It's a great place to relax and enjoy with a small or large group. The midnight noodles were delicious! The illuminations were also a 10-minute drive away, so we enjoyed them.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and it is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are all friendly especially Ms Lee, who speaks English very well . I'm 25 years living in Ito-city, and naturally did know this hotel by outside looking, so that it isn't necessary to stay there for me. The day I passed by, I met the manager of the hotel. He was a business man long time ago. Telling me in Maui island of Hawaii, started his own biz as a pension and diving shop. Returning to Japan after years opened here.

The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in in Japan, even though the price was probably a quarter or a fifth of other hotels I've booked. The Japanese-style room was very clean and nice. There was no TV in the room, but there was one in the multipurpose hall, so it wasn't a problem. There were no children around, so I was able to relax. The hot spring was just the right temperature, and although it was a small bath, there were no other guests, so I was able to relax.

The clean facilities include a kitchen, microwave, cutlery, and cups in the rooms. There's even a drum-type washing machine with detergent and a drying rack for drying your clothes. We had a great experience at the Hotel Sea Shell. The views from this hotel are incredible and made for a relaxing experience. The standout feature from our stay was the hospitality and food at the hotel. We felt cared for throughout our trip. This is an excellent choice for those looking for a beach getaway to Shimoda!

Beautiful and well-designed hotel with Japanese ryokan vibes. The staff are friendly, the view is good and the food is great. Watch out for the mosquitos in though.

The owners gave us the warmest welcome after arriving late and after a long day of traveling. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the big bathtub for soaking after a long day of travel. The room has a tatami floor area with a little table and chairs which is quite nice. There is a laundromat too!

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Run by a very kind couple who took excellent care of us and even offered to take our luggage to our next stay nearby.

This hotel is located far away. But we do not regret that we went. It is a little old inside, but the rooms are spacious and cozy. The view of the ocean is gorgeous. Dinner is delicious, breakfast is an acquired taste. The transfer was waiting at the station.

There were no waves on this trip, but the location and the beautiful sea were soothing 😆 The smiles of the staff were also soothing 🤭

The nearby scenery is very beautiful, close to the sea, you can watch the sunrise in the morning, definitely worth recommending 👍👍

There was a picture of the room on the screen when I made the reservation. It was not a picture of the room I reserved. It should be stated more clearly that it was a mixed dormitory room. The guests did not understand that it was mixed either. It was difficult to explain to the foreign guests.

A cute and cozy guesthouse with an amazing view of the fuji from the rooftop. Not too many attractions nearby but after a ride with a bus there is a lot of beautiful nature. So if you intend to stay in a calmer environment maybe to calm down after staying in big cities its perfect. The service is amazing as well. The owner helped a lot to get night bus tickets as the website translation was confusing...
