Booked 2 four bedroom condos Jan 21-28, 2026 and they were perfect in all ways. For our group of 8 older professionals. Joel provided very prompt and thorough communication throughout the whole search and finding the perfect place for us. Also provided great help in finding guides, cat skiing company, airport transportation, etc.
Every member of our group was WOWED by how perfect the trip was in all ways....especially the dumping of snow we got for 7 days straight!!

My kids and visited Niseko in Feb 2026 and the Holiday Niseko team was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Great selection of places and great help figuring things out on the hill. One thing I will note is that you have to book local trips / activities at least 2 weeks in advance.

Had to cancel our trip because of an emergency surgery. We asked Holiday Niseko they could move the reservation with months and months of notice during the busiest time of the year to visit Niseko. Holiday Niseko could have easily refunded us or changed the reservation and probably made more money with a booking that was not 3 months in advance. Instead they offered zero solutions, zero refund, and will now have an empty room during the busiest time of the entire season. 0 stars for customer service. 0 Starts for flexibility for an emergency health situation.

I had the displeasure of staying at Ikigai by Holiday Niseko and managed by "Ashley" and "Dylan" which was infested with bugs and not just 1-5 bugs but 30+ bugs. When i communicated the issue with the owner's, they responded with "this is to be expected". If you are comfortable paying $600+ per night for a bug infested stay, this is the place for you. Also "Dylan" will try to threaten you to take down a bad review so uncertain how accurate their "reviews" really are.

Had an absolutely amazing time in Niseko again and a lot of that was through the ease of booking with Holiday Niseko.
Fast and reliable emails with all the relevant information and constant communication until they drove us to the train station.
Will definitely be using them for our future snowboard trips!

We are loyal clients of Holiday Niseko. On every occasion the team have made all aspects of our trip flawless, easy and enjoyable.
Last January when we were holidaying in Niseko we had a mishap that was no fault of Holiday Niseko.. as soon as we contacted the team, everything was sorted brilliantly within the hour. Perin and Ashley were amazing and so understanding of all our family needs.
We cannot recommend Holiday Niseko more highly. Completely trustworthy and sincere.

Well organised company offering ski accommodation of high quality, budget accommodation, short walk from the ski lift. They will organise ski rental, ski pass, and airport-to-resort minibus transfer.
