The reception staff (lady) was the rudest I have ever met. Paid for breakfast and enquired the next morn as couldnt locate the tickets (little pieces of paper) and was told we didnt book breakfast. Checked our reservation that night and we did. Enquired again in the morning to a HOSTILE LADY who said it wasnt her problem. She gave us a new ticket for that morning but unwilling to re imburse the previous days breakfast as she wasnt on and the other girl was new.
The manor how she handled this and acussing us of lying. Instead they could have just given us a new ticket to get breakfast and that would have been satisfactory.
After reading other reviews - I agree how poor the service is. Rooms were also noisey!

Good stay

A simple spacious room with 4 beds that accommodates our family of 4. The bathroom is rather compact but it's clean. Walking distance to Hamamatsu station with few malls nearby.

The hotel is good but very basic. It's clean and conveniently located close to the train station but nothing to write home about.

Not far from the Shinkansen, the location is good, suitable for transit and rest, clean and neat, no odor, suitable for traveling alone,

01.02.2025 Tomosan01

Very convenient location as the hotel was just 3mins walk from the station!

nice hotel overall!

15.01.2024 JetJockey

The double bed was too small to call it that. Reserveling the twin beds is a better choice for 2.

The Hotel was very safe and clean also surrounded with good restaurants(reservations is a lot faster) and a train station.

You can park on the footpath in front of the hotel to unload your belongings and drive another 200m. to the parking building on the left. The hotel will subsidize the fee. What you have to do is bring the ticket to the hotel staff.

Cheap and it’s okay
