The hotel is located between New Chitose Airport and Sapporo city center. It takes about half an hour to reach Sapporo. If you're looking to shop, staying in Sapporo is more convenient. However, this hotel is a good option if you have an early flight the next day. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell; I suggest the hotel improves its ventilation.

Excellent hotel with underground connections to the Sapporo station. Rooms are quiet from the traffic perspective but you can heavy footed guests wich is a bit let down if you are a light sleeper.  Another thing to nite is their main restaurant have early last orders usually 830 pm and tgey close by 9pm.  Only the bar and drinking places closes later.  Excellent afternoon high tea.

I go here every year! This year was my first time seeing snow, and even though I don't ski, I absolutely love Hokkaido's food and weather. It was great to see Hokkaido with snow, which gave it a different charm than in autumn! Having Mount Yotei right in front of me was truly amazing! The hotel service was also excellent. I'm hoping to visit again next year during the autumn leaf season!

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The room is spacious, and communication with the front desk was smooth. There are also many restaurants (not saying they're amazing, but definitely much better than the Ritz-Carlton we stayed at the second night). It's really beautiful, and the location is quite convenient. However, there wasn't enough snow for skiing, so we couldn't ski anywhere. The hotel didn't offer any compensation, and we had to drive to another ski resort (3.5 hours round trip). But trip.com was very helpful and resolved the issue for us.

Very good hotel, stylish, and attentive service. However, the facilities are a bit old, which is a common problem of Japanese hotels. The windows of the indoor hot spring are very old-fashioned aluminum alloy windows, which are not very convenient for taking pictures.

The hotel offers a shuttle service for guests to and from the airport and JR station. I found the shuttle schedule and booked my seat easily on the hotel's official website, which was very convenient. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also quite extensive.
