Guesthouse Annabel in Hakodate

So kind !!! You will love this guesthouse. The hosts were so nice to us. We have rarely met people like them before. Thank you so much for great cake and melon.
The house is well equipped and very very clean, even if the decoration is old school style 😉 (but doesn't really matter)

We stayed here as a family of three with an elementary school-aged child during Golden Week. Hotel prices were rising during Golden Week due to events being held in Hakodate City, so we were grateful for the very reasonable price.
The room was on the first floor of a house, but it had a separate entrance and we were able to go out at night.
Unlike a normal hotel, it had a living room and bedroom, and was spacious so we were able to relax.
The amenities were more complete than a hotel, with a microwave, a large refrigerator, and even an iron, so I think it would be good for a long-term stay next time.
The owners were very friendly and made for a homely stay.

Never met such a gracious host. The place is beautiful, upon arrival we felt really welcome even though we turned up earlier than what we advised the hosts. We were provided with information about sights and food around hakodate. There was also fruits and matcha cake that were delicious. Upon check out the host offered to drop us off to the station. One of the best experience I have had so far.

Host was really friendly and the house was really clean.
Beds were comfortable.
We enjoyed the welcome gift from the host very much.
Price was affordable.

Only 5 mins walk to the airport express bus station "ベイエリア前（バス )"which costs you 460yen to the airport.
It takes about 35 mins to the airport on the bus from there.

Great location to the market,warehouse and the ropeway (Hakodate mountain cable).

One of the best hotel experiences I've had, I travel a lot. The owner offered to drive me from the train station to the hotel, and to drop off in town. They provided brochures for current local events and were up to date on what was going on that I could go see while I was there.

Great find. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable, spacious, goid facilities. Friendly helpful owner. Highly recommend for families or groups if friends.
