A very friendly and welcoming hotel. This is my second time here, but I'll keep using them. Even Jalak is different. Lots of fresh sashimi and delicious dishes 🈵😃✨

The quality of the dinner and breakfast was excellent, and the food was delicious, not just the live kitchen. The beer, wine, and whiskey were also of high quality.

I visited with my family and took my 89-year-old mother, who has some mobility issues. We had contacted them in advance, so they provided a wheelchair, and since it was raining, they also provided a covered parking space, which was very helpful.
In addition to the hot springs, there was a wide variety of food, and I was surprised that my mother, who usually has a small appetite, ate so much. They also secured a seat for us near the entrance, which was very helpful.
We will definitely be returning.

Hotel setup is modern with spacious room and western beds. There are several options for hot baths. Dinner and breakfast are both buffet style which offered great selections. There’s also free beverages, including alcohol. Great for relaxation in the hotel.

There's a shuttle bus service from the station. The hotel is located on a hill, offering panoramic sea views. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The buffet dinner and breakfast are delicious. The onsen (hot spring) area is nice and not crowded, perfect for relaxation.

I thought the hospitality of the hotel staff was wonderful. Both staff members offered to take photos for me, and everyone greeted me with a smile at the buffet, so I was able to spend a very pleasant time. I would definitely use the hotel again.

The room was spacious and had just been renovated, so it was very clean.
The food was of a high standard both in the evening and in the morning, making for a very satisfying trip.

The hotel service is OK, but the food at the buffet dinner is average, the fish and sashimi are not fresh, the steak is average**, and there are many foods that are not added and there are not many desserts. Overall, it is not up to standard.
