Hokkaido, Sapporo, Ward, Minami 4 Jonishi, 5 Chome−1, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
Best location Becos it’s only 2 mins walk from Susukono station, 50 m away from the famous Nikka whisky sign. Plenty of foods, pub n shopping around the area. Rooms was bit old, cleanliness so so but if you are looking for a perfect location to stay in Sapporo, Tokyo Rei might be your choice
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sapporo city center. The subway and bus stops are right outside the door, making it super convenient. You can pretty much walk to all the city's attractions. The room size is decent too; I could easily open my 26-inch suitcase. The cleanliness was good, and the service was quite friendly.
The room size is smaller than my image, the hotel location is at the centre of susukino and short distance to places like sapporo tanukikoji Shopping Arcade and odori park
Great location! It's just a stone's throw from the subway exit, and there's an airport bus stop right across the street. Plus, there's a mall nearby, the Tanukikoji shopping arcade, and plenty of nightlife options. If you keep an eye out, you can often find great deals on the rooms, making it excellent value for money overall.
Excellent stay! The bathroom was soundproofed well, and the location was fantastic. This hotel experience was superb! 👍 The room was cozy and well-decorated, with complete and new facilities. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The location is convenient, with many great food options nearby.
I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is very close to city center , making it very convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend...

Best location ever. It is connected directly to the JR station and no need to carry luggage and walk outside. The room is tidy and comfortable. Worthy the price.
The hotel is super convenient, directly accessible from the JR train station via an underground passage. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the transportation is excellent.
The location is excellent, right across from the south exit. If you're familiar with the area, you can use the underground passage, which is especially convenient during heavy snowfall in Hokkaido. The room is quite small but has everything you need, and the cleanliness is good. I really enjoyed the breakfast ambiance, especially sitting by the window watching the snow fall outside—it was incredibly...
This hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the JR station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The facilities are excellent, and the service is very attentive. I highly recommend it to everyone. If I go to Sapporo again, I'll definitely book this hotel.
Excellent! The free luggage storage is a lifesaver, and the convenient location makes it easy to get anywhere quickly, especially for shopping.
The hotel’s location is the reason that I booked for my stay in Sapporo. It is opposite the JR Sapporo Station and airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Hotel reception is on the 7th floor and breakfast is on the 1st floor. When taking the elevator to your room, you will need to scan your room card before proceeding. By the way, hotel does provide free coffee and drinks for hotel...

Loved the hotel! He lobby is very wide and welcoming, and very well decorated. The room was very spacious, and I especially loved the view of Mount Hakodate from my window. I loved the onsen and lounge on the top floor of the main wing, too! They also have free mini popsicles in the lounge. I recommend the milk popsicles.
Great location which is walking distance from JR station Room size is good
Room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable. Love the memory foam pillow as well. Onsen is basic with just one 'pool'. Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. You get to choose between 2 restaurants - buffet or Japanese dining. We stayed 2 night so we get to try both. I personally prefer the buffet as the variety and quality of food is really good. My husband prefer the Japanese dining it is...
The hot spring wasn't as appealing as in the pictures. Breakfast was decent, especially the cake, which was delicious. For the hot spring, maybe because of the cold weather, the glass fogged up and you couldn't see anything.
The room was spotless, and the location couldn't be better. It's incredibly convenient, being very close to Mount Hakodate, the Red Brick Warehouses, and the train station. Plus, there are tons of fantastic dining options in the area.
Good location, great view and the best Japanese breakfast 👍

Love our stay there. Rooms have view of slope or nature. Just beisde Ningle Terrace and you can walk further down to the winter forest, so magical. Hotel has express bus service and private car services are conveniently bookable. The only disadvantage is it's further to the train stations. However we were able to come here directly by Ski Liner from Tomamu and leave with Lavender bus to Asahikawa...
We took taxi from the nearest station to the hotel coats around 3000 yen. you can also take bus from there. The best thing about this hotel is that it has its own ski resort and a designated area for snow activities. We enjoyed our stay here even though it was short. However, the check-in process could be more efficient. Despite all counters being open, it still took some time to complete the check...
Love the hotel so much with the ningle terrace just outside the hotel and. And the ski gondolo. Will definitely back to this hotel
Very near to Ningle Terrace, just a few steps. The hotel is big, but the room is just okay. I like this hotel, very peaceful.
Nice resort stay. Love the facilities in hotel, but very limited food choices. Kids love playing snow.
The room was clean, warm, and comfortable — perfect for the cold weather in Furano. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it felt cozy and well taken care of, which made the stay relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is convenient if you’re exploring Furano, especially for winter activities. The room was spacious, perfect for a few friends to chat. The cleanliness and environment were both good, and it was convenient to explore the surrounding area for food and shopping. The breakfast had a full variety, nothing spectacular but decent. The staff didn't speak Chinese.
Overall experience and environment is good but hotel is a little old and didn’t upgrade.
The room is quite spacious, excellent! 👍👍👍👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent! 👍👍 Excellent!
The hotel boasts an amazing view, offering a stunning panoramic of Sapporo's snowy nightscape. The room size and space were also quite generous, which is a rarity for hotels in Japan. However, it seems the decor is a bit dated, as the bathroom fixtures felt like they were from the last century. On the plus side, the hotel offers a scheduled shuttle bus service to Sapporo Station!
Great~ few mins walk to subway, room is large enough to put two big luggages. Hotel has auto parking.
This time, I was on a high floor with a great view, and the room was bigger than last time, even with a large sofa. I dropped off my luggage around 8 AM and was able to check in early when I returned after 12 PM. The hygiene and service were both very good. There's also a 5:30 AM bus nearby to the airport, which is perfect for catching early flights.

The triple room was a bit cramped, but with some clever rearranging, it worked out great. The bathroom's odor extraction and dehumidifying features were surprisingly powerful, and I have no idea how they managed it since there's no visible switch or noise. This hotel is excellent, great location, friendly staff, and there's a Seicomart (convenience store) right next door. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Onsen is great
The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Sapporo JR station and 3 minutes walk from Hokkaido University so the location is very convenient. The room size is generous and it has a public bath on the 2nd floor. Overall a comfortable stay and good value for money. It would be even better if the reception could understand a bit more English or Chinese.
Guests staying at the hotel have complimentary access to the large public bath. Facilities: There's a smoking room, and free self-service tea and coffee are available. Cleanliness: Multiple cleaning options are provided, and the service is very thorough. Location: It's also very convenient, just a 5-8 minute walk from JR Sapporo Station.
The room was clean, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious; I stayed for five days and never got tired of it. It's also close to the station, making it super convenient for getting around. I plan to stay here again on my next visit.

The room was much larger than typical Tokyo hotels, comparable in size to a standard hotel in China. Breakfast was plentiful, and right outside the hotel, there's a stop for both the airport shuttle and the bus to Lake Akan. It's also just a few hundred meters from Washo Market, which is super convenient. The front desk kindly granted my request for a one-hour late checkout. Many thanks!
A nice hotel, but is old. Bit far away from the station. Still can accept it.
With a English speaking in the counter is a plus . Polite and the roof terrace is an excellent view
This is an older upscale hotel. My first impression upon entering was how spacious the room was, and the bed was comfortable. It took me a while to figure out the air conditioning controls, which felt quite old-fashioned but must have been state-of-the-art back in the day. Location is extremely good - we took a bus from Chitose airport and alighted at Monterey Hotel, which is 3-5 mins walk to New Otani Inn; it is also a short walk to TV tower, Clock Tower, Odori Park (all of these within 5-10 mins). The hotel is conveniently located nearby the train station and the rooms are comfortable. The staff was friendly and you can find many places to eat nearby. I’d recommend this hotel to any couples visiting Sapporo
The room was a bit small. The hotel promotes eco-friendliness, so there's no room cleaning for stays of two consecutive nights. **Location:** Very convenient, close to the subway station and JR Sapporo Station, and within walking distance of Odori Park and Tanukikoji. **Breakfast:** A wide variety of dishes, including local specialties like Hokkaido Miso Ramen and Soup Curry, plus freshly made onigiri...
This was my second stay here. The hotel facilities are all good, and this room was even a bit bigger than the last one. Also, there were suddenly a lot more people at breakfast, and we had to queue for over 15 minutes two days in a row. Aside from...
From the moment you're greeted, to the front desk, and the overall architecture, everything exudes a sense of grandeur and luxury. It feels very upscale. The facilities are what you'd expect from a well-established star-rated hotel, and the location is absolutely prime, making it convenient to get anywhere. The night view from the upper floors is particularly beautiful. You can pretty much book this...
The lobby was nicer than the room facilities. The room size was okay, but I noticed several stains on the duvet, which made it feel not very clean. The service attitude was decent. The hotel is not far from the station, about an 8-9 minute walk, and they offer a shuttle service to the station. The breakfast was incredibly lavish, with everything you could possibly want. From various vantage points, including the restaurant and hot springs, you can see Mount Hakodate.
The room was spacious, which was great for traveling with kids. There's a supermarket on the first floor, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's an ideal location, very convenient for getting to Mount Hakodate and the train station. There were always taxis waiting right outside the door.
The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the rooftop onsen was incredibly relaxing. The location is absolutely superb, right next to Hakodate's major attractions, and there's a food court downstairs. My room faced Mount Hakodate, offering a fantastic view. The hotel breakfast was very extensive, with lots of seafood, though I'm not used to eating it. Overall, it was a great experience!
The environment was quite good, but the hot spring had a strange odor, so I didn't dare stay in it for too long. The breakfast was indeed excellent. I hope the service attitude towards Chinese-speaking tourists can improve, and it would be great to have a front desk staff who speaks Chinese.
Spacious and comfortable room with an excellent breakfast that truly lives up to its reputation. Well-managed public bath and open-air onsen, with thoughtful amenities prepared in the room. Free late-night ramen is a nice bonus, and the location is great for walking around Hakodate Bay. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful.
Fantastic experience! The breakfast was delicious, and the late-night ramen was a real treat. The open-air onsen was great, and the view from the window was beautiful. We upgraded to a double room, and the bed was huge and super comfortable – loved it! The location is incredibly convenient, and they even gave us a complimentary cheesecake. I'm giving this a solid 100 points!

Great location, within walking distance from Sapporo Station. The room is very spacious (unlike the tiny rooms in Tokyo) and clean. Love this place! Breakfast was amazing - I woke up at 5.45am every morning for it 🤣 And made sure I used the public bath every day. ❤️
The breakfast at Vessel is so good, here’s how to enjoy it to the fullest. In Chainsaw Man, Fami says that the secret to pig out yet staying slim is to drop massive ordnance afterwards. Hotel Kunugigaoka Otaru is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city, right by the sea. It's conveniently located, perfect for a snowy stroll. I enjoyed delicious 'chame' barbecue, visited the Music Box Antique Museum, and the Japanese Ukiyo-e Art Museum, among other places.
This is my second time staying here. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options. Both the sea and mountain views are beautiful, and the rooms are quite spacious compared to other hotels in Otaru. It's just a shame there's no hot spring.
This is a very classic hotel. The lobby is brightly lit, and the front desk staff were very friendly and clearly explained the opening hours for the three entrances. They even specifically advised JR travelers which door to use. The room was spacious and very clean, and the mountain view from the window was absolutely stunning – a pleasant surprise!
The hotel's location is pretty average; it's a bit of a walk to all the attractions. Luckily, we chose to drive, but we ended up paying over 3000 yen for parking over two days, which stings a bit since other Japanese hotels usually offer free parking. Plus, the hotel facilities are generally old, and the room lighting is super dim. If that bothers you, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. On the bright...

The spa was spacious, and the open-air bath in the snow was absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the desserts and ice cream were the same delicious Chateraise products you'd buy in their stores – I ate so much! I'd love to visit again in the summer...
The restaurant buffet was delicious.
I had to go to a conference, but I wanted to make some fun memories for my kids, so I stayed here with them, as it has a pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Two of the water slides were closed, so it seems they're only open every day on weekends this month. Even without them, we were able to play in the pool until 9:00 PM and then relax in the hot springs.
The buffet had a variety of options and was delicious. I was able to eat a lot of crab, which was great. There was a TV in the bathroom in the room. The pool and hot springs were great. If you're afraid of heights, the elevator might be scary... I'll post a photo, even though it's not very photogenic.
It was so amazing I've already booked another trip and will be going two more times this year!
Service was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room is clean. Buffet choice is awesome.

The price was really good, the service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The hot springs on the top floor were also very relaxing.
The hotel was excellent and very affordable. Both dinner and breakfast were quite good. The open-air hot spring on the rooftop offered stunning sea views, and with snowflakes falling on my face while I was soaking, it truly felt like an authentic Hokkaido experience.
The location is excellent, very close to both the airport and the beach. Directly opposite is the Tropical Botanical Garden, and from the room, you can even spot monkeys in the garden. The hot spring views are absolutely fantastic, and soaking in them on a snowy day was an incredible experience!!!!!!
Breakfast was definitely worth it. The room was a bit small; as a solo traveler, I could barely open my suitcase. The rooftop hot spring was great with a good view.
Location of the hotel is relatively far from city centre, but close to the hotel. Hot springs in the hotel are also great, but the private ones are booked completely, so a reservation in advanced is recommend!

Second time here. Rooms are spacious and sparkling clean! Location is excellent! Walking distance from Odori Park and Susukino areas!
Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, a must-try when you're in Hokkaido!
Right downstairs from the hotel is Familymart. Across the street from the hotel is where Li Xiaolu goes shopping, and Ichiran Ramen is also on Li Xiaolu 5. This seafood BBQ place is a must-try!
Location is very good and connect to Family Mart. Nearby a lot of food options as well. Between Susukino area and Odori park which best of both.
