Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and had an amazing view. The toilet is small.

The meals include has a wide variety but not every item is nice.

I paid extra for the Ise lobster, snow crab and premier beef. As no one helped me to cook the lobster, I over cooked it and it tasted average. The beef is ok. The crab is normal.
I do not recommend adding extra food when there is a buffet already.

Front desk staff are very friendly.

Shop located in hotel sells many local items!

The free flow drink and alcohol is great!

Everything it’s good, except the valuables i forgot, we stay in 2days and 1night.8-12-13-2024 I realized I forgot my HAORI on 13th of August 2024i call the hotel on 14th of august in the morning, but answer me,they not found or nothing,I’m sad but I believe will be back in may arms, this is Japan, honesty is 1.

The food was satisfactory, but the room and hot springs were very disappointing.

The service is really not that good! No one took the luggage when entering. There was no one at the counter during dinner time, so I had to wait for a long time. The two waiters at breakfast saw our family of three waiting at the door and refused to take our seats. Asking where I can do it was extremely perfunctory! This kind of service is definitely the worst in Japan! I was really lucky to stay for just one night!

The room was clean and hygienic. There were many kinds of buffets in the morning and evening. I liked the indoor playground and comic room for children on the basement floor. The sea view surprised me. It was very close to Dolphin Island.

I am very satisfied with my decision. Facing the sea, spring flowers are blooming. The biggest surprise is the hotel's dinner buffet. The price is very good. Only when you visit in person will you know how good value for money it is! ! !

Like it very much! ! It can be seen that it is a popular local resort hot spring hotel. The elevator is relatively small, but it's no problem to wait a few times, and it's no problem to walk up and down the stairs! The buffet dinner was rich and delicious, and the breakfast was also full of surprises. I also soaked in the hot springs in the evening and in the morning. The scenery was amazing. Highly recommended!

The view from the room and onsen were incredible . The massage chairs and ice cream vending machines were a great end to the eventful day at this awesome resort. The onsen water comes from sakakibara, which felt great on skin.
Buffet dinner and breakfast had a great spread, nothing extraordinary about the food though.

Wonderful sea side views from most guest rooms. Excellent location to spend a couple days to relax. Services are always good. They are temporarily closed now for renovations and will reopen in 2020. We will for sure back for the third time to enjoy the newly renovated resort in 2020
