Great time at Terrazze. The room was very spacious and kept clean. Hotel staff were kind and very professional and responsive. Great locker area to store ski equipment with ample drying rack space to keep the boots and gloves dry for the next day. No complaints and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. Thomas was super helpful with our check in and out! The room and amenities were great! Nicely tucked away from the main areas so it was nice and quiet. The driver pickup/drop-off to and from the snow fields was also a game changer. Highly recommend!

Room is what you would expect for the price, with really nice view. Could use a bit more sockets and usb-c and it’s my only complaint during my 3 day stay. Movement is limited since you need to return the key every time you go out. The service crew is very friendly and polite, as you would expect from Japan.

We chose this hotel specifically for our skiing trip to Annupuri Ski Resort. It's super convenient, only about a 10-minute walk to the ski rental shop! However, there are absolutely no shops nearby. The location is convenient. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Annupuri Ski Resort. Although the hotel is not big, the overall environment and sanitation are very good, especially the open-air bath, the scenery is beautiful and comfortable! This is probably the cheapest ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko, and ski-in/ski-out is truly essential! Carrying ski boards uphill is just too tiring. Plus, there's a hot spring on the first floor of the hotel, which feels amazing.

The location is ideal, right in the center of town. However, getting to and from the slopes (ski-in/ski-out) requires navigating a very long and slippery staircase. The private hot spring in the room was a great perk.

This is the best choice for solo travelers looking for a quick in-and-out stay. Although it's been open for a while, the facilities and hot spring quality are still above the average for Japanese hotels. Do note that rooms are not cleaned daily, and the connecting staircase between the first floor and the family course is quite long, so please be careful.

Finally checked off my must-stay hotel! Getting to the hotel from Sapporo was easier than I expected. Zaborin offers a pick-up service from Kuch'an Station. The autumn scenery along the way was breathtaking. This adjective also describes the Michelin-starred dining experience; I personally preferred the breakfast, which was exceptionally refined.

A truly wonderful experience. The setting is private and the rooms feel nestled in the woodland. The service is friendly, polite and attentive. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the indoor and outdoor spring pools were a treat. The food was innovative and tasty with beautiful ingredients. Zaborin has entered into the ranks of one of my favourite ryokans in Japan. We visited in the midst of a very hot summer and even though the ryokan was not air conditioned and we were so warm the whole time (except in the room) we still enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Fantastic experience here at Miru Niseko this Dec 2025. Staff were so helpful especially Yue Fei. Location was close by to Hirafu just a simple drive away, else they have regular shuttles. Clean, peaceful and beautiful views. Walk to the lodges was also close by. Easy returns for Rhythmn rentals, and great locker storage near the lobby. Our family had a wonderful time.

Very satisfied with our stay in Kizuna. The kitchen allowed us to enjoy cooking local fresh produce. It’s nice to have the beautiful view of Mountain from the living room. The staff were also friendly. We’d love to come again for the next visit.

We had a hiccup a few weeks ago when we visited, the driver of the van did not pick us up on time at the station so we had to walk with our luggage and board bags to the hotel in the pouring snow. Excellent value for money! The view from the room was fantastic. We opened the window and saw a forest with a backdrop of white snow – such a great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. Just outside the hotel, you can see Hokkaido's Mount Fuji, also known as Mt. Yotei. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Local rentals were great from Rhythm, which had a returns rack in the hotel ski storage room. Was a bit loud at night. So much snow. Note that some of the local convenience stores have all of your champagne and husbando needs covered.

For a three-star hotel, it's quite decent. The supermarket is a 5-7 minute walk, and cafes are about 10 minutes on foot, although there's also a cafe right in the hotel. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done.

I stayed in the 5th floor penthouse with a private terrace and great view. It is not ski-in ski-out but the bases are at walking distance in about 10 minutes. The check in is done at another sister hotel a bit of a uphill walk so take your taxi directly there on arrival.

A top place to stay in Hirafu, Niseko. Excellent location, and staff could not be more helpful and assisting. Studio room 402 has great views up towards the ski slopes. Modern and well equipped, I would choose to stay here again.

MUSE Niseko is a beautiful, new and modern apartment-style hotel that comes complete with a king size bed, mini-kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer and a huge bathroom and shower. Enjoyed a nice long stay at Freedom Inn, the staff helped ensure I had a restful stay, and provided transportation to Hanazono for access to the slopes. For a small service fee the staff will pick up a take-out dinner for you if you would prefer to eat dinner at the hotel after a long day on the mountain.

This is a magical house in a great location. Highly recommended for a fun and comfortable stay in Niseko. The kitchen is great. We bought groceries from the supermarket in Kutchan (lucky is better than Coop) and catered some fabulous apres ski meals using the gorgeous Japanese dishes.

There are 13 beds on two floors, a quadruple room, a triple room with a bunk bed, a double room with a bunk bed, two double rooms, and a living room for 17 people. Convenient transportation, walk to the feeder station no. 6 two minutes, walk to the hot spring for three minutes.

Warm and Cozy house. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 powder room downstairs and big living room connected with kitchen and dinning table upstairs. You can park up to 2 cars in front of the house. 10 minutes walk to “Bang Bang”, one of the best restaurant in town.
