I was pleased to find a room away from the elevator, as I had hoped. It was also on the south side, so the location was excellent with a view of Hamamatsu Castle. (It's especially beautiful at night, when it's lit up.)

22.10.2025 Guest

The location is good, near Hamamatsu Castle. The hotel also has a famous eel rice restaurant, but it's a bit pricey. The food is good, and the breakfast is plentiful and quite good.

01.10.2025 Guest

The location is a little far from the station, but since I went by car, it wasn't a problem at all, the room was spacious, and although the breakfast buffet didn't have a large variety, most of the items were tasty, so I was very satisfied. I would like to use it again.

Little old

The hotel was well-cleaned and I had a very comfortable stay.
The hotel breakfast was also delicious.
I especially liked the croissants.
I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for a Stray Kids concert. It felt a little old, but the facilities were solid. However, there were few restaurants nearby, so I had trouble finding something to eat after arriving.

I took my boyfriend, who is from Hamamatsu, and our kids to the festival, and it was great. I'll be back.

19.01.2025 Yanyangtian113

The hotel was booked through someone else. My friend didn't take any photos and said it was quite old and disappointing. The hotel wasn't cheap either, but since it's a transit city, this was the only place we could book!

19.11.2024 michioono

Hamamatsu Castle is visible from the window.
It's a luxury hotel with an old-fashioned feel, but it feels more like a classic than a dated building.
The front desk staff didn't speak English, but they were kind enough to use a translator.

13.10.2024 Guest

Our room was on the 14th floor, so the view was great. The castle was beautifully lit up at night.
