Hotels with pool in Toyooka

It was raining heavily after checking out at 10am, so I spent about 2 hours in the lobby, but I was able to spend a very relaxing time drinking tea, watching the waterfall in the lobby, and shopping for souvenirs at Sanpo-san

Plesant experience: Special thanks to Suzuki san for helping us with wearing the rental Yukata and it brightened the entire stay with us wearing cute kimono with ready ribbon-like Obi around the onsen town

The entire hot spring town also has six public hot spring pools, each with its own unique features

We enjoyed strawberry bought from Wadaya and tasting delicious croissant at PARADI watching Sakura bloom although it was on our last day of our stay. Thanks to our 1st day dinner server (he is so professional and kind)

The hotel service and environment are excellent, offering a free shuttle service from the station to the hotel. The meals and private hot springs are highlights, making for a perfect overnight stay with two meals

Still, I believe I am lucky star haha! Lastly, thanks to the front desk reception guy (sorry can't recall your name) for your kind dinner arrangement with crab on 2nd night and welcoming us on 1st day

Since my check-in day was my birthday, the hotel thoughtfully provided me with a small gift and celebratory drinks, which was amazing! Although the room wasn't cheap at all, the hotel's ambiance, the staff's courtesy and service, the food, the hot spring experience, and more were all excellent! I'll definitely be back

This is a near-perfect hot spring hotel! As soon as I exited Kinosaki Onsen Station, someone immediately called the hotel's private car to pick me up and take me to the hotel! I booked a room with its own open-air bath, which was incredibly enjoyable, allowing me to enjoy the private onsen at any time

I particularly loved the hotel's Japanese garden and large public bath, as well as the excellent service and dining. It was a pity that I missed the snow crab season; only the rooms were a bit dated

It feels very good to eat in the restaurant in the room! Dinner and breakfast are all served with fresh seasonal ingredients, ingenious cooking and exquisite presentation

The old Japanese hotel has a beautiful courtyard and warm service. Dinner was kaiseki cuisine eaten in the house, one dish after another, and it took two hours to eat

Ito Nanaho, who takes care of the room and dinner, and another lady with glasses who takes care of breakfast, all provide excellent services and deserve great praise

The public baths were conveniently available for private use in the evenings, and the outdoor one was especially lovely. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the foliage outside

Fantastic stay in the center of Kinosaki Onsen! It's very conveniently located between all of the onsens and only a short walk from the train station

The food served was incredible, rooms were very clean, and had a traditional Japanese feel. To top it all off, an Onsen pass was included. The owner is incredibly friendly and your enjoyment is their top priority

The only regret this trip was that my boyfriend didn’t book the hotel dinner, so we missed the chance to try it. It’s really hard to put the feeling into words—you simply have to experience it yourself

The location is perfect, making it so easy to walk to each hot spring and nearby restaurants. The room itself was charming and cozy. I honestly wished I could pause time and never have to leave

Another highlight was the private onsen, which was absolutely wonderful—especially for those who are new to onsen bathing or prefer a more private and comfortable experience

The food (breakfast) and service were both excellent, and I plan to return next month.

I needed to change my reservation, but they were very accommodating. It was convenient because the station, restaurants, mart, convenience store, and coffee shop were all nearby.

Friendly and clean accommodations, close to the station. They also helped me call taxis. Breakfast was simple but excellent. Thank you.

This was my first time staying at the hotel, so it was much better than I expected. There are many shops around the hotel! I didn't feel inconvenienced.

The hotel is reasonably priced, though the toilet threshold is a bit high, so elderly people should be wary, while younger people are more vulnerable

The location is convenient, the rooms have all the amenities you need, and free parking is available

A hot spring hotel, Kinosaki also has six major hot springs, but the male staff at night said that bath towels need to be charged extra, which is puzzling

According to Japanese government regulations, the hotel cannot provide meals for three consecutive days, so we asked the hotel to help us book a kaiseki dinner at another hotel and agreed to accept a refund for the meal

We are only given 1 key to our room despite we are husband and wife and going to different male and female public baths. Hence it will be wise to deliver ur luggage and travel light to Kinosaki Onsen

There are many restaurants worth eating at, such as Haizhongyuan, a pub run by a mother and daughter/daughter-in-law, all of which were very good, and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches at No

A very good location right across family mart and nearest to Di Yu Tang. Right adjacent is a bbq, seafood cafe. Overall, it is a very well maintained ryokan majority of their floor is tatami

The hotel helped us book the famous Nishimuraya, which was very delicious. The hotel also paid for all the drinks that night as compensation, which can be said to be very sincere

Although it is not near the station, the scenery is beautiful and quiet. It is very comfortable to walk around. The room is large, with 2 double beds, a Japanese room, kitchen, bathtub, and you can also take a bath

Booked for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner. The room is clean and spacious. The hot bath facilities is awesome. But for dinner, it was not what was expected

A stunning place away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by mountains and the bay. Large room with all the comforts and a beautiful view.

The room is super big, 2 super single bed, one dining table and one Japanese style dining area. The hotel and the facility is very old but the stuff is very polite and provide good service with smiles

The location is very far from the station and is so isolated but if you are driving a car then can consider to stay there. Overall, I am quite satisfied and have a pleasant stay

Perhaps to state what kind of meals will be provided in the description during booking, so that not to cause misunderstanding or confusion

Near Family Mart! In the heart of Kinosaki onsen touristy street. Service: When I arrived around 4pm,there is no one to help me carry my heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. There appears to be no elevator

We stayed 2 nights half boards at Koyado Enn. This is beyond awesome experience in terms of location (very close to JR station), wonderful services with doable English communication + scrumptious breakfast and dinner

The hotel staff was an absolute joy and helped me with any issues I had. Extremely welcoming and very nice. There was a trainee named Nguyen Thi Dung who helped me a lot and really made me feel welcome

The stair steps are so small that wearing wooden slippers is a safety risk. Nevertheless, the private onsen is very good. It does not smell like chlorine. The woody scent is relaxing and memorable

Welcome lounge and Breakfast: Warm and welcoming staff at the welcome lounge and breakfast. The freebies are limited as well as the time you can enjoy free but still delicious and well done

I will still give 5 for the great value for money compared to adjacent more expensive accommodation. Hope unsafe things there get improved. Location: 8-10 minutes walk to the train station

Beautiful place, the room was great and clean. Convinent location. Everything was pleasant during the stay.

Perfect place with perfect meals and service!

The location is convenient, with parking available, though not directly near the hotel. It's very close to the main street. The hotel is a bit dated, but it offers a unique perspective on the Japanese-style atmosphere

The hotel employs many Nepalese domestic workers, which facilitates English communication, but this also diminishes the Japanese atmosphere

The location is very close to JR Kinosaki Onsen Station, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel dinner was good and great value for money

The hotel also has an onsen (hot spring) area, which was fantastic and incredibly relaxing because it wasn't crowded

Since I was wearing a yukata with a full-fledged bath towel, it took a lot of time to change clothes frequently when going to the public baths

The building is old, but when I entered the clean and well-maintained entrance, I felt the hospitality of the landlady. Free covered parking is available a short distance from the hotel

There were often no towels in the bathroom, and only one cup of tea (which was cleaned up when I returned to the room after breakfast)

Although the lighting was fluorescent and the dining table was long, it was bland, but I thoroughly enjoyed the crab dish. The staff members are very cheerful, friendly, and kind

In addition, there are two baths that are the size of family baths, and if they are empty, you can freely use them as private baths. We ate in the large hall, just the two of us

Even though I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, I was welcomed warmly, parked the car, and went sightseeing

Convenient stay at Blue Ridge Hotel, front desk staff hospitality is one of the best I’ve received despite the language barrier. Amenities are slim but what they do have is top notch

Friendly staffs and welcoming smiles. Can take “Bus to Kannabe” to stop around here. The resort has the nostalgic feel with imported Europe furniture. Rooms were larger compared with modern hotels

Shuttles are available to/from the ski resorts and nearest JR station, and are synced to opening/closing/arrivals/departures

Onsen is a great plus in winter trips, and the outdoor bath is a beautiful snow filled forest at night

If any other hotel choices I definitely won’t choose this one

Closest mini supermarket/souvenir, Bakery store, restaurant, and even public onsen at “ Kannabekogen Rest Area ”. A 550m walk but you can use free bicycles and it’s fun. Skiing available during January

This was my first experience staying in a Japanese ryokan, and it was truly special. This time, my friends and I rented four rooms, located on the 3rd and 4th floors

However, when we went out to the public onsen, the staff there weren't as friendly. Next time, I might try onsen in other areas. The hot springs here weren't as great as I imagined

Paying HKD 3,000 for a room with no view for one night felt quite expensive! The food was decent, and the staff at the ryokan were very welcoming

There's a private onsen, but we didn't get a chance to visit it. We recommend both Kinosaki and this ryokan :)

Unfortunately, only one room faced the small river; the others overlooked an alley

Plus, it took over 3 hours to drive from Kyoto to Kinosaki, which is quite a long journey

The onsen was superb, with public indoor and outdoor pools. The staff were extremely friendly, more so than we had experienced before. Many of the staff were also able to communicate in English and German

Although we rented a car to explore the beautiful coast of the Sea of Japan, the shuttle bus to and from Kinosaki Onsen was very useful, enabling us to enjoy the bars without worrying about driving

The inn is located on the banks of the Kinosaki Onsen River, but its secluded view, private bath, outdoor bath, and location are just great! We recommend banquet dishes, where you can also eat crabs.

During our recent trip to the Kansai region, I stayed here for five nights with my adult son. It was a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic, with a different menu for dinner each day

The à la carte tempura and sashimi were also outstanding. Our room was fantastic: spacious, comfortable and with a view of the river

It was a truly outstanding experience and well worth the price. I am looking forward to visiting this onsen again

The hotel is located a short distance from Kinosaki Main Street; however, a complimentary shuttle bus provides convenient transport to the local hot springs (a coupon would be offered to try the local hot springs in free of charge)

We selected Kobe Beef for dinner, the quality of the beef was outstanding, though the portion size was modest, despite which we found the meal satisfying. The breakfast was also excellent

The level of this Ryokan is outstanding, despite its lil bit outside the main area. Shinzan offers in house Onsen, which are really comfortable. The rooms are big and bed comfortable

Service is exemplary, and the staff members provide clear explanations of all available amenities. Kimonos are provided for guests to wear. The shuttle bus driver is notably helpful

Shinzan is wonderful traditional Japanese Ryokan in Kinnosaki Onsen. I stayed two times there and I would always come back. I had wonderful stay and unforgettable memories

The hotel is far from the center of the city. You have to take the hotel bus to city.. The check out time is too early. Breakfast and dinner are too ordinary.

The service exceeded my expectations, and I was especially impressed by the free umbrellas they provided on a snowy day, making my hot springs experience a breeze

The location of the hotel is very good, it is just after the street of the outer hot spring. There is a foot bath as soon as you go out of the main entrance. You can upgrade to the dinner menu for one night and two meals

I was traveling to Kinosaki Onsen with my family and was researching ryokans. I heard about Tsukimotoya Ryokan for its location and excellent breakfast and dinner, so I made a reservation

The accommodations were also excellent, and I was truly grateful for their kindness and hospitality throughout my stay. If I ever have the chance to visit again, I'd love to visit again

I really enjoy my stay at Tsukimotoya Ryokan. The room is clean and neat. The environment of the hotel really makes me feel comfortable. Definitely will come back again

The place is clean and the service is excellent! Especially since the breakfast and dinner menus are different every day. It was a very comfortable stay! 😁

The inn's tranquil atmosphere, meticulously appointed, exudes Japanese beauty, making for a comfortable stay no matter where you are. And the crab dishes, the highlight of this trip, far exceeded my expectations

The sashimi was translucently sweet, the grilled crab fragrant, and the boiled crab tender. Each dish was exquisite, bringing out the full flavor of the ingredients

The landlady's attention to detail is evident in even the smallest details, such as the room keys, the front desk, and the hallways, and the inn has an overall calming, pleasant atmosphere

I visited The Kouragi during the snowy season. Nestled amid the silence of the snow, it was a wonderful inn that truly captured the spirit of Japanese winter

Walking through the silvery white scenery, time seemed to pass more slowly, and from the moment I arrived, my heart was filled with a sense of tranquility

To sum up, I would definitely recommend this inn to crab lovers. On the other hand, it may be a little disappointing for those looking for luxurious rooms and views. Overall, it's perfect for those who value crab

Positive: The rooms are spacious, the ceilings are tall, and it’s fun to soak in the history of the vault and wide open dining room. The bed was a bit firm, but I would definitely stay again

I watched a piano concert. It was a very quaint facility and I had a good night. I think the ceiling was high and the sound was good. I want to use it for accommodation this time.

Really enjoyed my stay here for just one night. Negative: I waited to Checkin for about 10 minutes because another guest arrived at the same time, and there was only one staff

I loved the self serve bar lounge!! Beer, white and red wine, whiskies, spirits and soft drinks. Would be nice to have some peanuts or snacks, too

Lovely afternoon in Toyooka 1925.

The environment is good and well-ventilated, and the service is excellent, all at a reasonable price. However, the facilities are a bit run-down; the showerhead was broken and leaking, which should be fixed promptly.
