Except for no dinner (maybe there were too few guests), other aspects such as accommodation (suitable for both breakfast and lunch), food (suitable for both breakfast and lunch), and bathing (you can bathe while gazing at the sea and daydreaming) are all satisfactory.

Everything was pretty good. It was quiet and not too crowded, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. My only regret is not trying the soaking tub in the room because the wooden rim around the drain was visibly moldy, which put me off using it.

We booked a traditional tatami room, which meant we had to lay out the futons ourselves. The bathroom facilities were on the first floor. They offer three free private onsen baths and a communal one. The JR station is about a 10-minute walk away.

This hotel has a unique inclined elevator, like a mountain cable car, which is something you don't see in many places. There are also foot massage machines next to the lobby on the first floor, so you might want to give them a try if you have the chance.
