The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and it's good value for money.

We stayed for two nights with our family and it was great. We have three kids, so I was worried about being right in the middle of Susukino, but the hotel was a good distance away and having parking right in front was really convenient. The hotel wasn't very clean, it actually felt quite dirty. I didn't realize it was located near a red-light district, which is something to be aware of if you're traveling with children. On the positive side, the customer service was very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

Very big room with limited features. Suitable for the night stay with big families of 4 or 5. Good location near food n shopping areas. Only for those who do not need much services and only for overnight stay as it does not seems to be like a hotel.

Kira Kira is located downhill of the Hirafu Welcome Centre. Transportation is provided during arrival and departure to and from the Welcome Centre. I am not too sure if the transportation can be arranged during they stay as I did not try this. The room was spacious and well suited my needs. It was comfortable. We loved staying at Kira Kira Suites- the location was perfect for food options and access to the slopes. The staff were all really helpful and the studio apartment itself is modern and comfortable. Will definitely book with H2 Life again.
