Ito, 572-12 Kataiwa, Yukawa, Ito-shi, Shizuoka 🧭 Map
A large tourist hotel retaining the atmosphere of the 1950s to 1960s, when group trips to hot spring resorts were popular.
It enjoys considerable name recognition in the Tokai region, partly due to its commercials.
This time, I joined a group tour specifically lured by the chance to stay here.
◆Room
View of the sea, slightly toward the road side. It was on the 12th floor.
Three power outlets. No free...
The rooms are lovely and the ocean view is beautiful. There are a lot of food options for all tastes at dinner and a very fun magic show while you eat. A great experience for us as visitors from overseas
A will also give a mention to Ramayaji, who was very helpful and welcoming at the front desk. He helped us feel very comfortable and answered all of the questions we asked with kindness - a very good...
A couple will stay at the "Oceanfront Corner Room Plan" on Thursday, March 27, 2025. A long time ago, I stayed here for one night when my workplace rented it out for 1,000 people, and this is the first time I've stayed here since then. Currently, you can stay overnight on Saturdays and during busy periods (when schools are on long holidays), and the day spa seems to be operated in the same way, so...
So retro! My husband had great memories at this hotel when he was a boy, especially of the aquarium in the bath area. So we decided to take our son.
It’s so retro and they even use the original song during the evening dinner show.
The food was okay. I like that they even had self service nabe. I’ve never experienced that before in a hotel buffet service.
They set up your futon during dinner. So...
The location needs quite a walk from nearest foods and town center, nevertheless rooms are great, peninsula view is amazing! Certain things can be improved though, like dining hall for meals, esp breakfast. Use of carpets can risk smell for the long term as well
The food was very good. The only disappointing thing was that even though it was Golden Week, there were mosquitoes everywhere in the large building that had overwintered, and my child was bitten by many of them. It was a shame that he was covered in insect bites at the end of April. Mosquitoes also came into the room from the hallway when the door was opened and closed. I killed 10 of them. Also,...

The dinner buffet and breakfast were both delicious.
The bath temperature and the open-air bath were very pleasant.
From the hotel room, we could see the sea in the distance.
The food was delicious, and the bath was clean and relaxing.
The staff were also very friendly, making for a wonderful trip.
The food at the buffet was delicious.
The simmered golden-eyed snapper was especially good.
I was also happy that there was cake and Häagen-Dazs for dessert.
Because it is a popular hotel, there were a lot of people, so we couldn't relax as much as we wanted. It might be a good idea to have additional parking during busy periods. I thought the alcoholic drink bar was a good idea.
Facilities: The room is not too small and spacious for a family of three. The windows are large and the lighting is good. But the corridor smelled very musty. Fortunately, the musty smell was not obvious in the room. The ceiling and cabinets in the room are quite old and have mold spots. The table is very old.
Cleanliness: The tables in the room were not wiped clean. The floor wasn't clean enough...

The hotel has a great view, overlooking the sea, and features a golf course, a large lawn, a swimming pool, and a clean hot spring with pleasant air. It's a very nice hotel.
The hotel environment is fantastic, with vast lawns and the sea right outside. The outdoor hot springs offer views of the sea and the moon, and the hot springs are amazing. The facilities are also excellent. The hotel's interior decor is a bit dated, but the rooms are quite spacious!

A century-old hotel with charming scenery, coupled with the blessing of Fuji Golf Course, one of the top 100 golf courses in the world, it is a legendary experience.
The hotel is great, with beautiful scenery and elegant environment. I played golf for two days and enjoyed it. The hotel has a long history and good service.
First-line sea view room, good service attitude, breakfast is available in Western and Japanese! The hot spring pool has good water quality and elegant environment! The 9-hole sea view golf course is a good choice for business and leisure!

The facility is old, but it is clean. The lounge was nice and clean. I was happy to see a Refa hair dryer in the bathroom.
My parents and I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room, which was spacious and relaxing. The large public bath was large enough, but it was quite crowded in the morning. The freshly grilled dried fish for breakfast was delicious. The staff were also considerate and left a good impression.
Facilities: The hotel is new and has a large hot spring, exceeding expectations for a hot spring experience.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and the rooms are spacious.
Environment: The surrounding environment is beautiful, with a small river nearby.
Service: Excellent service, highly recommended.
The room is much bigger than I thought. The facilities are very complete but I didn't have time to experience them. It is suitable for a leisurely vacation.
The hotel is a bit far from the train station. It takes more than ten minutes to walk, and you can transfer to the bus for about 200 ¥ and you can reach the nearby area in a few minutes. But there is a very beautiful river next to the hotel, with long walking trails on both sides. Those who like creek water will enjoy it. Not far away, there are still hand-made coffee, ramen shops, and other shops...
I booked with breakfast included! They had Japanese, Western, curry, and local cuisine, and everything was delicious so I ate a lot!! 😋💕
The room was very clean and I had a comfortable stay.
The hot spring on the top floor was also very good!
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

An older hot spring hotel with a sense of age, but the facilities are well maintained. It includes breakfast and dinner buffets and free drinks. It has a good value for money. Most of the guests are elderly Japanese people.
There was no parking fee, and the receptionist came to the parking lot to greet us. Check-in was also smooth and we were very satisfied.
The toilet and bathroom were separate, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, and was delicious.
Should give 2 room keys
No coffee in the morning
Overall is good
The location is excellent, close to the famous Orange Beach. It was a very satisfying trip.
The room is large, and it's within a 10-minute walk from Riyi East Railway Station, so transportation is convenient. Dinner is quite rich, breakfast is just average. Overall good value for money.

A truly wonderful experience for me and my friends. The onsen facilities are top-notch, especially the outdoor bath where you can enjoy the warm mineral water in the cold weather. Having a private onsen in our room made our stay even more special. The hotel is very private and peaceful. Highly recommended, and thanks to Trip.com for the great suggestion!
Everything was pretty good. It was quiet and not too crowded, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. My only regret is not trying the soaking tub in the room because the wooden rim around the drain was visibly moldy, which put me off using it.
It is near the train station and with many restaurants around the hotel. We booked the in room Onsen and loved it so much!
Rooms are huge and clean! Great service where they helped to push our luggage to the room. Car park is one min walking distance away. Some food options within walking distance.
The hotel is great, quite convenient, and you can choose rooms with private hot springs.
We booked a traditional tatami room, which meant we had to lay out the futons ourselves. The bathroom facilities were on the first floor. They offer three free private onsen baths and a communal one. The JR station is about a 10-minute walk away.

Great amenities and large public bath. Nice tea area in the room with ocean view. Also comes with a lot of free services including drinks at the lounge and free bowling at the nearby building. Got into a bit of a situation of not being able to have dinner since the only single non-reservation restaurant was completely full but the staff helped us make a last-minute reservation. No complaints overall
The service here was actually problematic for a hot spring inn. They didn't even make up the futon beds for us. I had to call and ask them to, and even then, they didn't do it. They just opened the closet where the futons were stored, basically implying I should make the bed myself. The facilities are a bit old, but the location and views are great, and breakfast was good. Dinner was a bit simple....
The hotel was kind enough to let us move our dates. The trip was very relaxing, the food was more than what we expected for a breakfast buffet. The sights were stunning, I would urge everyone to book the private onsen for sure! There is a free shuttle bus going to and from the station so it is very convenient for foreigners.
It was a very nice stay at the hotel, location is convientent. Close to the tourist spots
Hope to be back next year! Nice place to Relax!
The place is amazing. Really like the room, big space with good Japanese tatami decorations.

The roast beef was delicious! I had seconds and seconds! The private open-air bath was also great! I was able to eat ice cream after my bath, and after relaxing in a foot bath outside, I had some pork soup to cool down my slightly chilled body and slept soundly!
I didn't know what I was getting into as my brother booked the trip, but here's been there several times. I must say the whole experience was fantastic! Clean, beautiful onsen sceneries, decorative art, lots of fun stuff to do. There are free drinks & snacks in almost every public area, their included meals are delicious and have a nice variety of new foods I wanted to try, and they were all excellent...

This hotel is located in the Akasawa area, between Izu Kogen and the Izu Okawa River. You'll need to walk along a small road to get there, making it more suitable for those traveling by car. Each room is essentially a small building, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. You can buy groceries from a convenience store or supermarket. Highly recommended for those who are afraid of mosquitoes.
I thought the hotel was generally good, but I felt that the roads to the front desk and the hot springs were dark at night. I also felt that the accommodation fee was high for just two adults.
The room was great and the environment was nice.
There is a quiet and private space. The hot springs are drawn from the source of Atagawa. The quality of the spring is very good. As it is a cottage type, you can have your own meals in the room. WiFi is free, but you can borrow it at the front desk in advance. I was able to spend a relaxing time, so I felt like staying for consecutive nights.
We stayed overnight at E-4 Cottage on December 11th. It was convenient because it was right from the reception building. Upon arrival, the cottage was air-conditioned and warm. At first, the setting is 28 degrees, and I think 20 degrees is fine. The cottage has a high ceiling, but there are steps in the living room and bedroom. wifi cannot be used. The hotel is located in a rather remote area, but it's not a problem if you have a car. The nearest convenience store is downhill, which can be inconvenient if you don't have a car. Overall, it's a good hotel.
Suitable for self-driving people to stay, the scenery outside the room is beautiful, but it was raining at that time and I couldn't go out to enjoy it. The house is large, the hot spring is good, and the breakfast is a surprise (I saw the comments before that it was sandwiches).
The hotel is situated on a hillside, and the environment is pleasant. However, you'll need to take a taxi to get up there.
Beautiful location with sea views. However, you'll need a car as it's somewhat remote. Very large rooms.

The onsen is very nice and the golf course view is amazing, however we just have a quick sleepover so didn’t enjoy must of what the hotel has to offers. We choose here for the price value and proximity to the central part of Ito for restaurants...
The location is a bit remote, on the mountain, but there is a parking lot. It is highly recommended for friends who drive by themselves. Although the setting is relatively old, it is cheap, clean, and very quiet. There is a golf course downstairs, which can provide golf entertainment. The hotel also has hot springs for soaking
This is my third time staying here for work. I know it's not fair to compare them, but compared to modern business hotels, this hotel feels outdated. I was satisfied with the food, the large public bath, and the location.
This golf resort is located in the mountains. Transportation is a bit inconvenient, so we drove there. The hotel hasn't been renovated for a long time, and the facilities are very old. There's no WiFi. The hotel is in a great location, with views of Mount Fuji and Mount Omuro.
