Hokkaido, Sapporo, Kawazoe 4-jo 2-chome, Minami Ward 🧭 Map
Spa facilities: Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
Overall is really nice and relaxing to stay. There is public onsen where there are both inside and outside which I found very enjoyable. This hotel has many tourists including tour groups and others causing a long line for laundry. I really hope there are more of it. If I am not wrong there are only 5 washing machines and 4 dryers which is not enough for the entire big hotel.
Located in the southern district, a car is definitely essential for getting around. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The free parking was a huge plus! As expected from an APA hotel, the interior was very clean, and I really enjoyed the hot springs.
Great place to stay, it has everything you need and feels just like home.
Completely impractical as it's far from the city center!!! If you're not on an organized tour with a travel company, don't stay here! The city buses are a nightmare, always packed, and the metro is a 40-minute walk away! If you have luggage, you'll need to take taxis. This place is definitely not suited for solo travel or trips with friends; book a hotel in the city center instead. It's our fault;...
I like this hotel, big room and Onsen is verry nice and have free parking!
I heard that the APA Group took over the hotel that previously stood there. While it maintains the minimum quality expected of a large hotel, it lacks the detailed hospitality and feels rather crude, typical of major chains. The yukata provided in the room was only one size, and for a tall person like me, it was too short. The single space was small, not at all comfortable, and felt cramped. Also,...

So comfy and hotel just so clean, as my requested they adjusted my room near by elevator.. of course i will stay here again if i come to Sapporo ☺️
Located at the end of Tanukikoji, it's quite convenient for shopping. The triple room was a bit cramped. The best part: the hotel offers a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which needs to be booked in advance. This makes taking the JR to Otaru very easy.
The hotel is very large and upscale, with excellent facilities. The windows are also huge, offering a great view.
Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb...
The room was a bit small, but the facilities and services were excellent, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is super easy to find; just go straight from Exit 11 of the subway station. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and it's close to many attractions in Sapporo. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet and it's quite delicious, especially the...
The room was very tidy and clean, and the breakfast was abundant. It's 1.5 km from Sapporo Station, a 15-minute walk to Sapporo Station and Daimaru Department Store, making shopping very convenient.

The location is super convenient, just 100 meters from JR Shin-Sapporo Station. (Personally, I find Shin-Sapporo Station even more convenient than Sapporo Station – fewer people, quicker to get in.) Plus, getting to downtown Sapporo is easy with the Sapporo Municipal Subway. The room is quite spacious with unobstructed views, making it feel very open and bright. Housekeeping is excellent; if you...
Except the location is a little bit far away from central downtown, everything is perfect for me,good service ,huge space for one pepole and the room is quite clean, will come next time if I back to Sapporo again.
We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at...
The hotel staff is polite and friendly thier place is excellent clean and safe especially thier spa will recommend to friends if they are travelling to sapporo.
I really love this hotel, near food places and the train station. What more is the hotel is very spacious! Would recommend this to everyone if they love it further away from town area
The hotel is located between New Chitose Airport and Sapporo city center. It takes about half an hour to reach Sapporo. If you're looking to shop, staying in Sapporo is more convenient. However, this hotel is a good option if you have an early flight the next day. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell; I suggest the hotel improves its ventilation.

Great location for self driving travellers and free parking, and if you are looking for a quick stay near the airport. Thanks for the front desk staff for a free upgrade and the room was spatious.
The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel is located near the train station in the quieter Chitose area, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great room service. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient airport transportation, especially a huge relief when we had to manage our suitcases in the snow. There is also a shopping mall near the...
The front desk agent gave us a room that was already occupied. We got quite a shock when we opened the door!
The room was quite spacious, though the facilities felt a bit outdated. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied.
Extremely satisfied! The hotel was surprisingly clean; I had expected an older property but it turned out to be quite new. It was also very spacious. Overall, super happy with it. It was very convenient to stay near the airport the night before leaving Sapporo. The next morning, I just woke up and took a taxi to the airport.

Loved the hotel! He lobby is very wide and welcoming, and very well decorated. The room was very spacious, and I especially loved the view of Mount Hakodate from my window. I loved the onsen and lounge on the top floor of the main wing, too! They also have free mini popsicles in the lounge. I recommend the milk popsicles.
Great location which is walking distance from JR station Room size is good
Room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable. Love the memory foam pillow as well. Onsen is basic with just one 'pool'. Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. You get to choose between 2 restaurants - buffet or Japanese dining. We stayed 2 night so we get to try both. I personally prefer the buffet as the variety and quality of food is really good. My husband prefer the Japanese dining it is...
The hot spring wasn't as appealing as in the pictures. Breakfast was decent, especially the cake, which was delicious. For the hot spring, maybe because of the cold weather, the glass fogged up and you couldn't see anything.
The room was spotless, and the location couldn't be better. It's incredibly convenient, being very close to Mount Hakodate, the Red Brick Warehouses, and the train station. Plus, there are tons of fantastic dining options in the area.

Love our stay there. Rooms have view of slope or nature. Just beisde Ningle Terrace and you can walk further down to the winter forest, so magical. Hotel has express bus service and private car services are conveniently bookable. The only disadvantage is it's further to the train stations. However we were able to come here directly by Ski Liner from Tomamu and leave with Lavender bus to Asahikawa...
We took taxi from the nearest station to the hotel coats around 3000 yen. you can also take bus from there. The best thing about this hotel is that it has its own ski resort and a designated area for snow activities. We enjoyed our stay here even though it was short. However, the check-in process could be more efficient. Despite all counters being open, it still took some time to complete the check...
Love the hotel so much with the ningle terrace just outside the hotel and. And the ski gondolo. Will definitely back to this hotel
Very near to Ningle Terrace, just a few steps. The hotel is big, but the room is just okay. I like this hotel, very peaceful.
Nice resort stay. Love the facilities in hotel, but very limited food choices. Kids love playing snow.
The room was clean, warm, and comfortable — perfect for the cold weather in Furano. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it felt cozy and well taken care of, which made the stay relaxing. I think this is my best hotel because located near all public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean. All the reception staff , housekeepers were very lovely. Every time I come here, I am very happy.
The room was clean and the front desk service was excellent. As a solo traveler with limited language skills, they were incredibly thoughtful and patient, even using translation software and writing down important information for me. Unlike other budget hotels, this one offers daily cleaning. Although the breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was delicious, and eating while gazing at Sapporo blanketed...
Staff are friendly, there is public onsen, but luggage storage only till 12pm, it will be better if can extend till later time. Location is excellent, sapporo station is just across the street
The location is absolutely excellent. From Sapporo JR Station, you'll need to head towards the West Exit due to ongoing exterior maintenance, though the signs might point to the North Exit/Hokkaido University direction. If you take the correct exit, it's practically a stone's throw away – less than 50 meters and just across the street. The hotel itself is a bit on the older side, but it's well-maintained...
It’s not making a lot of sense they could only store your luggage for 2 hours
The hotel is clean and very new. It is very close to Chitose Station which is very good for me as I can go to the airport in the morning without rushing. There is an onsen and the lounge provides nice coffee in the morning.

This hotel is perfect if you don't want to walk far from Sapporo station and you need to leave early for the airport. Just a few minutes beside Stellar Place mall. Upon checking in, I upgraded from a standard twin room to a deluxe corner twin room for the first night directly at the front desk. I wish they don’t charge extra for the onsen, 2150 JPY per person seems high for guests staying in the...
Excellent location, accessible through the mall, so no need to drag luggage through the snow. The room was spacious with large corner windows offering expansive views. Toiletries and pajamas were provided, and the humidifier was a great bonus.
The location is super convenient, especially in heavy snow. When the roads are covered in slush, it's a huge relief that this hotel has direct access from JR, so you don't even have to go outside. Extremely old, not really liked the place, but the staffs are okay.
At the begging the front desk was super helpful and we're not queue to do the check in. It was a room for 4 people and they only gave us 1 key, was very problematic to manage that situation. The bed and amenities were good enough but the carpet was hideous. The location is very comfortable and you can walk anywhere in the downtown.
Reasonable price. Very clean. Good noise insulation in the room. Good amenities
There are two buildings in apa hotel sapporo, the older looking building had super dirty and rundown rooms. Make a request to get the new rooms.
This hotel is quite outdated. Room isn’t very clean...doesn’t feel very comfortable. Well, location is great. That is about it.
Basic hotel that provide basic accommodation needs. No other facility except what's provided in the room. Room is considered very relatively dark (without proper lighting in room). Have ’special’ on demand video that available for purchase in the hotel.

Comfy hotel but not much of a view if you're on the wrong side. Breakfast was hearty and added good value to the overall cost of staying here. Location is awesome and having its own car park albeit having to pay ¥1500 was a huge plus. Onsen was small but clean. Water pressure in the bathroom was awesome.
The location is fantastic, and it's very clean. The breakfast was delicious, a pure Japanese style. The onsen (hot spring bath) was also very clean and I really enjoyed it. Highly recommend! It's super convenient for the shopping street and general shopping. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip.
Good budget hotel in the central of city, room bigger than other budget hotel, convenient location for shopping and night life
Good view, Good location, near Susukino and Tanukikoji Shopping Street, with easy access to buses and the subway. The breakfast is Japanese-style; not very varied but convenient. Most guests are Japanese, and it’s rare to see foreign visitors. Public areas are clean and well maintained. Room size and amenities are acceptable for the price.
I left my charger at the hotel and called them, but they said they didn't find it.
Location is good. The service is excellent. I like their system of giving you token to redeem the drink from the vending machine. Breakfast is OK. There is also a public bath in the hotel. The only down side is the tap in the room: using 2 taps to adjust the temperature of the water. The room is bigger than i expected.

This hotel is excellent, great location, friendly staff, and there's a Seicomart (convenience store) right next door. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Onsen is great
The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Sapporo JR station and 3 minutes walk from Hokkaido University so the location is very convenient. The room size is generous and it has a public bath on the 2nd floor. Overall a comfortable stay and good value for money. It would be even better if the reception could understand a bit more English or Chinese.
Guests staying at the hotel have complimentary access to the large public bath. Facilities: There's a smoking room, and free self-service tea and coffee are available. Cleanliness: Multiple cleaning options are provided, and the service is very thorough. Location: It's also very convenient, just a 5-8 minute walk from JR Sapporo Station.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights during the Christmas holidays. The room was spacious, which was great for traveling with kids. There's a supermarket on the first floor, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's an ideal location, very convenient for getting to Mount Hakodate and the train station. There were always taxis waiting right outside the door.
The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the rooftop onsen was incredibly relaxing. The location is absolutely superb, right next to Hakodate's major attractions, and there's a food court downstairs. My room faced Mount Hakodate, offering a fantastic view. The hotel breakfast was very extensive, with lots of seafood, though I'm not used to eating it. Overall, it was a great experience!
The environment was quite good, but the hot spring had a strange odor, so I didn't dare stay in it for too long. The breakfast was indeed excellent. I hope the service attitude towards Chinese-speaking tourists can improve, and it would be great to have a front desk staff who speaks Chinese.
Spacious and comfortable room with an excellent breakfast that truly lives up to its reputation. Well-managed public bath and open-air onsen, with thoughtful amenities prepared in the room. Free late-night ramen is a nice bonus, and the location is great for walking around Hakodate Bay. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful.
Fantastic experience! The breakfast was delicious, and the late-night ramen was a real treat. The open-air onsen was great, and the view from the window was beautiful. We upgraded to a double room, and the bed was huge and super comfortable – loved it! The location is incredibly convenient, and they even gave us a complimentary cheesecake. I booked this place quite last-minute. I originally wanted to stay at JR Inn to avoid dragging my suitcase through the snow. Onsen was nice and right behind the attraction within walking distance. Do note on the season when visiting because off peak may not have as many open stalls.
This hotel is quite affordable for Jozankei, though it doesn't have private onsen. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the rooms are spacious enough. Booking the bus from Sapporo to Jozankei was convenient, and we saw many Japanese seniors staying there. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a good variety of fruits and vegetables, and everything was pretty tasty. It was also very convenient for...
Hotel furniture is very old. There is bad smell in the room. The hotel is big and the attentiveness of service is below par of Japanese standard but of course better than American standard. Food quality and variety of Buffet is good. You have most of Japanese food you can think of.

This is my second stay here because I love this hotel so much! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and very convenient. There’s an Airport Bus stop right at the hotel for easy transfers to/from CTS Airport. It's located directly in front of Odori Park, which was amazing during the Snow Festival—I could just stroll out and enjoy the event. I also loved the free rooftop Onsen for...
A very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage...
Good location, direct bus to airport in front of hotel. Our rm was facing odori park so could enjoy the view!!For couple I recommend booking the double rm facing odori park, pay a bit extra but more comfortable & great to enjoy the winter scenery. The moderate double rm too small for us so upgraded to bigger & comfortable rm! The onsen was great too, so nice after a day of sightseeing 🥰
Very close to Odori Park. There is an airport bus stop in front of the hotel near the Sapporo TV Tower, which is very convenient. There is also a tram station located behind the hotel, making transportation even more convenient. The hotel is connected to Odori Subway Station, and the location is excellent. The staff are very nice, friendly, and provide great service with warm smiles. The breakfast...
This was my second time staying here. I stayed in a park view room with beautiful snowy views - it was cozy and relaxing. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Plus, they offer free coffee, tea, and soup in the lobby, which is a nice touch!
Clean rooms. Very convenient location next to Odori Park and Susukino. Plenty options for restaurants and bars.
