So comfy and hotel just so clean, as my requested they adjusted my room near by elevator.. of course i will stay here again if i come to Sapporo ☺️
Located at the end of Tanukikoji, it's quite convenient for shopping. The triple room was a bit cramped. The best part: the hotel offers a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which needs to be booked in advance. This makes taking the JR to Otaru very easy.
The hotel is very large and upscale, with excellent facilities. The windows are also huge, offering a great view.
Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb...
The room was a bit small, but the facilities and services were excellent, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is super easy to find; just go straight from Exit 11 of the subway station. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and it's close to many attractions in Sapporo. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet and it's quite delicious, especially the...
The room was very tidy and clean, and the breakfast was abundant. It's 1.5 km from Sapporo Station, a 15-minute walk to Sapporo Station and Daimaru Department Store, making shopping very convenient.

The location is super convenient, just 100 meters from JR Shin-Sapporo Station. (Personally, I find Shin-Sapporo Station even more convenient than Sapporo Station – fewer people, quicker to get in.) Plus, getting to downtown Sapporo is easy with the Sapporo Municipal Subway. The room is quite spacious with unobstructed views, making it feel very open and bright. Housekeeping is excellent; if you...
Except the location is a little bit far away from central downtown, everything is perfect for me,good service ,huge space for one pepole and the room is quite clean, will come next time if I back to Sapporo again.
We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at...
The hotel staff is polite and friendly thier place is excellent clean and safe especially thier spa will recommend to friends if they are travelling to sapporo.
I really love this hotel, near food places and the train station. What more is the hotel is very spacious! Would recommend this to everyone if they love it further away from town area
The hotel is located between New Chitose Airport and Sapporo city center. It takes about half an hour to reach Sapporo. If you're looking to shop, staying in Sapporo is more convenient. However, this hotel is a good option if you have an early flight the next day. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell; I suggest the hotel improves its ventilation.

Excellent hotel with underground connections to the Sapporo station. Rooms are quiet from the traffic perspective but you can heavy footed guests wich is a bit let down if you are a light sleeper.  Another thing to nite is their main restaurant have early last orders usually 830 pm and tgey close by 9pm.  Only the bar and drinking places closes later.  Excellent afternoon high tea.
The location is excellent; you can reach the hotel from Sapporo Station entirely through an underground passage. The Japanese breakfast was good. However, we stayed for two nights, and the hotel didn't empty our trash. Two nights' worth of rubbish piled up in our already small room... Is this a Japanese custom?
An absolutely perfect experience! This hotel, built in 1934, is nearly a century old and exudes a profound sense of history with its distinctive Japanese-Western old money charm. The lobby and public areas are understated yet sophisticated, with exquisite attention to detail. The room was impeccably maintained and felt brand new, not at all dated. Even the bathroom facilities, like the drainage and...
The location is superb, with direct underground connections to two stations. The service is excellent, and the winter view from the hotel room is truly unforgettable. Breakfast is delicious, and the milk is the best I’ve ever had!
Hotel's location is very convenient as it is connected to the Underground walkway. Although walking around the downtown on a snowy pavement is awesome too, using the Chika-ho is convenient when you are walking with a 23kg luggage. Hotel is near Odōri and Susukino so Sapporo City's famous locations are very accessible. Breakfast is so yum and even serves ice cream. Room has a drip pod coffee maker and...
The hotel is good; you can access it directly from the underground, so you don't have to brave the cold outside. It's an older hotel, but overall it's still very convenient. I'd consider staying here again next time I visit; it offers great value for money.

Stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the train station and MTR, which made getting around effortless. There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby. The hotel has a nice quiet vibe, which was perfect after busy days out exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room...
The room was clean and bright, and opening the curtains revealed a beautiful view of soft, white snow. It's a convenient 6-minute walk from Sapporo Station, with a 7-Eleven right across the street and Hokkaido University just a stone's throw away. The hotel breakfast is highly recommended; you can choose between a buffet and a Japanese set menu. I especially recommend the Japanese breakfast on the...
The room was very clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a kettle, which is a bit of a hassle in winter. It's reasonably close to the JR station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Breakfast was also decent.
The room was spacious enough for two large suitcases. It's a reasonable walk to the JR station, about three blocks away, and it's also convenient for shopping. There's a big Rokkatei store right across from the hotel, and convenience stores nearby.
Room is big and clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, good and delicious breakfast. Good location and good view.
The twin room was quite spacious, with two 1.2-meter-wide single beds and enough space in between to get out of bed easily. On the other side, I could open my 30-inch suitcase. The price of around 1,000 RMB during the winter holiday, including breakfast, was acceptable. I think Ctrip had a package without breakfast for 600-700 RMB per night. However, those packages need to be booked in advance, which...

Great location for self driving travellers and free parking, and if you are looking for a quick stay near the airport. Thanks for the front desk staff for a free upgrade and the room was spatious.
The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel is located near the train station in the quieter Chitose area, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great room service. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient airport transportation, especially a huge relief when we had to manage our suitcases in the snow. There is also a shopping mall near the...
The front desk agent gave us a room that was already occupied. We got quite a shock when we opened the door!
The room was quite spacious, though the facilities felt a bit outdated. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied.
Extremely satisfied! The hotel was surprisingly clean; I had expected an older property but it turned out to be quite new. It was also very spacious. Overall, super happy with it. It was very convenient to stay near the airport the night before leaving Sapporo. The next morning, I just woke up and took a taxi to the airport.

I vividly recall our check-in experience: we were supposed to check in at 12:00 PM, but due to a massive snowstorm, we were stranded at the airport right after landing and couldn't get to the hotel until 3:00 AM. However, the hygiene, service, and environment were all excellent. It's also super convenient for dining, shopping, and taking the subway. There's a duty-free shop right downstairs from...
The triple room is convenient for families traveling with children, but this room is genuinely small. It's the first time I've stayed in a hotel where I had to open my suitcase right by the entrance door in the hallway, leaving absolutely no space to move around and pack. Other than that, the location and transportation are quite convenient, and there are restaurants within walking distance. However...
The room was very clean, a bit small, but we could open and place both of our suitcases. It was fine for three people. The service was excellent. For breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options available, and we tried both – they were pretty good. Other than the small room, it's definitely Crowne Plaza standard.
This older hotel has really small rooms; with an extra bed, we couldn't even open our luggage. However, its location and service are excellent. The airport bus stops directly in front of the hotel, so you don't have to worry about snow when loading/unloading bags. It's perfect for a city walk to Odori Park and Tanukikoji. The lovely front desk staff helped us book a shuttle to a hot spring resort,...
Excellent, highly recommended for families with children. Kids under 12 stay for free. An extra bed costs 1000 JPY. They also provide complimentary bottled water daily. The location is superb; it's right across from Deoksu Palace and just one street away from Daimaru Department Store. Plus, free luggage storage is available. Definitely a strong recommendation!
Nice Location, very convenience  to tourist area and shopping.  Staff NO smile is the only draw back, smile often make customer feel staff is friendly.  Convenient parking.

After watching Ken Takakura's movies, where Hokkaido was mentioned many times, I finally fulfilled my dream in 2026. What a beautiful region, a beautiful city, and a beautiful hotel – Sapporo Odori Park View Hotel! I was happy to find a smoking area in the hotel lobby. Great location and spacious room! Neat and orderly too! I would book here again if i come back to Sapporo :)
The location is nice, lawson opposite the hotel, staff barely speak English, room’s heater has wheezing sound but my heart melted to this little robot ! 🥰😍
Close to quite a number of attractions in Sapporo. Plus point: lobby has 2 cute robots waddling around
relatively good location, about ~10 min walk from odori station. very nice that there’s free lounge from 3-9pm, with free snacks and drinks
I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they decorated our room accordingly. They even gave us some Shiroi Koibito chocolates! Their email responses were very prompt, which was great. The hotel's location is also excellent.

This hotel is perfect if you don't want to walk far from Sapporo station and you need to leave early for the airport. Just a few minutes beside Stellar Place mall. Upon checking in, I upgraded from a standard twin room to a deluxe corner twin room for the first night directly at the front desk. The hotel is located on top of the JR towel, right next to the train station. Very convenient for taking snow bus from Rusutsu or Nesiko and JR train to and from the airport. You can walk underground walkway to Odori park to attend the Sapporo snow and ice festival. Can’t ask for anything more. I wish they don’t charge extra for the onsen, 2150 JPY per person seems high for guests staying in the...
Excellent location, accessible through the mall, so no need to drag luggage through the snow. The room was spacious with large corner windows offering expansive views. Toiletries and pajamas were provided, and the humidifier was a great bonus.
The location is super convenient, especially in heavy snow. When the roads are covered in slush, it's a huge relief that this hotel has direct access from JR, so you don't even have to go outside. The staff are friendly and thoughtful, and the view is great – the west-facing scenery is particularly beautiful.

Everything was great except for the lack of a spa. **Scenery and Ambiance**: Checking into a hotel on a snowy day, the biggest charm is undoubtedly the stunning snow-covered landscape. The location is really convenient, with a convenience store right across from the hotel, which makes shopping easy. Even though the decor is a bit old-fashioned, the room was spacious, and so was the bathroom – both very clean. The service was excellent, and the hotel breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of tasty options. Great value for money, I definitely recommend it.
Second stay here. The room was spacious and the location was convenient. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sapporo.
The location may not be close to train station but the buses outside hotels bring us to Sapporo station easily. Walking distance to Nijo market and Odori but not so easy in the winter snow. The room was a bit small, but the bed was super comfy – I pretty much slept like a log every night. They also have a hot spring, and the breakfast was really good with lots of options. Location-wise, it's very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Exit 22. Plus, it's really close to Odori Park.
The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the guy at the front desk was really handsome! The breakfast was delicious too, especially the Hokkaido potatoes 😋
I stayed at this hotel for four nights during the Christmas holidays. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, and there's an airport limousine bus that drops you off right at the entrance, which takes about 80 minutes to 2 hours. The lobby has a very upscale feel, but the rooms are quite ordinary with older facilities. It seems to primarily cater to people who come for skiing in the surrounding area. If you're not skiing, it's probably not worth the price.
A really nice hotel! They even had a talk about Asahiyama Zoo in the evening, though it was unfortunately only in Japanese. The welcome drinks were delicious, the service was excellent, and breakfast was especially tasty. Thumbs up!
Went in December  Lobby area is very nicely decorated  Service was very prompt and helpful  Welcome drink can offer a couple more variety eg coffee  The cafe and bar is very cosy. Must give a shout-out to the service here! The staff's warmth and attentiveness exceeded my expectations. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, made me feel right at home. The location is also a major highlight of this hotel, being exceptionally convenient for tourists. It was a thoroughly pleasant stay.
This hotel is super close to Nakajima-Koen subway station, Exit 3, just about a 3-minute walk. Nakajima Park is right downstairs, which was really convenient for our kids to play in the snow. I go here every year! This year was my first time seeing snow, and even though I don't ski, I absolutely love Hokkaido's food and weather. It was great to see Hokkaido with snow, which gave it a different charm than in autumn! Having Mount Yotei right in front of me was truly amazing! The hotel service was also excellent. I'm hoping to visit again next year during the autumn leaf season!
Fabulous hotel in Niseko, sorry, it’s top hotel in the world !!!!!!!!! Must come back again for it!!!!!!!

The staff were friendly and attentive. There were also complimentary desserts and drinks for the room type that we booked. The furnishing is dated but it was still a comfortable stay. There was a range of nice toiletries provided. Offers 2 options of breakfast with freshly baked croissants
The Hotel location is very best located in the Park and very delicious breakfast and very near to the train station
Overall, it's pretty good. The path from the subway station to the lobby is beautiful, with cedar trees, lights, and music, creating a very romantic winter atmosphere. The Japanese breakfast at the hotel is also good, but there were too many Chinese tourists.
There's an airport bus that takes you directly to Nakajima Park, the last stop, and the hotel is just across the street when you get off. The hot spring was incredibly relaxing, especially soaking in it while enjoying the snowy scenery. It's a shame they don't allow photos. However, the hotel's food was really terrible, I almost fainted from how bad it was. And dinner was 260 per person!

Fantastic hotel and staff. You will not regret booking this place.
Booked this last minute, and it was the only small room left. Even in late March, near the end of the snow season, the hotel was fully booked. The 7 or 8 parking spots out front require a reservation and cost 4000 JPY per night. Although my room was small, it had a beautiful, unobstructed view of Mount Yotei. It was clean and tidy. It's really beautiful, and the location is quite convenient. However, there wasn't enough snow for skiing, so we couldn't ski anywhere. I love the hotel’s design, and most importantly, it is impeccably clean, kudos to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards. At the concierge, I was warmly greeted by a very courteous male staff member who even offered to carry my bags to the room while I checked in.

Booked the room with a private onsen and it was an amazing experience! The staff there are also warm and welcoming. Perhaps because we checked in late, we were offered an early dinner and an early breakfast. Since we checked in late at noon, we managed to request a later dinner, but it was a bit difficult the next morning. If you have a preferred time, I recommend checking in earlier. The room was spacious and very nice! Perhaps because there was a bath in the room, the large public bath was empty and we had it...
Very good hotel, stylish, and attentive service. However, the facilities are a bit old, which is a common problem of Japanese hotels. The windows of the indoor hot spring are very old-fashioned aluminum alloy windows, which are not very convenient for taking pictures.
Disadvantages: The room is old and the price/performance ratio is average. The price is 1050 per night and the bathtub is the smallest. Advantages: It is close to the airport. It takes about half an hour to take the tram to the city. The transportation is very convenient.
The shop and front desk are slow to respond
High-end, I am a black diamond member and I am very satisfied

The hotel management is really poor. The public hot spring always has a sticky film on top, and there were foreign objects in the large pool where people lie down, almost cutting my skin. The worst part is that these things can't be removed. The day after soaking, my feet were incredibly itchy, probably due to a fungal infection. People with tattoos and whatnot were also soaking, and no one seemed...
Good. Facilities are new, and the hygiene is spotless. The environment is beautiful, right next to Lake Shikotsu. Service is excellent.
Excellent stay! **Environment:** Beautiful and exquisite everywhere you look. **Service:** Very attentive, made me feel really comfortable. **Cleanliness:** Spotless, I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. Just a heads-up about transportation: make sure you find the shuttle pick-up point. Luckily, a Trip.com staff member helped me with the booking.
Excellent service and hotel environment Cozy hall with professional staff service Private onsen is amazing under the snow
We had a really fantastic time at Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Resort which was a once in a lifetime experience for us. The area is beautiful and the spa has everything you need for a fantastic and relaxing stay. We stayed in a Premier Suite and the rooms are fantastic - fully equipped and spacious with all amenities, and a fantastic private Onsen to relax in.The staff at the spa were extremely friendly and...
The hotel offers a shuttle service for guests to and from the airport and JR station. I found the shuttle schedule and booked my seat easily on the hotel's official website, which was very convenient. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also quite extensive.
