Overall is really nice and relaxing to stay. There is public onsen where there are both inside and outside which I found very enjoyable. This hotel has many tourists including tour groups and others causing a long line for laundry. I really hope there are more of it. If I am not wrong there are only 5 washing machines and 4 dryers which is not enough for the entire big hotel.

Located in the southern district, a car is definitely essential for getting around. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The free parking was a huge plus! As expected from an APA hotel, the interior was very clean, and I really enjoyed the hot springs.

I think this is my best hotel because located near all public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean. All the reception staff , housekeepers were very lovely. Every time I come here, I am very happy.

The hotel is clean and very new. It is very close to Chitose Station which is very good for me as I can go to the airport in the morning without rushing. There is an onsen and the lounge provides nice coffee in the morning.

Location is good. The service is excellent. I like their system of giving you token to redeem the drink from the vending machine. Breakfast is OK. There is also a public bath in the hotel. The only down side is the tap in the room: using 2 taps to adjust the temperature of the water. The room is bigger than i expected.

I booked this place quite last-minute. I originally wanted to stay at JR Inn to avoid dragging my suitcase through the snow. However, to my surprise, it wasn't hard to get here because there's a covered walkway connecting it to the JR station. It's also very close to the ski bus pick-up point. All in all, it's a great alternative if you can't get a room at JR Inn or OMO7.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nakajima Park, just three subway stops from Sapporo Station and one stop from Susukino. Quite an old hotel that needs a renovation. Rooms are typical Japanese size (not big). Airconditioning that like most older Japanese hotels are a/c in summer and heat in winter and cannot be changed. Our room is probably called Family room, with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. The room was pretty big for Japan size and kept clean. The furniture is old but it never bother us. I stayed overnight in Obihiro on my way back from a trip to Shihoro. There's a moor hot spring, and I warmed up in it twice. The breakfast buffet had a great view and was delicious! I'm glad I stayed here. The hotel arranged for my suitcase to be sent by courier, and I took the morning bus back to New Chitose Airport. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The Fairfield by Marriott Sapporo offers excellent value for money. The decor is simple and in a Japanese style, and the room was, as expected, very tidy and clean. While it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, which might be inconvenient on a snowy day, overall it's a good choice!
