The room is spacious and can accommodate three people. The facilities are new. There's a free shuttle bus service from the JR station. For the two nights, dinner was kaiseki cuisine, featuring snow crab on one night and fish on the other. The hot spring town also offers plenty of dining options.

The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly, with most speaking English. Dinner is served seasonally and is of above-average quality, while breakfast is a buffet with limited variety. The hotel has one outdoor and one indoor hot spring, but the hot spring area is rather small.

The hotel service and environment are excellent, offering a free shuttle service from the station to the hotel. The meals and private hot springs are highlights, making for a perfect overnight stay with two meals. Due to heavy snowfall, both trains and buses were canceled, which put me in a difficult situation. However, thanks to the hotel's thoughtful assistance, I was able to get to a station where the subway was still running, allowing me to continue the rest of my trip in Japan. Thank you! As expected of a Relais & Châteaux hotel and a century-old Japanese establishment, the facilities, dining, rooms, and service were all top-notch in Kinosaki Onsen. This was my first visit, and I was absolutely captivated by the unfamiliar scenery and the charming, old-fashioned streets. The staff at the inn were incredibly attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and well-guided. Hearing 'itteらっしゃいませ' (have a good trip/day) when leaving was a lovely touch. It's a place I'd definitely want to return to.

The rooms appear to have been renovated, but the harmony of modern and Japanese styles makes for a simple yet comfortable stay. The food was satisfying in both taste and quantity. We stayed in the summer, but are considering staying in the winter as well.

It's really great. The service, food and rooms are very cost-effective. The Japanese service is meticulous and it has thought of everything you can think of. I stayed here for two nights and had such a warm, friendly experience. The breakfast was great and they even accommodated my vegetarian needs.You have the option to rent bicycles at the same front desk you check in at which was also super convenient.

We stayed 2 nights half boards at Koyado Enn. This is beyond awesome experience in terms of location (very close to JR station), wonderful services with doable English communication + scrumptious breakfast and dinner. Oh forgot to mention its happy hour drink in the afternoon which we enjoyed after public onsens hopping; we had sparkling plum wine and hot/cold sake! Thank you, Koyado Enn!

The hotel staff was an absolute joy and helped me with any issues I had. Extremely welcoming and very nice. There was a trainee named Nguyen Thi Dung who helped me a lot and really made me feel welcome. The private baths were sublime and the food service was some of the best I have had personally. Definitely a wonderful place to stay at if you want to visit kinosaki onsen.

The location is very close to JR Kinosaki Onsen Station, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel dinner was good and great value for money. The hotel also has an onsen (hot spring) area, which was fantastic and incredibly relaxing because it wasn't crowded.

The location is convenient, with parking available, though not directly near the hotel. It's very close to the main street. The hotel is a bit dated, but it offers a unique perspective on the Japanese-style atmosphere. The hotel employs many Nepalese domestic workers, which facilitates English communication, but this also diminishes the Japanese atmosphere. The food is just okay.

I stay here twice a year, and I get bitten by mites almost every time. The food, location, and service are all good, but it bothers me. This time, I was bitten in over 30 places, including my hands and stomach. (The sheets and duvet covers are well-starched and look clean, though.) I recommend bringing sheets and towels from home. convenient location and good communication staff

This is the budget version of the property, away from the main property, but for anyone looking for a no frills stay, this place is exactly it. Relatively modern room and very clean. Size of the room will be a squeeze with large suitcases, will recommend bringing smaller hand carry bags if possible.

We stayed in the additional wing, quite modest accommodation, could have been a little cheaper, otherwise everything was great!

Other than the peculiar old smell, I had a good stay without any inconvenience. It is a place with friendly staff and delicious food. I would 100% visit again.
