The dinner buffet and breakfast were both delicious. The bath temperature and the open-air bath were very pleasant. From the hotel room, we could see the sea in the distance.
The food was delicious, and the bath was clean and relaxing. The staff were also very friendly, making for a wonderful trip.
The food at the buffet was delicious. The simmered golden-eyed snapper was especially good. I was also happy that there was cake and Häagen-Dazs for dessert.
Because it is a popular hotel, there were a lot of people, so we couldn't relax as much as we wanted. It might be a good idea to have additional parking during busy periods. I thought the alcoholic drink bar was a good idea.
Facilities: The room is not too small and spacious for a family of three. The windows are large and the lighting is good. But the corridor smelled very musty. Fortunately, the musty smell was not obvious in the room. The ceiling and cabinets in the room are quite old and have mold spots. The table is very old. Cleanliness: The tables in the room were not wiped clean. The floor wasn't clean enough...

The hotel has a great view, overlooking the sea, and features a golf course, a large lawn, a swimming pool, and a clean hot spring with pleasant air. It's a very nice hotel.
The hotel environment is fantastic, with vast lawns and the sea right outside. The outdoor hot springs offer views of the sea and the moon, and the hot springs are amazing. The facilities are also excellent. The hotel's interior decor is a bit dated, but the rooms are quite spacious!
Good service Great view Large room Good facilities Clean room
A century-old hotel with charming scenery, coupled with the blessing of Fuji Golf Course, one of the top 100 golf courses in the world, it is a legendary experience.
The hotel is great, with beautiful scenery and elegant environment. I played golf for two days and enjoyed it. The hotel has a long history and good service.
First-line sea view room, good service attitude, breakfast is available in Western and Japanese! The hot spring pool has good water quality and elegant environment! The 9-hole sea view golf course is a good choice for business and leisure!

The facility is old, but it is clean. The lounge was nice and clean. I was happy to see a Refa hair dryer in the bathroom.
My parents and I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room, which was spacious and relaxing. The large public bath was large enough, but it was quite crowded in the morning. The freshly grilled dried fish for breakfast was delicious. The staff were also considerate and left a good impression.
Facilities: The hotel is new and has a large hot spring, exceeding expectations for a hot spring experience. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the rooms are spacious. Environment: The surrounding environment is beautiful, with a small river nearby. Service: Excellent service, highly recommended.
The room is much bigger than I thought. The facilities are very complete but I didn't have time to experience them. It is suitable for a leisurely vacation.
The hotel is a bit far from the train station. It takes more than ten minutes to walk, and you can transfer to the bus for about 200 ¥ and you can reach the nearby area in a few minutes. But there is a very beautiful river next to the hotel, with long walking trails on both sides. Those who like creek water will enjoy it. Not far away, there are still hand-made coffee, ramen shops, and other shops...
I booked with breakfast included! They had Japanese, Western, curry, and local cuisine, and everything was delicious so I ate a lot!! 😋💕 The room was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. The hot spring on the top floor was also very good! I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

An older hot spring hotel with a sense of age, but the facilities are well maintained. It includes breakfast and dinner buffets and free drinks. It has a good value for money. Most of the guests are elderly Japanese people.
There was no parking fee, and the receptionist came to the parking lot to greet us. Check-in was also smooth and we were very satisfied. The toilet and bathroom were separate, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, and was delicious.
Should give 2 room keys No coffee in the morning Overall is good
The location is excellent, close to the famous Orange Beach. It was a very satisfying trip.
The room is large, and it's within a 10-minute walk from Riyi East Railway Station, so transportation is convenient. Dinner is quite rich, breakfast is just average. Overall good value for money.

Hot spring is nice and the restaurant is good
Staying at Komenoi is a great choice when visiting Mount Omuro. A taxi ride costs 2500 JPY, and it's 1600 JPY to Jogasaki Coast. The hotel has an onsen (hot spring bath) and a snack and drink bar for guests to enjoy. They also offer a shuttle service to and from Izu-Kogen Station. I'll definitely choose Komenoi again next time I come to see Mount Omuro with its matcha-like greenery.
Beautiful property and convenient to get to with a car. Service was good and facilities wonderful.
Izu Kannon Onsen: The decor is modern, and the lobby has a self-service water bar with aesthetically pleasing coffee and fruit wine. The lobby directly faces the hotel's most stunning view, with an infinity pool reflecting the blue sky and white clouds, and the clear blue sea not far beyond, with faint glimpses of distant islands. The restaurant is on the third floor, offering sea views just like the...
A very pleasant stay. Love it!
The hotel's location is superb, with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset right before your eyes. The all-day complimentary self-service drinks are fantastic. You can relax by the terrace pool, sipping and chatting. Breakfast is very substantial. The desserts and drinks made from local apples are fresh and delicious. The quality of the dinner and breakfast was excellent, and the food was delicious, not just the live kitchen. The beer, wine, and whiskey were also of high quality.
I visited with my family and took my 89-year-old mother, who has some mobility issues. We had contacted them in advance, so they provided a wheelchair, and since it was raining, they also provided a covered parking space, which was very helpful. In addition to the hot springs, there was a wide variety of food, and I was surprised that my mother, who usually has a small appetite, ate so much. They also...
Hotel setup is modern with spacious room and western beds. There are several options for hot baths. Dinner and breakfast are both buffet style which offered great selections. There’s also free beverages, including alcohol. Great for relaxation in the hotel.
There's a shuttle bus service from the station. The hotel is located on a hill, offering panoramic sea views. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The buffet dinner and breakfast are delicious. The onsen (hot spring) area is nice and not crowded, perfect for relaxation.
The hot springs were also very pleasant and enjoyable!
I thought the hospitality of the hotel staff was wonderful. Both staff members offered to take photos for me, and everyone greeted me with a smile at the buffet, so I was able to spend a very pleasant time. I would definitely use the hotel again.

The hotel facilities are excellent and the service is great. The location is a bit out of the way, and the shuttle bus schedule is quite limited. Also, the nightly menu rotation is rather uninspired. I'd recommend staying one night, but not multiple days in a row.
Everything is great, onsens are nice, food is delicious and plenty. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Room is beautiful.
Our first experience staying at a traditional hotel was a success! The room with its own outdoor hot spring exceeded expectations. Dinner and breakfast were amazing and varied. The staff was polite and friendly.
We were very satisfied with both the room and the service. I highly recommend booking a package that includes both breakfast and dinner to experience the full Japanese service. For families or couples, after checking in, you can use the in-room phone (dial 8) to reserve a 50-minute private family bath session with the front desk. The only hotel that I stayed at in Japan did not have an electronic bidet seat. It had an amazing view from your window. But it is really old hotel… wall paper from hallway has been peeing off.
The hotel is aged but the price was bargain when we booked. The rooms are very spacious but again the furnishings does shows history, it’s still clean nevertheless. The onsen is very nice and the golf course view is amazing, however we just have a quick sleepover so didn’t enjoy must of what the hotel has to offers. We choose here for the price value and proximity to the central part of Ito for restaurants...
The location is a bit remote, on the mountain, but there is a parking lot. It is highly recommended for friends who drive by themselves. Although the setting is relatively old, it is cheap, clean, and very quiet. There is a golf course downstairs, which can provide golf entertainment. The hotel also has hot springs for soaking
This is my third time staying here for work. I know it's not fair to compare them, but compared to modern business hotels, this hotel feels outdated. I was satisfied with the food, the large public bath, and the location.
This golf resort is located in the mountains. Transportation is a bit inconvenient, so we drove there. The hotel hasn't been renovated for a long time, and the facilities are very old. There's no WiFi. The hotel is in a great location, with views of Mount Fuji and Mount Omuro.
The hotel is located on a mountain golf course, making transportation difficult. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but it's infrequent and difficult to catch. Therefore, you need to hike about 3 kilometers to get back to the hotel. Consider your stamina and the weight of your luggage if you're staying here. Those with limited stamina should be cautious. Very nice onsen. Room has some stains, outdated bathrooms that had persistent lingering odors. Too pricey for what it was and the location honestly, but the hotel itself was decent.
Comfortable hotel to stay in Ito. Just next to the supermarket so that grocery shopping can be very easy.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. Best helpful people, great onsens and authentic atmosphere. Highly recommend.
It’s a traditional style onsen hotel, the decoration is a bit too old compared to the photos of the official website though I think it has been renovated. The onsen was okay and didn’t look clean because of the old renovation. The toilet inside the room had a bad smell.

Amazing ryokan! Located conveniently close to the railway station it blends into local woods with its many small villas and paths. The room was nice and had our own balcony looking out to the woods. There was no lack of amenities, futons were comfortable, AC worked just fine, and the wi-fi connection was probably the best we've encountered in Japan. We've tried 3 of 9 private baths and all of them...
We just finished a day stay and was not convinced at all. Our tour operator suggested to stay there but in my mind there are much better Ryokan. Unbelievably tranquil and wonderful service. The hot springs were amazing to enjoy and trying the traditional food was lovely. ...
It's a great place to relax and enjoy with a small or large group. The midnight noodles were delicious! The illuminations were also a 10-minute drive away, so we enjoyed them.
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and it is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are all friendly especially Ms Lee, who speaks English very well . She was very helpful and friendly and so other the other staff at the reception . It is a customer friendly hotel . Highly recommended . Breakfast and dinner is excellent.
The room was spacious and I was able to relax. The food buffet was not enjoyed at all because even though the food had run out, it was not replenished. Also, the parking lot is small and only one car can be parked per room. I would like them to improve this.
Our family of six shared a room. The room consisted of two bedrooms and a tatami room where we slept on futons. However, the living room was unnecessarily spacious, and I think 30 tatami mats was more than enough. The kitchen was fully equipped and had basic tableware. There was a bath in the room, but there was also a large hot spring bath in a separate building where you could take a leisurely bath...

Great amenities and large public bath. Nice tea area in the room with ocean view. Also comes with a lot of free services including drinks at the lounge and free bowling at the nearby building. Got into a bit of a situation of not being able to have dinner since the only single non-reservation restaurant was completely full but the staff helped us make a last-minute reservation. No complaints overall
The service here was actually problematic for a hot spring inn. They didn't even make up the futon beds for us. I had to call and ask them to, and even then, they didn't do it. They just opened the closet where the futons were stored, basically implying I should make the bed myself. The facilities are a bit old, but the location and views are great, and breakfast was good. Dinner was a bit simple....
The hotel was kind enough to let us move our dates. The trip was very relaxing, the food was more than what we expected for a breakfast buffet. The sights were stunning, I would urge everyone to book the private onsen for sure! There is a free shuttle bus going to and from the station so it is very convenient for foreigners.
It was a very nice stay at the hotel, location is convientent. Close to the tourist spots
Hope to be back next year! Nice place to Relax!

My first time here at this very quaint and traditional ryokan onsen! Amazing hospitality service from the staff! Food was so good! And the outdoor private onsen was super relaxing! Our experience was not the least bit dampened by the rains! We will be back!
Beautiful view from outdoor spa.
The perfect getaway for a short vacation. The rooms are limited but it is definitely worth it. Each room comes with a private backyard and hot spring. To top it off, the view is amazing and overlooks the ocean. The food and service was also amazing. A lot of food but it was too good to leave left overs. Few of the staff speak english as well so that was reassuring.
Amazing view of the ocean with a superb outdoor onsen. The food was plentiful. We liked the traditional style of the rooms.

This hotel is located in the Akasawa area, between Izu Kogen and the Izu Okawa River. You'll need to walk along a small road to get there, making it more suitable for those traveling by car. Each room is essentially a small building, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. You can buy groceries from a convenience store or supermarket. Highly recommended for those who are afraid of mosquitoes.
I thought the hotel was generally good, but I felt that the roads to the front desk and the hot springs were dark at night. I also felt that the accommodation fee was high for just two adults.
The room was great and the environment was nice.
There is a quiet and private space. The hot springs are drawn from the source of Atagawa. The quality of the spring is very good. As it is a cottage type, you can have your own meals in the room. WiFi is free, but you can borrow it at the front desk in advance. I was able to spend a relaxing time, so I felt like staying for consecutive nights.
