Overall is really nice and relaxing to stay. There is public onsen where there are both inside and outside which I found very enjoyable. This hotel has many tourists including tour groups and others causing a long line for laundry. I really hope there are more of it. If I am not wrong there are only 5 washing machines and 4 dryers which is not enough for the entire big hotel.

Located in the southern district, a car is definitely essential for getting around. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The free parking was a huge plus! As expected from an APA hotel, the interior was very clean, and I really enjoyed the hot springs.

Located at the end of Tanukikoji, it's quite convenient for shopping. The triple room was a bit cramped. The best part: the hotel offers a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which needs to be booked in advance. This makes taking the JR to Otaru very easy.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sapporo city center. The subway and bus stops are right outside the door, making it super convenient. Great location! It's just a stone's throw from the subway exit, and there's an airport bus stop right across the street. Plus, there's a mall nearby, the Tanukikoji shopping arcade, and plenty of nightlife options. Excellent hotel with underground connections to the Sapporo station. Rooms are quiet from the traffic perspective but you can heavy footed guests wich is a bit let down if you are a light sleeper.  Another thing to nite is their main restaurant have early last orders usually 830 pm and tgey close by 9pm.  Only the bar and drinking places closes later.  Excellent afternoon high tea.

Excellent, highly recommended for families with children. Kids under 12 stay for free. An extra bed costs 1000 JPY. They also provide complimentary bottled water daily. The hotel boasts an amazing view, offering a stunning panoramic of Sapporo's snowy nightscape. The room size and space were also quite generous, which is a rarity for hotels in Japan. This time, I was on a high floor with a great view, and the room was bigger than last time, even with a large sofa. I dropped off my luggage around 8 AM and was able to check in early when I returned after 12 PM. The hygiene and service were both very good. The location is super convenient, especially in heavy snow. When the roads are covered in slush, it's a huge relief that this hotel has direct access from JR, so you don't even have to go outside. I really enjoyed my time at the Kushiro Prince. Staff were nice to me and spoke English, room was clean and had a great view of Kushiro. Location was right next to lots of good places to eat.

The room was much larger than typical Tokyo hotels, comparable in size to a standard hotel in China. Breakfast was plentiful, and right outside the hotel, there's a stop for both the airport shuttle and the bus to Lake Akan. Good view, Good location, near Susukino and Tanukikoji Shopping Street, with easy access to buses and the subway. The breakfast is Japanese-style; not very varied but convenient. Most guests are Japanese, and it’s rare to see foreign visitors. Public areas are clean and well maintained. Room size and amenities are acceptable for the price.

I left my charger at the hotel and called them, but they said they didn't find it.

Location is good. The service is excellent. I like their system of giving you token to redeem the drink from the vending machine. Breakfast is OK. There is also a public bath in the hotel. The only down side is the tap in the room: using 2 taps to adjust the temperature of the water. The room is bigger than i expected.

The hotel is not far from the station, about an 8-9 minute walk, and they offer a shuttle service to the station. The breakfast was incredibly lavish, with everything you could possibly want. From various vantage points, including the restaurant and hot springs, you can see Mount Hakodate.

The room was spacious, which was great for traveling with kids. There's a supermarket on the first floor, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's an ideal location, very convenient for getting to Mount Hakodate and the train station. There were always taxis waiting right outside the door.

The hotel room was really old and the bed was very thin. It was just okay for an overnight stay. The two single beds couldn't be pushed together. The hotel has central air conditioning, but they also provided a small fan, which was quite thoughtful. The only thing worth five stars was the breakfast, it was absolutely fantastic!
