Excellent service and authentic atmosphere

As expected of a Relais & Châteaux hotel and a century-old Japanese establishment, the facilities, dining, rooms, and service were all top-notch in Kinosaki Onsen. I particularly loved the hotel's Japanese garden and large public bath, as well as the excellent service and dining. It was a pity that I missed the snow crab season; only the rooms were a bit dated.

This is a near-perfect hot spring hotel! As soon as I exited Kinosaki Onsen Station, someone immediately called the hotel's private car to pick me up and take me to the hotel! I booked a room with its own open-air bath, which was incredibly enjoyable, allowing me to enjoy the private onsen at any time. Since my check-in day was my birthday, the hotel thoughtfully provided me with a small gift and celebratory drinks, which was amazing!
Although the room wasn't cheap at all, the hotel's ambiance, the staff's courtesy and service, the food, the hot spring experience, and more were all excellent! I'll definitely be back. Wait for me!

I ate dinner in my own room, served one by one, the chef selected the ingredients every day, exquisite and delicious, and I was too full, haha. Needless to say, the service is top-notch. There are free drinks in the hotel refrigerator, water, juice, sports drinks, sparkling water, beer, and coffee, milk, and fresh juices on the first floor for free. The hotel also rents bicycles for free, just make a reservation. After riding for about 5 kilometers, you will reach the seaside in the north.
