Room size is ok
Breakfast offers great varieties.
Onsen is supreme.
Restaurants are not bad.
Really relaxing in the hotel.
Love all the mixup.
Overall is really nice and relaxing to stay. There is public onsen where there are both inside and outside which I found very enjoyable
This hotel has many tourists including tour groups and others causing a long line for laundry. I really hope there are more of it
Located in the southern district, a car is definitely essential for getting around. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, there are plenty of restaurants nearby
(You should have given us ten each) Nice room but a good 25-30 minute bus from Sapporo station. No English spoken at the hotel (fine for me as I speak Japanese but be warned)
The free parking was a huge plus! As expected from an APA hotel, the interior was very clean, and I really enjoyed the hot springs
Located at the end of Tanukikoji, it's quite convenient for shopping. The triple room was a bit cramped. The best part: the hotel offers a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which needs to be booked in advance
The room was a bit small, but the facilities and services were excellent, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful
Nest hotel in japan as of January 2026. Ive been in japan 5 times now, Sapporo Prince is one of the Best! suggested hotel when you visit sapporo.
The hotel is very large and upscale, with excellent facilities. The windows are also huge, offering a great view.
The room was very tidy and clean, and the breakfast was abundant. It's 1.5 km from Sapporo Station, a 15-minute walk to Sapporo Station and Daimaru Department Store, making shopping very convenient.
The hotel's breakfast is a buffet and it's quite delicious, especially the generous portions of salmon – I really enjoyed it. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sapporo
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sapporo city center. The subway and bus stops are right outside the door, making it super convenient. You can pretty much walk to all the city's attractions
The room size is decent too; I could easily open my 26-inch suitcase. The cleanliness was good, and the service was quite friendly
Traveling with my mom, the hotel breakfast was incredibly lavish! The cleanliness was also great, and the room size was quite good for Japan
Best location Becos it’s only 2 mins walk from Susukono station, 50 m away from the famous Nikka whisky sign. Plenty of foods, pub n shopping around the area
Rooms was bit old, cleanliness so so but if you are looking for a perfect location to stay in Sapporo, Tokyo Rei might be your choice
Great location! It's just a stone's throw from the subway exit, and there's an airport bus stop right across the street. Plus, there's a mall nearby, the Tanukikoji shopping arcade, and plenty of nightlife options
Except the location is a little bit far away from central downtown, everything is perfect for me,good service ,huge space for one pepole and the room is quite clean, will come next time if I back to Sapporo again.
In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in
The hotel staff is polite and friendly thier place is excellent clean and safe especially thier spa will recommend to friends if they are travelling to sapporo.
Housekeeping is excellent; if you're staying multiple nights, they clean every four days
All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring)
We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather
Hokkaido, Sapporo, Kita 1-jo Nishi 4-chome, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
The location is excellent; you can reach the hotel from Sapporo Station entirely through an underground passage. The Japanese breakfast was good. However, we stayed for two nights, and the hotel didn't empty our trash
The breakfast was excellent, easily on par with some of the best hotel breakfasts in Hokkaido, offering everything you could want
Excellent hotel with underground connections to the Sapporo station. Rooms are quiet from the traffic perspective but you can heavy footed guests wich is a bit let down if you are a light sleeper
Another thing to nite is their main restaurant have early last orders usually 830 pm and tgey close by 9pm. Only the bar and drinking places closes later.
Excellent afternoon high tea
Even the bathroom facilities, like the drainage and ventilation, were modern and completely odor-free. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, showcasing traditional Japanese hospitality at every turn
We were incredibly lucky to be assigned a large Hollywood Twin room in the East Wing – a spacious 40 square meters, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases and two snowboards with plenty of room to spare
Hokkaido, Sapporo, Chuo-ku Kita 5-jo Nishi 7-2-1, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
The room was very clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a kettle, which is a bit of a hassle in winter
Room is big and clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, good and delicious breakfast.
Good location and good view.
The only downside was the bedding. The duvet (?) was way too thick and heavy for my liking. It made the bed feel quite hot at night, and I ended up sweating a lot despite the AC. Otherwise, this place was near perfect
The hotel breakfast is highly recommended; you can choose between a buffet and a Japanese set menu. I especially recommend the Japanese breakfast on the 22nd floor to everyone – the view is absolutely stunning!
Stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the train station and MTR, which made getting around effortless
It was spotlessly clean and tidy, and there was still plenty of floor space even after we opened two large suitcases (something that’s almost impossible in most other compact hotels in Japan)
Has good spread for the breakfast buffet and has clear signs for all food and local produce to try. Nearby has Aeon mall and other izakaya. The hotel also has a family mart 0600hrs-2400hrs
Great location for self driving travellers and free parking, and if you are looking for a quick stay near the airport. Thanks for the front desk staff for a free upgrade and the room was spatious.
The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel is located near the train station in the quieter Chitose area, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great room service
The staff there were incredibly kind and provided excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable
However, dining options right outside the hotel are somewhat limited. We visited during a holiday period, so all the Izakayas required reservations
One of the biggest highlights was the convenient airport transportation, especially a huge relief when we had to manage our suitcases in the snow
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 2-9, Kita 3-jo Nishi 1-chome, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
Thanks for improving your room. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, both Japanese and Western. The good thing is that you can choose from 3 types of Western egg dishes
I vividly recall our check-in experience: we were supposed to check in at 12:00 PM, but due to a massive snowstorm, we were stranded at the airport right after landing and couldn't get to the hotel until 3:00 AM
However, the hygiene, service, and environment were all excellent. It's also super convenient for dining, shopping, and taking the subway. There's a duty-free shop right downstairs from the hotel, which was very handy
The room was very clean, a bit small, but we could open and place both of our suitcases. For breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options available, and we tried both – they were pretty good
Excellent, highly recommended for families with children. They also provide complimentary bottled water daily
This older hotel has really small rooms; with an extra bed, we couldn't even open our luggage. However, its location and service are excellent
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 4 Chome-1 Kita 4 Jonishi, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
The room is quite small but has everything you need, and the cleanliness is good. I really enjoyed the breakfast ambiance, especially sitting by the window watching the snow fall outside—it was incredibly therapeutic
The hotel is super convenient, directly accessible from the JR train station via an underground passage. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the transportation is excellent.
This hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the JR station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The facilities are excellent, and the service is very attentive. I highly recommend it to everyone
The location is excellent, right across from the south exit. If you're familiar with the area, you can use the underground passage, which is especially convenient during heavy snowfall in Hokkaido
Excellent! The free luggage storage is a lifesaver, and the convenient location makes it easy to get anywhere quickly, especially for shopping.
The hotel’s location is the reason that I booked for my stay in Sapporo. It is opposite the JR Sapporo Station and airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel
Great location which is walking distance from JR station
Room size is good
The hotel's location is good, about an 8-minute walk from Hakodate Station. The lobby and public areas are impressively decorated, but the room decor, however, was a bit plain, and the space wasn't utilized very well
Loved the hotel! He lobby is very wide and welcoming, and very well decorated. The room was very spacious, and I especially loved the view of Mount Hakodate from my window
I loved the onsen and lounge on the top floor of the main wing, too! They also have free mini popsicles in the lounge. I recommend the milk popsicles
Hakodate isn't a very large city, and this hotel is well-located and quite impressive in appearance. However, typical for Japanese hotels, both the rooms and beds are quite compact. The overall service was excellent
You get to choose between 2 restaurants - buffet or Japanese dining. We stayed 2 night so we get to try both. I personally prefer the buffet as the variety and quality of food is really good
Nice looking hotel but wasn't an overnight guest. It is connected to a nice ski field and some nice activities around Furano. We went there in winter and it looked fantastic, would recommend a day trip around here!
Rooms have view of slope or nature. Just beisde Ningle Terrace and you can walk further down to the winter forest, so magical. Hotel has express bus service and private car services are conveniently bookable
The only disadvantage is it's further to the train stations. However we were able to come here directly by Ski Liner from Tomamu and leave with Lavender bus to Asahikawa, it also goes to Furano and Biei directly
There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and getting around the area was pretty easy. Overall, it’s a simple, comfortable, and good-value place to stay. I’d happily come back again on my next trip to Furano
The location is good, service is ok. But the food is just so so compared with other onsen ryokan hotel. The hot spring is too crowded. Maybe good for skiing.
We enjoyed our stay here even though it was short. However, the check-in process could be more efficient. Despite all counters being open, it still took some time to complete the check-in
Hokkaido, Sapporo, Kita 7jo Nishi 4-chome 2-2, Kita Ward 🧭 Map
I think this is my best hotel because located near all public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean. All the reception staff , housekeepers were very lovely
The location is absolutely excellent. From Sapporo JR Station, you'll need to head towards the West Exit due to ongoing exterior maintenance, though the signs might point to the North Exit/Hokkaido University direction
The front desk staff are generally very friendly and helpful; they'll do their best to resolve any issues if you communicate clearly. I particularly liked one chubby, adorable female staff member at the front desk
The room was clean and the front desk service was excellent
Staff are friendly, there is public onsen, but luggage storage only till 12pm, it will be better if can extend till later time. Location is excellent, sapporo station is just across the street
Unlike other budget hotels, this one offers daily cleaning. Although the breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was delicious, and eating while gazing at Sapporo blanketed in snow outside the window was incredibly romantic
The room is relatively spacious, and there's a Lawson convenience store right outside, which is very convenient. The hotel's shuttle bus goes directly to JR North Exit, which is a great bonus. Overall, it's really good!
The room was spacious, perfect for a few friends to chat. The cleanliness and environment were both good, and it was convenient to explore the surrounding area for food and shopping
We stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed an excellent view of Sapporo city, from the clock tower to the ferris wheel. The lights were especially delightful at night
Overall experience and environment is good but hotel is a little old and didn’t upgrade.
The hygiene and service were both very good. There's also a 5:30 AM bus nearby to the airport, which is perfect for catching early flights
The hotel has a great view, though the facilities are a bit dated. Breakfast options aren't extensive, but it's very clean and quiet. Overall, it's good, and the location is excellent
Hokkaido, Sapporo, Odori Nishi 8-chome, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, quiet, and clean. However, as others have mentioned, the bathroom is a bit dated
After watching Ken Takakura's movies, where Hokkaido was mentioned many times, I finally fulfilled my dream in 2026
What a beautiful region, a beautiful city, and a beautiful hotel – Sapporo Odori Park View Hotel! I was happy to find a smoking area in the hotel lobby. In the evening, while I was smoking, I met an American ice sculptor
Great location and spacious room! Neat and orderly too! I would book here again if i come back to Sapporo :)
relatively good location, about ~10 min walk from odori station. very nice that there’s free lounge from 3-9pm, with free snacks and drinks
This hotel is perfect if you don't want to walk far from Sapporo station and you need to leave early for the airport. Just a few minutes beside Stellar Place mall. Check in is strict as with all hotels in Japan at 3pm
The view was expansive, the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel's service was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay
I got the room at level 34 facing north side of Sapporo and it was breathtaking. I booked 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to accomodate my request for the rooms to be nearby. We got rooms next to each other
Great location, just beside JR Sapporo station with lots of underground shops and connected to malls. 2 subway lines here as well. Staffs are very courteous and greet everyone. Perfect service and location.
It was initially full booked and once I saw rooms available at the last minute, I took it. Amenities are complete with both body and skincare products too. Breakfast was add on and we chose western cuisine
The location is a bit of walk if you’re using the airport bus from the stop (about 8-10 mins) but it was close to the Susukino main area so it was convenient. Overall good value for money stay
Great value in a good location! My only complaint is that there's not enough washing machines for everyone. The lone machine in the ladies' bath was always occupied
The hotel rooms were old but mostly clean. It had a public bath facility too. The breakfast was pretty good, it was mainly Japanese-Western breakfast
Comfy hotel but not much of a view if you're on the wrong side. Breakfast was hearty and added good value to the overall cost of staying here
Location is awesome and having its own car park albeit having to pay ¥1500 was a huge plus. Water pressure in the bathroom was awesome
Good budget hotel in the central of city, room bigger than other budget hotel, convenient location for shopping and night life
Even though the decor is a bit old-fashioned, the room was spacious, and so was the bathroom – both very clean. The service was excellent, and the hotel breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of tasty options
The pillows and mattresses are a bit soft, otherwise all good.
Everything was great except for the lack of a spa. **Scenery and Ambiance**: Checking into a hotel on a snowy day, the biggest charm is undoubtedly the stunning snow-covered landscape
These details make even the chilliest day feel exceptionally warm. **Unique Experiences**: Some hotels also incorporate their unique features, offering snow-view rooms, hot springs in the snow, and other amenities
**Thoughtful Service**: Many hotels also offer heartwarming services to enhance the experience, such as a complimentary cup of hot ginger tea to ward off the cold or reminders for guests to dress warmly
Whether it's watching snowflakes drift down outside the window or enjoying the contrast of the warm indoors against the icy outdoors, it creates a poetic and tranquil atmosphere
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 4 Chome-11-1 Kita 8 Jonishi, Kita Ward 🧭 Map
We even found a university supermarket next to the campus cafeteria with delightful prices for souvenirs and food, where I snagged some limited-edition Sapporo Agricultural College egg tarts! The hotel's surroundings offer excellent transportation links; it's less than a ten-minute walk to the JR station's North Exit and Daimaru Department Store
This hotel is excellent, great location, friendly staff, and there's a Seicomart (convenience store) right next door
Every day, I'd head to the second-floor hot spring bath; it was so relaxing and never crowded. Just remember to bring your room key to scan for entry
The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Hokkaido University, offering beautiful and pleasant views
It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options
Every morning, waking up to the sight of green hills enveloped in white clouds, I felt so relaxed that I almost didn't want to leave the room
One of the better hotels in Kushiro. I find the service good, staff friendly.
The room was much larger than typical Tokyo hotels, comparable in size to a standard hotel in China
A nice hotel, but is old. Bit far away from the station. Still can accept it.
Excellent location, just an 8-10 minute walk from Kushiro Station and Washo Market. Nusamai Bridge is also nearby, and you can catch a beautiful sunset by the port. The room wasn't small either.
The hotel's location is convenient, offers great views, and the rooms are comfortable and clean with excellent amenities. The coin-operated laundry room was especially convenient
Breakfast was plentiful, and right outside the hotel, there's a stop for both the airport shuttle and the bus to Lake Akan. It's also just a few hundred meters from Washo Market, which is super convenient
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 1 Chome-1-1 Kita 2 Jonishi, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
Location is extremely good - we took a bus from Chitose airport and alighted at Monterey Hotel, which is 3-5 mins walk to New Otani Inn; it is also a short walk to TV tower, Clock Tower, Odori Park (all of these within 5-10 mins)
Cleanliness is good anywhere in Japan I guess haha. Their staff can speak a little english and they used translation just to make sure they understand us correctly, effort is 100% here
The hotel facilities are all good, and this room was even a bit bigger than the last one. The surrounding area is also convenient, though it's a bit far from Sapporo Station
The hotel is conveniently located nearby the train station and the rooms are comfortable. The staff was friendly and you can find many places to eat nearby. I’d recommend this hotel to any couples visiting Sapporo
Room size is small and cozy but overall stay is comfortable~
Since it was snowing heavily, dragging luggage was quite difficult. Also, there were suddenly a lot more people at breakfast, and we had to queue for over 15 minutes two days in a row
