Booked 2 four bedroom condos Jan 21-28, 2026 and they were perfect in all ways. For our group of 8 older professionals. Joel provided very prompt and thorough communication throughout the whole search and finding the perfect place for us. Also provided great help in finding guides, cat skiing company, airport transportation, etc. Every member of our group was WOWED by how perfect the trip was in...
My kids and visited Niseko in Feb 2026 and the Holiday Niseko team was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Great selection of places and great help figuring things out on the hill. One thing I will note is that you have to book local trips / activities at least 2 weeks in advance.
Had an absolutely amazing time in Niseko again and a lot of that was through the ease of booking with Holiday Niseko. Fast and reliable emails with all the relevant information and constant communication until they drove us to the train station. Will definitely be using them for our future snowboard trips!
We are loyal clients of Holiday Niseko. On every occasion the team have made all aspects of our trip flawless, easy and enjoyable. Last January when we were holidaying in Niseko we had a mishap that was no fault of Holiday Niseko.. as soon as we contacted the team, everything was sorted brilliantly within the hour. Perin and Ashley were amazing and so understanding of all our family needs. We cannot...
Well organised company offering ski accommodation of high quality, budget accommodation, short walk from the ski lift. They will organise ski rental, ski pass, and airport-to-resort minibus transfer.
These guys were great and responsive to our questions as we were visiting for the first time. Can highly recommend.

The location is superb, an absolute paradise if you're an experienced skier! The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the outdoor hot springs are amazing!
The Hilton Niseko Village is a highly recommended resort hotel in Niseko, Japan, especially for ski lovers and nature seekers. It’s famous for true ski-in/ski-out access right next to the Niseko Village gondola, letting you hit the slopes with minimal effort. The hotel offers natural onsens (hot springs), multiple dining options, a fitness centre, spa and cosy lounges — perfect for unwinding after...
The hotel is clean, well located, and overall a very good place to stay. The service is pleasant and the staff are consistently kind and helpful. At the Ezo restaurant, the waiters are friendly and professional, but the service organization needs improvement. Better managerial coordination would make a clear difference. The hotel itself is a bit dated and could benefit from renovation, but it functions...
This was my second stay, and it's definitely the best ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko for value for money. It's right on the Niseko Village slopes. When the entire mountain is open, you can ski to the other three Niseko resorts, but it's not as convenient early in the season (like December) when not all areas are accessible. The outdoor onsen at the Hilton is absolutely stunning; on a clear day, you...
Lovely stay at Hilton Niseko. The ski in and ski out experience is definitely the best and it is right in front of the gondola and ski rental. Hope to visit here again.
The view is absolutely stunning. All facilities are complete. We will be back again.

The view from the room was really nice. The staff were super friendly. Highly recommended.
Every year, I choose Hilton Niseko Village and The Green Leaf Niseko Village. The service is excellent, and you can ski right from the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are very good, and the ski rental service is also convenient. I heard the hotel is closing for renovations after this ski season, so I'm looking forward to updated and improved facilities. Both Hilton and Green Leaf offer direct gondola access...
Great bar area, fantastic service there. Service providing transport details from the airport, was less helpful. Room nice, clean looks more dated than the photos.
The ski-in/ski-out access at the hotel is decent, but Niseko itself isn't really ideal for beginners. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so you'll mostly rely on shuttle buses to get around. Taxis are also hard to come by. It seems this hotel primarily caters to foreign guests, as many of them stay here and even the front desk staff are foreigners.
It was easy to ski around the resort and their service was excellent. Green leaf hotel is closer to their lift. Their food was great. If you want to have a delicious meal after skiing and have a great time, i would recommend this hotel and ski resort.
From the moment we pulled up to The Green Leaf, we felt incredibly welcome. The level of service here is personal and sincere; I was so impressed that the staff took the time to remember my name. It creates such a 'homey' and inviting atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. If you want a stay where you feel like a valued guest rather than just a room number, this is the place to be!

The hotel's location is super convenient, and they even offer free parking. The staff speak excellent English and were very clear in their explanations. My only complaint is that the parking area was very muddy, which made getting out of the car a bit messy.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They were awesome when we needed a lift to or from the Hilton to snowboard. We had a 2 bedroom appartment which was new neat and well-appointed. Washing machine Dryer Dishwasher kitchen. We will be back.
We had a great stay , the room is stunning and the staff are amazing ,very helpful and genuinely nice people we highly recommend it 🤩
Amazing staff and a great property. Super convenient to get to the base of Niseko Village and start your ski day from the Hilton gondola
We can not recommend this accom enough, it is so close to a great coffee shop, bus stops, and the slopes. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely be back!
We didn't. The staff is fantastic and SnowDog Village, our condo was really nice and the free shuttle to and from Niseko Village was helpful. Without a car, however, it was difficult to get to a market and restaurants. Also, there was a restaurant onsite at one time that was closed when we stayed. Very quiet and close to the slopes.

Comfortable apartment and convenient transfers available or provided by H2.
Kira Kira is located downhill of the Hirafu Welcome Centre. Transportation is provided during arrival and departure to and from the Welcome Centre. I am not too sure if the transportation can be arranged during they stay as I did not try this. The room was spacious and well suited my needs. It was comfortable. However, the water pressure and termperature for the shower can be much improved. The temperature...
We loved staying at Kira Kira Suites- the location was perfect for food options and access to the slopes. The staff were all really helpful and the studio apartment itself is modern and comfortable. Will definitely book with H2 Life again.
The apartment was very comfortable, modern, well appointed and had all the amenities needed. Great views too

The family who own and run this Pension are great hosts! We were made to feel very special and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The family that owns and runs this pension are fantastic. I’ve never experienced more considerate and generous host anywhere. Highly recommend
These are lovely people who are genuinely just nice people. They have run this pension for 40 years and its 3rd generation, all whom which still work their bar the Patriach Granfather whosed passed. The Matriach Grandma still works here at 92. Her daughter and husband run the place and do all the cleaning and cooking and daily chores along with their extremely helpful daughter. The pension is 200...
We stayed for one wonderful week, with 1 room for 3, and 1 double room for 1. Our hosts provided for everything, including delicious dinners, one a sushi dinner and the other a pork based dinner. Both were beautifully done and a great way to experience traditional Japanese food. As a bonus for skiiers the Inn was only about 200 yards from the Annupuri gondola and walking distance to a variety of...
Amazing place, the host family were really nice and made you feel very comfortable, it also close to the Annupuri ski area. Breakfast were included and it was delicious😊😊😊👍👍👍
This pension was a delightful find for our first trip to the Niseko ski area. It was about 200 yards from the Annupuri gondola and quad chair. Takeshi-san and Naoko-san were very gracious and helpful hosts. Breakfast (a variety, each day was different) was included and we arranged two dinners, one sushi based and the other pork based. Very enjoyable! They also have a selection of delicious homemade...

Super easy access to the slopes. Their dinner was excellent. Very relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful scenery in snow from the pension front room.
Incredible location relative to Annupuri gondola, delicious meals, no-frills but cozy and tidy accommodations, and amazing staff!
The main location is very close to the ski resort, which is an excellent choice at this price. The hotel sells ski tickets at a discount, cooperates with a ski equipment store (with pick-up and drop-off), and has Chinese-speaking staff, which makes communication very convenient. The overall service is also very good.
We stayed at Fryingpan for 5 nights and it was truly lovely. The shared bathrooms are very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast every morning was western style but delicious. A very short walk to the Annupurni gondola and lifts. Above all of the wonderful accommodations were the lovely people and staff we met while staying there. I cannot say enough good things about the hospitality...
The room is very unique. You must book a 4-person room, which is the kind of loft. There are ********* waiters who are very good at Chinese, English and Japanese👍. The boss is also very nice. It happened to be the peak season and there was a blizzard in Hokkaido, so all the buses to the airport were booked. The boss was very enthusiastic to help us check the bus to the airport, which was very nice...
When I booked, I was told that it was a public bathroom, so I didn't have much hope. But after entering the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised one after another. Three of the hotel's young ladies can speak Chinese, and we were able to communicate without any obstacles. First, I was shown around the hotel and learned about the public restrooms and toilets on the second floor, which were all very clean...
