It's really convenient for getting to Annupuri ski resort. They have a shuttle service that takes you there right away, and the staff are very friendly.

This is our second time staying at this hotel for the ski season. Although it's a bit old, it offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchen, and the laundry room is convenient and reasonably priced. It's a shame that many shuttle bus routes and stops have been canceled this year; we can only get to the nearest Annupuri, and need to take the Niseko bus to other ski resorts...

The hotel was clean, but the location is not so good for the whole niseko area and their shuttles don’t cover many places. The service was bad, specially in the restaurant, I always had to have dinner there cause I didn’t have another option during the evening. The room is quite spacious with a beautiful view directly overlooking the ski slopes from the window. We could cook our own meals and even bought ingredients to grill outside. Direct access to the ski slopes right from the hotel entrance. The hotel service was excellent; staff even drove us to a nearby place to pick up our rented ski equipment.

Luxury at a reasonable price The property is about 50 yards from the ski lift. The room is spacious and well appointed. We had a kitchenette with fridge and microwave as well as flatware. The Onsen is smaller but nice and comfortable / relaxing.

My kids and visited Niseko in Feb 2026 and the Holiday Niseko team was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Great selection of places and great help figuring things out on the hill. One thing I will note is that you have to book local trips / activities at least 2 weeks in advance.
