This elegant Japanese-style inn boasts spacious and refined rooms and a comfortable onsen (hot spring bath). The meal package includes two meals a night, featuring luxurious and delicious dishes. During the autumn and winter seasons, a snow crab feast is served. The inn is a 10-15 minute walk from Kinosaki Onsen town, and the inn provides complimentary tickets to seven outdoor baths in the town.

Quiet and beautiful place located shortly outside of the busier parts of town. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food and onsen were great.

I'm very pleased with my stay in this ryokan. The staff speaks English quite well. Spacious rooms in traditional Japanese style with futons as beds and have a kotatsu. In-house onsen is on the level of great onsens of the town, with outdoor parts, which are most cozy that have the addition of cold water bath for contrast experience. The location is a little bit farther from the center and all onsen locations, but after 4p.m. you can take a ride on the shuttle minibus for free to a number of fixed locations.
Free soda, tea and fruit ice in lounge area, massage chairs also free.

Service was perfect! Onsen was super comfortable! We really enjoyed our dinners and breakfasts!

The ryokan is around 15 minutes walk from the train station. Kaiseki dinner was good but the lady who served me wasn’t attentive. She disappeared for a good half an hour. I needed to look for her to ask for some rice. The pick up points for shuttle bus wasn’t clear. I almost missed the pick up when returning to the ryokan.

It's a lovely hotel in traditional Japanese style. It has a pretty inside garden and an onsen (no private onsens for booking, only common ones for all hotel guests that are divided for males and females). Hotel provides you with a yukata and a haori for your stay (you don't rent it, they are included in price), which is very convenient. When I asked the receptionist if I can buy them, 'cause I loved them so much, she said I can take them for free if I want. I double checked to avoid any miscommunication, but she insisted that I don't have to pay extra for those. Everything in the fridge, including alcohol, is free. Hotel is a bit far from the main street, but has a transfer, so I'd say it's fine. We ordered a dinner and breakfast, and both were absolutely wonderful, had several courses.

it's quite far from all the restaurants and all the onsen but they got facilities to send you guys to visit all places around kinosaki. this shuttle car service start at 4pm. They provide the yukata as well with the traditional japanese sandal (getta) to wear to walk around to the city.
quite far from the train station but luckily the tourist information service there provides free shuttle bus to this place.
Even quite far from other places, but we love to stay here. If you guys like walking like us, you guys will pass by the tunnel as shortcut from the hotel to city. the breakfast experience is so cool for the food and setting. they provides us private room to enjoy the breakfast.
