Overall is really nice and relaxing to stay. There is public onsen where there are both inside and outside which I found very enjoyable. This hotel has many tourists including tour groups and others causing a long line for laundry. I really hope there are more of it. If I am not wrong there are only 5 washing machines and 4 dryers which is not enough for the entire big hotel.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sapporo city center. The subway and bus stops are right outside the door, making it super convenient. You can pretty much walk to all the city's attractions. The room size is decent too; I could easily open my 26-inch suitcase. The cleanliness was good, and the service was quite friendly.

I love this place, tried the breakfast on the last day of my stay.. Foods variety was good enough. I used the spa(public hot bath, and also open air public bath), and i really like the temperatures, vibes and facilities inside Room was also very clean and tidy.

We love everything here! Although the room style is a bit old, but very clean. The lake view is so nice from the hotel room, most wonderful is the rooftop hot spring, this is why I book this hotel. The buffet dinner had many choices of food. Most memorable moments when fire work lights up on the ice lake! That's some activities here too!

I really enjoyed my time at the Kushiro Prince. Staff were nice to me and spoke English, room was clean and had a great view of Kushiro. Location was right next to lots of good places to eat.

The room was much larger than typical Tokyo hotels, comparable in size to a standard hotel in China. Breakfast was plentiful, and right outside the hotel, there's a stop for both the airport shuttle and the bus to Lake Akan. Comfy hotel but not much of a view if you're on the wrong side. Breakfast was hearty and added good value to the overall cost of staying here. Smooth check-in process. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. The Odori station exit 1 is just next to the hotel and access to the underground shopping area is few distance away. Instead of taking bus to the airport we chose to walk along the underground path all the way to Sapporo station which makes it easy for us in the winter. Everything’s prefect and wonderful.

Quite an old hotel that needs a renovation. Rooms are typical Japanese size (not big). Airconditioning that like most older Japanese hotels are a/c in summer and heat in winter and cannot be changed. That said, ventilation ca be turned off and the window can be cracked open.  Staff were very nice and friendly.
