This hotel was absolutely perfect for the price, exceeding all my expectations! The lobby bar on the first floor offers complimentary hot drinks, and it seems there's even a gym available for use. The room was meticulously clean and came equipped with a women's toiletry kit and other amenities. It's just a three-minute walk to Hakodate JR Station and the bus terminal. Right across the street is Hakodate's famous soup curry, and there's a convenience store and Saizeriya nearby.

The hotel service was pretty good, with smiling faces at check-in. In the afternoon, there was a faint, recurring noise, but it was never resolved. We walked directly to and from Mount Hakodate. Oh, and on the second floor, there's a ping-pong and pool table. The facilities are quite basic, but it's still fun to play a bit.

Had a nice comfortable stay!
Room is spacious, staff really polite and helpful. They're is a very nice lobby space with free drinks for guests of the hotel. I happened to have the greatest view, ships in the bay
Location is great! Very close to the station and morning fish market. Area around has lots of restaurants and cafe.

The hotel is conveniently located just 300 meters from JR Hakodate Station, with easy access to major attractions like Goryokaku Park, Tachimachi Cape, Hachiman-zaka Slope, and Hakodateyama Observation Deck via tram and bus. Hakodate Morning Market and Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the bedding is excellent. Breakfast offers a good variety of Japanese and Western options, and the food is delicious. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around JR Station. The front desk staff are welcoming and patient. Overall, this stay offers great value for money.

Not too far from JR hakodate station and tram station (hakodate ekimae). You can walk to morning market. There are Lawson and 7/11 around. You can leave the baggage at hotel after checkout.

Perfect!!! Perfect ❤️
The twin room was spacious, with two armchairs and a coffee table, great for bringing back some Joker Burgers from the station. The Hakodate milk was the second best Hokkaido milk, right after Biei's 🥛.
This hotel had the best shower pressure of our whole trip, which was incredibly refreshing after a long, tiring day! The front desk staff, both the ladies and the gentlemen, were all so pleasant. There's also a cute little robot named Mint who looks a bit down, probably running low on battery judging by her eyes 😄. She reminds me of my favorite Maimei ˗ˋˏᰔᩚˎˊ˗

The quality of this hotel is comparable to a budget chain hotel in China, which would typically cost around 200-300 RMB. Over 1600 RMB a night is truly exorbitant. It's barely acceptable for a single night's stay. The room itself was dark and dated, though the pillow was very comfortable. Its proximity to the JR station is a definite plus.

The location is extremely convenient: very close to the JR station, with a tram stop right downstairs, and a convenience store directly opposite. Breakfast was also excellent, featuring freshly grilled large scallops.

Facilities: The facilities are excellent. Common areas offer laundry machines (washer and dryer), while rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge, TV, air conditioning, an electric kettle, and cups.
Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, far exceeding my expectations.
Location: The location is excellent. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store right across the street, and JR Hakodate Station is just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and English communication was seamless.
