning when snow flakes are huge and covered with snow everywhere, large window to view the scenery.

Would recommend as this hotel is quite near to ski area and the onsen. Would come back again
