I love this place, tried the breakfast on the last day of my stay.. Foods variety was good enough. I used the spa(public hot bath, and also open air public bath), and i really like the temperatures, vibes and facilities inside Room was also very clean and tidy.

At the begging the front desk was super helpful and we're not queue to do the check in. It was a room for 4 people and they only gave us 1 key, was very problematic to manage that situation. The hotel is clean and very new. It is very close to Chitose Station which is very good for me as I can go to the airport in the morning without rushing. There is an onsen and the lounge provides nice coffee in the morning.

Comfy hotel but not much of a view if you're on the wrong side. Breakfast was hearty and added good value to the overall cost of staying here. I left my charger at the hotel and called them, but they said they didn't find it.

Location is good. The service is excellent. I like their system of giving you token to redeem the drink from the vending machine. Breakfast is OK. There is also a public bath in the hotel. When you exit JR, don't take the North Exit!!! The East Exit is the closest. You'll see a 7-Eleven right away, and then just keep going straight. It should only take about 3 minutes in total. Quite an old hotel that needs a renovation. Rooms are typical Japanese size (not big). Airconditioning that like most older Japanese hotels are a/c in summer and heat in winter and cannot be changed. That said, ventilation ca be turned off and the window can be cracked open.  Staff were very nice and friendly.

Smooth check-in process. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. The Odori station exit 1 is just next to the hotel and access to the underground shopping area is few distance away. Instead of taking bus to the airport we chose to walk along the underground path all the way to Sapporo station which makes it easy for us in the winter. Everything’s prefect and wonderful.

All three of us stayed in cabin Obihiro. We were really pleasantly surprised by the value of the hotel, boasting an onsen that was way better than we expected. Staff were helpful and good to us and everything was simple and easy!

Our room is probably called Family room, with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. The room was pretty big for Japan size and kept clean. The furniture is old but it never bother us. The sento facility was the highlight for us. There's a Seico kombini across the road. We'll stay here again if opportunity arises.

I stayed overnight in Obihiro on my way back from a trip to Shihoro. There's a moor hot spring, and I warmed up in it twice. The breakfast buffet had a great view and was delicious! I'm glad I stayed here. The hotel arranged for my suitcase to be sent by courier, and I took the morning bus back to New Chitose Airport. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

If you're sensitive to smoke, definitely avoid the smoking rooms. Even the air purifier was steeped in secondhand smoke. However, the hotel's overall facilities are good 👍. There's a massage chair and various multiplayer card games available, as well as a play area for children.

Stayed here for a brief overnight stop en route to Shiretoko. Twin room was spacious by Japanese standard, with small double beds. Car park charge reasonable at ¥600. We used the laundry. Washers free. The roof top hot baths were great. The late evening Ramen was most welcome. I have stayed in many Dormy Inn and would recommend.
