Service: Professional service provided.
Facilities: Very modern.
However, there wasn't enough snow for skiing, so we couldn't ski anywhere.
The hotel didn't offer any compensation, and we had to drive to another ski resort (3.5 hours round trip). But trip.com was very helpful and resolved the issue for us.
In summary, the facilities were excellent, but the service and handling of the situation needed improvement. Overall, the experience wasn't very good.
