Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Ito Hotel New Okabe, Ito1 / 20
8.2
Ito, 2-1-1, Sakuragicho 414-0013 Japan 🧭 Map
Because it is a popular hotel, there were a lot of people, so we couldn't relax as much as we wanted. It might be a good idea to have additional parking during busy periods
One of the best dinners we have ever tasted. For the price of 2980yen + tax, we are offered with onsen hot springs for 1hr and all you can eat sushi dinner buffet for 3. 5 hrs starting from 1700 to 2030hrs
I thought the alcoholic drink bar was a good idea
Facilities: The room is not too small and spacious for a family of three. The windows are large and the lighting is good. But the corridor smelled very musty. Fortunately, the musty smell was not obvious in the room
Service: The service is very good and very welcoming. The buffet is not bad, but the seasonings are heavy on salt and MSG. Overall, this store has good value for money
The food at the buffet was delicious. The simmered golden-eyed snapper was especially good. I was also happy that there was cake and Häagen-Dazs for dessert.

Rooms feel like history gave you a hug. Service? So polite, I felt like royalty with bedhead. Yes, it's a bit pricey—but so is time travel, and this place is basically 1930s luxury in HD
A hotel with history and great service, excellent food, making me giving it break for it's aged furnishing room.
The hotel has a great view, overlooking the sea, and features a golf course, a large lawn, a swimming pool, and a clean hot spring with pleasant air. It's a very nice hotel.
The hotel is great, with beautiful scenery and elegant environment. I played golf for two days and enjoyed it. The hotel has a long history and good service.
First-line sea view room, good service attitude, breakfast is available in Western and Japanese! The hot spring pool has good water quality and elegant environment! The 9-hole sea view golf course is a good choice for business and leisure!
I couldn't see the hallways as they were being renovated, but the lobby was wonderful and the open-air bath overlooking the Izu sea was the best. Unfortunately, the main dining room was also under renovation

Buffet breakfast was the most satisfying meal with a good variety. You can walk or take a taxi to Jogasaki Coast
I'd stay here again next time I visit. The hotel offers a shuttle service from Izu Kogen Station, but it's infrequent. To catch it: After exiting Izu Kogen Station, turn right and walk to the bus stop
Since it was close to closing time, there were drips of soup all over the inside of the bowl, which looked a bit sloppy. Thankfully, the taste was quite good
While Jogasaki Coast is closer in a straight line, it's all uphill, and you'll question your life choices if you're dragging luggage. So, I recommend taking a taxi from Izu Kogen Station to the hotel
com and the hotel during the initial booking process, which resulted in not being able to upgrade to the desired meal plan, the hotel front desk staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue
The parking lot next to it is where you'll find the shuttle. Staff will confirm your reservation name, help with your luggage, and offer a refreshing cold towel – very thoughtful service

The hotel was really good and the dinner was awesome. We had some difficulties with the language, but the stuff did a big effort to communicate with us in English. Totally recommended.
A truly wonderful experience for me and my friends. The onsen facilities are top-notch, especially the outdoor bath where you can enjoy the warm mineral water in the cold weather
Rooms are huge and clean! Great service where they helped to push our luggage to the room. Car park is one min walking distance away. Some food options within walking distance.
Having a private onsen in our room made our stay even more special. The hotel is very private and peaceful. Highly recommended, and thanks to Trip
My only regret is not trying the soaking tub in the room because the wooden rim around the drain was visibly moldy, which put me off using it
It is near the train station and with many restaurants around the hotel. We booked the in room Onsen and loved it so much!

The staff, the food, and the cleanliness of the hotel were all excellent
I really wanted to rate everything as perfect, but if I had to say, the only disappointments were the rumbling sound of sliding doors opening and closing in other rooms, and the water pressure in the shower in our room
The food was perfect, despite the fact that it's difficult to strictly adhere to the basic principles of "hot food should be hot" and "cold food should be cold. " Of course, the menu and flavor were also satisfying
There was a bay window and another window, but the exterior was covered to prevent visibility from outside and to prevent the main building's external piping from being seen, which was why no light was allowed in
On the other hand, breakfast was served in a rice container and you could have more rice, so I was full. It was my first time trying the Yonaki Soba noodles served at Dormy Inn, and it was delicious
The open-air bath in the room was nice, but the insect repellent installation method needs to be reconsidered. The large public bath, both indoors and outdoors, was too hot to bathe in

If you want to experience an authentic Japanese feel, this is undoubtedly the best choice in Ito. If I return to Ito, I will definitely choose to stay here again
The food was quite good, although breakfast was a bit salty, but overall it was still very nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the private onsen was excellent
The hotel facilities are excellent and the service is great. The location is a bit out of the way, and the shuttle bus schedule is quite limited. Also, the nightly menu rotation is rather uninspired
The hot spring bath on the sixth floor was absolutely amazing, and we even got to try out some cosplay, haha! Since the hotel is located on a mountain, they also offer a shuttle service to and from the station, which is a really nice touch
I'd recommend staying one night, but not multiple days in a row
(You might be able to get the key a bit earlier depending on availability. ) The cost is about 1680 JPY, which is quite reasonable. Prices for additional drinks, meals, and SPA services are also within a sensible range

😋 The presentation of the portions was excellent and made for a memorable experience. The dried fish served at breakfast was also fun to choose from. 👍 It was a relaxing and relaxing stay, and I made many fond memories
This is a private hotel with a wonderful view. The food is also excellent, with sashimi and dishes using the local specialty, kinmedai, going well with sake pairings.
The room bath is spacious and semi-open-air, with a comfortable temperature. We bathed in it several times. The dinner food was also delicious. 😋 The whole braised golden-eyed snapper was delicious
It is definitely one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed. The staff members were very friendly and professional. Some staff could speak good English
(We checked in a little early at 2:15 PM. ) We started with a welcome drink of matcha green tea 🍵 and tea snacks. The welcome begins with a welcome drink of matcha green tea 🍵 and tea snacks
This was my first time staying here, and it was as good as I expected. First of all, the view from the room was great, and the temperature of the open-air bath, which was fed directly from the source, was just right

The most hospitality hotel I ever experienced. Fabulous room and view with hot spring. One of the best Japanese food restaurant too
The hotel is located near Izu Station in Takahara and offers a shuttle service, but advance notice is required. The hotel's management, environment, service quality, and dining are all commensurate with the room rate
Aside from the room, the service was excellent, especially in the restaurant. One of the staff members was a fantastic auntie who spoke good English and explained each dish meticulously and enthusiastically
I stayed on the first floor, and I could actually see little squirrels through the glass. The hotel is generally good, and there is unlimited ice cream. The only downside is that dinner took too long, about 2 hours.
Very satisfied with the room, it was huge! All the toiletries were Bulgari, and the service was excellent. However, soaking in the outdoor hot spring in the summer was basically just feeding the mosquitoes
Very good. There is a lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese. She is very considerate. The French and Japanese food are delicious.

The hotel has a Balinese resort style and offers two meals per night. It's pretty good.
The roast beef was delicious! I had seconds and seconds! The private open-air bath was also great! I was able to eat ice cream after my bath, and after relaxing in a foot bath outside, I had some pork soup to cool down my slightly chilled body and slept soundly!
after you check out they also free picture shot from their chapel. The staff has excellent hospitality. Thank you so much anda resort my 30th birthday was perfect
he knows that i love onsen, games like sega billiard, dart, table tennis, karaoke and loves to drink which is this hotel has everthing plus the food was perfect. the sunrise from the balcony has a perfect view to watch
they also have free picture while you eating dinner and they will give it to you after you check out. it was my birthday so they prepared birthday cake for me plus another picture shot taken by staff

Extremely hospitable for foreigners. Service is first class. Dinner is very well executed from the aesthetic stand point.
Very nice onsen. Room has some stains, outdated bathrooms that had persistent lingering odors. Too pricey for what it was and the location honestly, but the hotel itself was decent.
This is one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. Best helpful people, great onsens and authentic atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Pretty good experience, but the parking cost 1000yen per night
Good dinner in private dining room. Breakfast buffet a bit crowded
It was good that the indoor bath was large. The open-air bath is full of 5 people. I stayed at the end of the year, but it was as high as 13,000 without meals

The balcony view though is great oceanic view. Nothing much outside the resort so 1 day stay is good enough
Great amenities and large public bath. Nice tea area in the room with ocean view. Also comes with a lot of free services including drinks at the lounge and free bowling at the nearby building
The hot springs themselves were excellent, with good views and facilities, making for a very comfortable experience
The place is amazing. Really like the room, big space with good Japanese tatami decorations. Food was amazing and you must really book with the dinner option. The food was great with thoughtful menu. Good vibe !
A very good onsen hotel that I recommend to visit once! The room was clean. The Japanese kaiseki dinner was tasty, but my daughter doesn’t like it as she is not a sea food eater
I could not visit other establishments, so next time I would like to make good use of them. One recommended place for Izu Kogen! Stal

For breakfast, they served the simmered alfonsino head, which was also served for dinner, which added a touch of entertainment. [Bath] The bath was also excellent
"We had an absolutely amazing stay and only wish we had booked for longer! This ryokan is a true gem in Japan and easily the best place we have ever stayed
The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and both the onsen and the rooms are so relaxing—we’re leaving feeling completely rejuvenated
I stayed in the Shobu room for two days and one night, starting on November 20th. First of all, the food was outstanding; both dinner and breakfast were by far the best I've had at any ryokan I've ever had
A local cat happened to pass by during dinner, which was an unexpected treat. The hospitality was also excellent, and I was impressed by the staff's friendly attitude
The quiet location makes it a great place to relax, even for those weary of the hustle and bustle of the city. I've stayed at inns with detached rooms several times, and this is hands down the best

We stayed here as a four-generation trip with four children and eight adults! There were plenty of indoor and outdoor play areas, and the kids had fun from start to finish! The room looked very spacious in the photos on the travel site, but it was smaller than expected, which was a bit disappointing, but the interior had a calming atmosphere and the amenities and facilities were great♪ There were drink...
There's also a sauna, so adults can have some time to relax, too, which is great. It was a well-balanced inn where parents could have fun playing with their kids while also resting in the hot springs and quiet space
Lots of activities for the kids and adults alike. Especially during this pandemic, a hotel/resort like this is a go to place for a great staycation as compared to amusement parks if you want to avoid crowds.
I stayed at Anda no Mori Izu Ippeki Lake with a friend's family! The grounds are spacious, and there are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, so it's great that the kids can run around freely
The all-you-can-drink drinks are great, so we can enjoy the buffet and bar time without any worries! The hot springs have several private open-air baths, so the whole family could relax
Great place to go with small kids. Lots to keep both children and parents entertained. Staff are very helpful. We will return to use the discount vouchers given from our last visit.

Overall, it's a very good hotel. Just be aware that if you're taking the Ito Line, trains only run every half hour, so missing one means a long wait
Good location just about 5-minute walk from the station and there is convenience store nearby. Staffs were nice and the room was big and tidy.
The hotel was great – very clean with excellent service. Parking was 500 yen per day, and you could come and go as you pleased
My girlfriend wasn't feeling well, so we asked for a late check-out, and they were accommodating. Since the hotel was full, they allowed us to check out half an hour later, which was really helpful
Amazing hotel! Everything is thought out to the last detail – toothbrushes, combs, shampoos, conditioners, tissues, cotton swabs, makeup remover, a yukata, and more
Clean, quiet, and well-equipped with convenient facilities. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any issues. A highly recommended stay!

❤️ The hotel service was excellent. An elderly gentleman even helped wipe down our suitcases. The room had the AC turned on in advance, and hot water was prepared and kept warm for us
Excellent experience 👍 The staff, mostly elderly gentlemen and ladies, were incredibly gentle and polite, always greeting me when I came and went
There was a Chinese introduction available, and while I pointed out a few typos to the staff hoping for future corrections, it wasn't a major issue. The typical Japanese bedding was very clean
❤️ Our names were written on the shoe cabinet beforehand, and also on the board by the entrance. ❤️ There are hot springs on the 2nd and 4th floors. The pools are a bit small, but super clean
They even wiped down my suitcase upon entry, which was a nice touch. It was a really great experience, and I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back
The 4th floor has an outdoor one. ❤️ The location is about an 8-10 minute walk from Ito Station

Best Japan experience in this vacation, hot springs, three types of them(!), traditional food and clothers, service for all 5 stars. I can only advice to stay here for at least two nights!!!
Food was scrumptious, lots of fresh seafood served in the room, the best in the whole trip! The service and facilities were superb, not to mention the special little tram and the view in the outdoor onsen
However, it’s not really suitable for a honeymoon, as my husband and I were separated the whole time — there are no mixed onsens for men and women, probably because the place is now mostly visited by foreigners
This ryokan is very advertised. At the average price for hotels of this type, you get a great dinner and breakfast in traditional Japanese style, a genuine atmosphere of historical and retro
This spot became popular on a Russian platform, so there are many tourists from Russia ( me as well). When I visited the onsen, there were seven people in total - all Russian girls
It’s a very charming place with a real wabi-sabi atmosphere - simple, quiet, and full of nostalgic beauty. Quite old-fashioned, but well maintained

Excellent stay, marvellous food, perfect location
Amazing ryokan! Located conveniently close to the railway station it blends into local woods with its many small villas and paths. The room was nice and had our own balcony looking out to the woods
I used all seven hot springs satisfactorily and they are in good condition. Both dinner and breakfast offer the best Japanese cuisine. Best in every way, there's no reason not to revisit
There was no lack of amenities, futons were comfortable, AC worked just fine, and the wi-fi connection was probably the best we've encountered in Japan
However, the Kuromoji bath's door to the outdoor onsen didn't close all the way so it was chilly in the indoor bath, and the Hina bath had just 1 shower (we kind of expected at least 2)
Not very good. No recommend!!!! The food is terrible, onset is ok….. not agai

Love it. Good service, nice drinking glasses, it worth yen 50000 for a set of sake glasses
The best quality of onsen water and spa
I was invited by my partner to celebrate my birthday and stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The staff's response is also good I was surprised at the quality of the surrounding facilities
The rooms and all the interior were pristine and elegant. There were many places to sit and relax. I was pleasantly surprised at the good value
First of all, there is a spa where you can enjoy swimming, healing and mud packs. There is a private room up to bowling, and there is also a tennis court
The facilities were needless to say awful and crippling old. The famous Akazawa spa was underwhelming. I had only visited but felt no need to use it. Most of their staff were also foreign and some not very pleasant

Ito Ryokuyu is a special place. We spent 3 nights in the Mikura room and could not be happier. The room was spacious and boasted of beautiful and traditional Japanese design from the tatami mats to the wood carvings
Overall: a good ryokan with a private bath, but lacks any wow factors and not a very high cost performance place
If I could give 100 stars for service, I would. This place was exceptional, the staff are so incredibly nice and their attention to detail is unmatched. The food is incredible and the rooms are very authentic
We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which is not something we commonly do, but I can not recommend it enough at Ito Ryokuyu. Every meal is a smorgasbord of tiny bowls with delicious fresh food presented beautifully
In the morning, we could hear birds singing - it was so relaxing! You can adjust the water temperature by adding more hot spring water (even the regular hot tap water is sourced from the hot spring)
We booked the Shikine room - a beautiful traditional Japanese-style tatami room with a private open-air hot spring bath, as well as in-room dinner and breakfast
