A hotel with history and great service, excellent food, making me giving it break for it's aged furnishing room.

The hotel has a great view, overlooking the sea, and features a golf course, a large lawn, a swimming pool, and a clean hot spring with pleasant air. It's a very nice hotel.

First-line sea view room, good service attitude, breakfast is available in Western and Japanese! The hot spring pool has good water quality and elegant environment! The 9-hole sea view golf course is a good choice for business and leisure!

There are many buildings, dishes, services and classic hotels that can only be found here. The golf course is also very good. I've been going for 20 years now, but I hope the hotel continues to have good stock.

I love this hotel. Stayed two times. Garden view rooms are not so good, while i strongly recommend ocean view rooms, renovated recently. The large bathroom brings better experience than Oiso Prince Hotel nearby.

Because it is a popular hotel, there were a lot of people, so we couldn't relax as much as we wanted. It might be a good idea to have additional parking during busy periods

One of the best dinners we have ever tasted. For the price of 2980yen + tax, we are offered with onsen hot springs for 1hr and all you can eat sushi dinner buffet for 3. 5 hrs starting from 1700 to 2030hrs

I thought the alcoholic drink bar was a good idea

Facilities: The room is not too small and spacious for a family of three. The windows are large and the lighting is good. But the corridor smelled very musty. Fortunately, the musty smell was not obvious in the room

Service: The service is very good and very welcoming. The buffet is not bad, but the seasonings are heavy on salt and MSG. Overall, this store has good value for money

The food at the buffet was delicious. The simmered golden-eyed snapper was especially good. I was also happy that there was cake and Häagen-Dazs for dessert.

Beautiful property and convenient to get to with a car. Service was good and facilities wonderful.

The hotel's location is superb, with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset right before your eyes. The all-day complimentary self-service drinks are fantastic. You can relax by the terrace pool, sipping and chatting

The restaurant is on the third floor, offering sea views just like the lobby. They provide a two-meal plan (dinner and breakfast). The Kaiseki dinner was exquisite and delicious, leaving us very full

The lobby directly faces the hotel's most stunning view, with an infinity pool reflecting the blue sky and white clouds, and the clear blue sea not far beyond, with faint glimpses of distant islands

Our room was a Japanese-Western style, quite spacious with a separate wet and dry area, making for a very comfortable stay. There's no private onsen; the public bath is on the basement level

They also offer a shuttle service to and from Izu-Kogen Station. I'll definitely choose Komenoi again next time I come to see Mount Omuro with its matcha-like greenery

The hotel was really good and the dinner was awesome. We had some difficulties with the language, but the stuff did a big effort to communicate with us in English. Totally recommended.

A truly wonderful experience for me and my friends. The onsen facilities are top-notch, especially the outdoor bath where you can enjoy the warm mineral water in the cold weather

Rooms are huge and clean! Great service where they helped to push our luggage to the room. Car park is one min walking distance away. Some food options within walking distance.

My only regret is not trying the soaking tub in the room because the wooden rim around the drain was visibly moldy, which put me off using it

It is near the train station and with many restaurants around the hotel. We booked the in room Onsen and loved it so much!

If you want to experience an authentic Japanese feel, this is undoubtedly the best choice in Ito. If I return to Ito, I will definitely choose to stay here again

The food was quite good, although breakfast was a bit salty, but overall it was still very nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the private onsen was excellent

The hotel facilities are excellent and the service is great. The location is a bit out of the way, and the shuttle bus schedule is quite limited. Also, the nightly menu rotation is rather uninspired

The hot spring bath on the sixth floor was absolutely amazing, and we even got to try out some cosplay, haha! Since the hotel is located on a mountain, they also offer a shuttle service to and from the station, which is a really nice touch

I'd recommend staying one night, but not multiple days in a row

(You might be able to get the key a bit earlier depending on availability. ) The cost is about 1680 JPY, which is quite reasonable. Prices for additional drinks, meals, and SPA services are also within a sensible range

The meals were included in the accommodation fee, making it excellent value for money. If I come to Ito again, I will definitely stay here!

Onsen is excellet.  Food is great.  Room is clean and specious.  Everythins is perfect.  If anything needs to be imporoved I would say pillow.  It’s either too think or too thin.

The overall service from the staff was excellent, even in my case, where due to dietary restrictions, my meals had to be prepared in a special way

(The bus driver was also beyond kind!) I have only good things to say and left there feeling renewed and very, very happy. I hope I can come back soon! :-) Thank you very much!

we stayed for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner. The ryokan was surrounded by trees. The weather was good enough to see twinkle stars at night

The entire natural atmosphere is stunning, the public onsen is amazing, and having the opportunity to relax with your partner in the three private onsens, free of charge, is something that should be valued and protected at all costs

The hotel is located near Izu Station in Takahara and offers a shuttle service, but advance notice is required. The hotel's management, environment, service quality, and dining are all commensurate with the room rate

Aside from the room, the service was excellent, especially in the restaurant. One of the staff members was a fantastic auntie who spoke good English and explained each dish meticulously and enthusiastically

I stayed on the first floor, and I could actually see little squirrels through the glass. The hotel is generally good, and there is unlimited ice cream. The only downside is that dinner took too long, about 2 hours.

Very satisfied with the room, it was huge! All the toiletries were Bulgari, and the service was excellent. However, soaking in the outdoor hot spring in the summer was basically just feeding the mosquitoes

It was good that the indoor bath was large. The open-air bath is full of 5 people. I stayed at the end of the year, but it was as high as 13,000 without meals

We were able to understand each other with simple English and Japanese. My room was spacious and had a great view of the sea and sunrise! The onsen in the room was big and I had a good time soaking in it

The hotel is just a short walk from Ito Station, with a 7-Eleven along the way. The service was excellent, and communication in English was no problem

Stayed 2 nights at this lovely place. Hotel was very near the train station and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The staff at this hotel were warm and I felt really taken care of

The location is very convenient, and it's easy to get to Mount Omuro by bus, as there's a direct route from the bus stop nearby!

The perfect getaway for a short vacation. The rooms are limited but it is definitely worth it. Each room comes with a private backyard and hot spring. To top it off, the view is amazing and overlooks the ocean

Good location just about 5-minute walk from the station and there is convenience store nearby. Staffs were nice and the room was big and tidy.

The food was great and the ambiance was soothing. We especially liked the noise of the birds, and watching the squirrels jump tree to tree from the private onsen in the room

As a 100-year-old old private house has been renovated, it is a wonderful room with a deep taste in the structure and rooms, and a harmonious interior imported from Europe

Best Japan experience in this vacation, hot springs, three types of them(!), traditional food and clothers, service for all 5 stars. I can only advice to stay here for at least two nights!!!

Food was scrumptious, lots of fresh seafood served in the room, the best in the whole trip! The service and facilities were superb, not to mention the special little tram and the view in the outdoor onsen

However, it’s not really suitable for a honeymoon, as my husband and I were separated the whole time — there are no mixed onsens for men and women, probably because the place is now mostly visited by foreigners

This ryokan is very advertised. At the average price for hotels of this type, you get a great dinner and breakfast in traditional Japanese style, a genuine atmosphere of historical and retro

This spot became popular on a Russian platform, so there are many tourists from Russia ( me as well). When I visited the onsen, there were seven people in total - all Russian girls

Amazing ryokan! Located conveniently close to the railway station it blends into local woods with its many small villas and paths. The room was nice and had our own balcony looking out to the woods

I used all seven hot springs satisfactorily and they are in good condition. Both dinner and breakfast offer the best Japanese cuisine. Best in every way, there's no reason not to revisit

There was no lack of amenities, futons were comfortable, AC worked just fine, and the wi-fi connection was probably the best we've encountered in Japan

However, the Kuromoji bath's door to the outdoor onsen didn't close all the way so it was chilly in the indoor bath, and the Hina bath had just 1 shower (we kind of expected at least 2)

Breakfast is good too!!! We had spectacular view from our clean and new room. The only setback is the steep stair up and down the beach area. Otherwise, everything is amazing we would wanna come back!!
