So comfy and hotel just so clean, as my requested they adjusted my room near by elevator.. of course i will stay here again if i come to Sapporo ☺️
Located at the end of Tanukikoji, it's quite convenient for shopping. The triple room was a bit cramped. The best part: the hotel offers a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which needs to be booked in advance. This makes taking the JR to Otaru very easy.
The hotel is very large and upscale, with excellent facilities. The windows are also huge, offering a great view.
Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb...
The room was a bit small, but the facilities and services were excellent, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is super easy to find; just go straight from Exit 11 of the subway station. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and it's close to many attractions in Sapporo. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet and it's quite delicious, especially the...
The room was very tidy and clean, and the breakfast was abundant. It's 1.5 km from Sapporo Station, a 15-minute walk to Sapporo Station and Daimaru Department Store, making shopping very convenient.

I vividly recall our check-in experience: we were supposed to check in at 12:00 PM, but due to a massive snowstorm, we were stranded at the airport right after landing and couldn't get to the hotel until 3:00 AM. However, the hygiene, service, and environment were all excellent. It's also super convenient for dining, shopping, and taking the subway. There's a duty-free shop right downstairs from...
The triple room is convenient for families traveling with children, but this room is genuinely small. It's the first time I've stayed in a hotel where I had to open my suitcase right by the entrance door in the hallway, leaving absolutely no space to move around and pack. Other than that, the location and transportation are quite convenient, and there are restaurants within walking distance. However...
The room was very clean, a bit small, but we could open and place both of our suitcases. It was fine for three people. The service was excellent. For breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options available, and we tried both – they were pretty good. Other than the small room, it's definitely Crowne Plaza standard.
This older hotel has really small rooms; with an extra bed, we couldn't even open our luggage. However, its location and service are excellent. The airport bus stops directly in front of the hotel, so you don't have to worry about snow when loading/unloading bags. It's perfect for a city walk to Odori Park and Tanukikoji. The lovely front desk staff helped us book a shuttle to a hot spring resort,...
Excellent, highly recommended for families with children. Kids under 12 stay for free. An extra bed costs 1000 JPY. They also provide complimentary bottled water daily. The location is superb; it's right across from Deoksu Palace and just one street away from Daimaru Department Store. Plus, free luggage storage is available. Definitely a strong recommendation!
Nice Location, very convenience  to tourist area and shopping.  Staff NO smile is the only draw back, smile often make customer feel staff is friendly.  Convenient parking.

Hokkaido, Sapporo, Chuo-ku Kita5, Chuo, 060-0005 Sapporo, Hokkaydo, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
This hotel is perfect if you don't want to walk far from Sapporo station and you need to leave early for the airport. Just a few minutes beside Stellar Place mall. Check in is strict as with all hotels in Japan at 3pm. The best part is the view. I got the room at level 34 facing north side of Sapporo and it was breathtaking. I booked 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to accomodate my request for...
Upon checking in, I upgraded from a standard twin room to a deluxe corner twin room for the first night directly at the front desk. The view was expansive, the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel's service was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay. Although it was a bit pricey, coming back to a comfortable room after a day of sightseeing was definitely...
The location is superb, right above the JR station, so you don't have to drag your luggage through the snow. There's a shopping mall downstairs, which is convenient for shopping. For breakfast, there are two restaurants on the 35th floor with beautiful views. I always ate at the Western restaurant, which had a good variety of options. A pleasant surprise was that if you skipped breakfast, you could...
The hotel is located on top of the JR towel, right next to the train station. Very convenient for taking snow bus from Rusutsu or Nesiko and JR train to and from the airport. You can walk underground walkway to Odori park to attend the Sapporo snow and ice festival. Can’t ask for anything more. I wish they don’t charge extra for the onsen, 2150 JPY per person seems high for guests staying in the...
Excellent location, accessible through the mall, so no need to drag luggage through the snow. The room was spacious with large corner windows offering expansive views. Toiletries and pajamas were provided, and the humidifier was a great bonus.
The location is super convenient, especially in heavy snow. When the roads are covered in slush, it's a huge relief that this hotel has direct access from JR, so you don't even have to go outside. The staff are friendly and thoughtful, and the view is great – the west-facing scenery is particularly beautiful.

Clean and near to attractions ..I enjoy the whole stats with my family
This ski-themed hotel is really interesting, with a cute design and super convenient for skiers. They offer free ski waxing and a drying room. The large public bath is just okay, though, not quite up to the standard of a Japanese onsen hotel.
It's about a 15-minute walk from JR, which was a bit tiring with luggage. Luckily, it wasn't raining or snowing. I'd recommend taking a taxi if you have a lot of luggage or people, it'll save you time and effort. The room was quite spacious, with plenty of room to open two 30-inch suitcases. There's a sauna upstairs, but we heard it was a bit stuffy, so we didn't try it. The service was pretty good...
This is the best hotel in Asahikawa, and it's incredibly convenient for skiers. The room is spacious enough for two adults and one child, and the under-bed storage is a clever use of space. The only downside is the bathroom; you have to stand in the tub to shower, which is a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else is perfect!
The room was a bit on the small side, but the location was good. It's suitable for skiing or families with children. The airport bus goes directly to the hotel, though it's the last stop, so the journey takes a bit longer.
First time staying at an OMO hotel, and this one in Asahikawa is about a 10-minute walk from Asahikawa Station. It's quite family-friendly, with various animal themes throughout. The lobby has a great vibe, and they offer welcome drinks and snacks after 3 PM. There were a lot of Westerners here, likely for skiing, as the hotel provides free shuttle services to the zoo and major ski resorts. The room...

This season offers great value for money, and it's incredibly convenient for skiers since you can access the slopes directly from the hotel's first floor. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with Japanese, Chinese, and Western options. Our room overlooked the ski resort and Mount Yotei, providing a stunning view every morning. We'll definitely be staying here again.
Great hotel, with ski locker and ski in ski out facilities. Wide range if great restaurants to choose from except some restaurants are closed from April.
The staff at Park Hyatt are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful but also very meticulous and considerate, especially kind and warm towards children. This time, I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel's reservations department for taking care of a returning guest like me by promptly upgrading our room, which made our trip incredibly comfortable...
Best in class resort for design and hardware. Exceptional personal touch by managers and senior team. Terrific on-site dining options. Love the Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants. Ski in ski out. Beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzis. Equipped gym. Private onsens available in certain room types. Bit of a indoor bug infestation problem and general staff need more training, given hotel rate class...
Will definitely stay again! Super suitable for family trips.
The hotel is very good nice real nice room nice food. I try almost all the restaurant in the hotel because I spend 8 night there and my family plays ski and snowboard almost every day. We love the environment around there. It’s so cool if you had a chance we will go back again soon.

Excellent stay in Sapporo with great service. The staff speak fluent English and were very helpful. The room was very clean and well arranged. For the location, you can walk through the hotel’s path to Nagajimakoen Station Exit 1—it’s not as far as Google Maps suggests, and there’s also an elevator nearby, which is super convenient. The bathroom was big. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay
This hotel surrounding with greenery, I especially love it’s snow scenery in winter. Extremely beautiful!
The staff were friendly and attentive. There were also complimentary desserts and drinks for the room type that we booked. The furnishing is dated but it was still a comfortable stay. There was a range of nice toiletries provided. Offers 2 options of breakfast with freshly baked croissants
The Hotel location is very best located in the Park and very delicious breakfast and very near to the train station
Overall, it's pretty good. The path from the subway station to the lobby is beautiful, with cedar trees, lights, and music, creating a very romantic winter atmosphere. The Japanese breakfast at the hotel is also good, but there were too many Chinese tourists.
There's an airport bus that takes you directly to Nakajima Park, the last stop, and the hotel is just across the street when you get off. Even after a heavy snowfall, the path leading to the hotel was already cleared, so pushing a suitcase was no trouble at all. The hotel has a side entrance that leads directly into Nakajima Park, perfect for a stroll. That same path is right across from Subway Exit...

Overall, the hotel was great for a 4-5 days stay. Not as luxurious as the Hyatt over at Hanazono but it does its job.
The room was very spacious, and the outdoor onsen's night view was absolutely stunning. Snowflakes were falling overhead while the hot spring pool steamed, creating a truly blissful moment. The hotel offers direct ski-in/out access, which is incredibly convenient and hassle-free. Breakfast was abundant, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct service to Sapporo city and New Chitose...
The hot spring was incredibly relaxing, especially soaking in it while enjoying the snowy scenery. It's a shame they don't allow photos. However, the hotel's food was really terrible, I almost fainted from how bad it was. And dinner was 260 per person!
Excellent place to stay at during the winter. Location was amazing, located right on the ski slope allowing my son to ski in and out of the hotel. It is also quite peaceful and quiet as the property is not at an overly touristy area. Rooms were also very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend, 10/10

This is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed at in our whole trip to Hokkaido. The location was unbeatable as it was right behind the Hirafu Welcome Center. It's also walkable to the quite a number of restaurants. Service was impeccable. They thought of everything, including providing guests with a shuttle to and from the KIng Gondola and many other key points within the town, and we could see...
This hotel has stunning views, spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful decor, and a high degree of privacy. The onsen is excellent. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway.
It is always very nice to stay here. It is a Ski in - Ski our property with fantastic ski valet.
This 5-star hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the ski slopes. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed. There are both public and private onsen, which can be booked for free. The breakfast is good and high-quality. If you visit during the low season, you can get a discount of up to half the usual price. There's a parking fee of 2000 yen per day.
Fantastic hotel and staff. You will not regret booking this place.
Booked this last minute, and it was the only small room left. Even in late March, near the end of the snow season, the hotel was fully booked. The 7 or 8 parking spots out front require a reservation and cost 4000 JPY per night. Although my room was small, it had a beautiful, unobstructed view of Mount Yotei. It was clean and tidy. The second photo in the middle is of a larger room type, which I hope...

1. The rooftop indoor and outdoor onsen are absolutely amazing! The indoor pool is very large and long, and in the open-air bath, you can even feel planes flying overhead – a truly unforgettable experience! 2. After your bath, you can also enjoy complimentary snacks, ice cream, and drinks (orange juice, water, beer) at the Sky Lounge outside the onsen, all while taking in the superb views of Hakodate...
The front desk service was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, there were some large black bugs in the hot spring water in the public bath. Luckily, I noticed them early and wasn't bitten. Everything else was top-notch!
Booked the room with a private onsen and it was an amazing experience! The staff there are also warm and welcoming. Soe showed us our room and patiently explained the different opening hours for lounge and cafe. Breakfast included was a traditional Japanese style course and it was an amazing experience
The room was large, but going up and down the stairs was inconvenient. Unlike Noboribetsu, they didn't offer to help carry luggage to the room. The duvet cover was too small; the duvet tucked inside, not covering the feet or shoulders—it wasn't designed for adults. The shower faucet was difficult to turn on and off.
Perhaps because we checked in late, we were offered an early dinner and an early breakfast. Since we checked in late at noon, we managed to request a later dinner, but it was a bit difficult the next morning. If you have a preferred time, I recommend checking in earlier. The room was spacious and very nice! Perhaps because there was a bath in the room, the large public bath was empty and we had it...
A typical hot spring hotel, a bit far from the city center, but the rooms have private hot spring baths, which is very convenient! The service was excellent, the environment was nice, and the breakfast was thoughtfully prepared! Recommended!

If you're coming to Daisetsuzan Asahidake and your budget allows for a slight splurge, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It's truly excellent (and I'm used to staying at international chains like Marriott and IHG). I genuinely recommend it. Also, it's best to stay for two nights; a bluebird day is a rare treat. On 'Xiaohongshu' (Little Red Book), this hotel is often compared to the one next...
Such a vibe! This hotel is perfect—they have a library with free coffee and tea 24/7. The food is 10/10 for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms are huge and beautifully designed. Plus, they give you two different outfits to wear around the property and a super comfy set of pajamas!
This hotel is super convenient, located right next to the Asahidake Ropeway (about a 1-minute walk). They have a free hot spring, and both breakfast and dinner are included in the price. The room itself is also quite spacious.
The room was huge, the biggest and most expensive hotel I stayed at during this trip to Japan. It included breakfast and dinner, and the meals were quite varied and plentiful. The only thing I want to complain about is an older male staff member, I'm not sure if he was a supervisor or something, but his attitude was terrible, as if everyone owed him a lot of money, always with a sour face. The female...

The room was spotless and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Stunning sea views, delightful private hot springs, attentive service, and an abundant array of delicious food. An excellent experience overall.
The hotel has a not to be missed ocean view, but the food variety turns out to be the disappointment. Not so much of choice when comparing it with other ryukan. Another places for your attention is that the toilet and the room has a very strong and unpleasant urine smell. Though I cannot find any uncleaned spots in the toilet, the odor is simply untolerable. The onsen at the balcony has human hair...

Great for families to relax, and the hot springs are very comfortable.
They offer complimentary morning yoga on an irregular schedule, which was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, and all the staff members were incredibly kind. Also, I don't think many people know this, but they also have a hot stone sauna, so if you love baths and saunas, you'll find it very fulfilling!
The room is spacious, and the hotel's location in Furano is excellent. However, Furano might be more suitable for a summer visit.
A pretty charming hotel! The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast was quite good. Service was decent, though the rooms might be a bit dated.
Very quiet and nice. Breakfast are great
The staffs there are super nice, they will try their best to support you when you need to make a reservation at a restaurant. They will also recommend what is the popular cuisine nearby. The food at the hotel is also decent if you want to dine in. The choice is limited but quality is good.

We enjoyed a short, two-night stay at Zaborin Ryokan last weekend, and we loved every minute of the stay. The accommodations were exceptional! The suite was spacious at ~100 square meters (~1100 square feet). There was a private outdoor onsen as well as an internal onsen that we loved using. The living room allowed us to relax comfortably in the suite even though we did not use the separate dining...
Zaborin Onsen Ryokan truly exceeded our expectations! The beautiful natural scenery was incredibly refreshing, and combined with delicious meals, a clean and spacious room, and delightful indoor and outdoor onsen baths, it made for a perfect vacation experience.
Our second visit to Zaborin, this time in the winter. The place is truly special in the snowfall, with the illuminated trees providing a wonderful background. The service remains impeccable. The room is gorgeous, with its views to the exterior. The amount of privacy is amazing. Breakfasts and dinners are in rooms that are essentially private. We found the food better this visit. Finally checked off my must-stay hotel! Getting to the hotel from Sapporo was easier than I expected. Zaborin offers a pick-up service from Kuch'an Station. The autumn scenery along the way was breathtaking. This adjective also describes the Michelin-starred dining experience; I personally preferred the breakfast, which was exceptionally refined.
A truly wonderful experience. The setting is private and the rooms feel nestled in the woodland. The service is friendly, polite and attentive. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the indoor and outdoor spring pools were a treat. The food was innovative and tasty with beautiful ingredients. The hotel itself is made for calm and relaxation. Would love to visit again!
Zaborin has entered into the ranks of one of my favourite ryokans in Japan. We visited in the midst of a very hot summer and even though the ryokan was not air conditioned and we were so warm the whole time (except in the room) we still enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
