The room and meals were excellent, but the building was so cold that I caught a cold. The room was far from the baths and restaurant, so I got chilled while walking there. I would definitely want to avoid going during the colder months.

I stayed at a ryokan with a private hot spring in the room.

I used the public bath as well, but I especially liked the private hot spring. All the staff were friendly, and it was even better that the front desk remembered my face.

Excellent value for money, the room was great, highly recommended, breakfast and dinner were just enough to fill you up, it's an old hotel.

The check-in wait time was a bit long, about an hour. My family and I often stay at hot spring hotels, and there was one time in the past when we had a long line and it took a long time to check in, but I don't think it's unavoidable. There were no free tables at dinner time, so we wandered around for a while. It was disappointing that many of the buffet items were empty. I think the service was good. With hotel prices everywhere getting higher, it's rare to find two meals included for this price. I was grateful for that. Also, the roast pork and fried chicken were incredibly delicious. The all-you-can-drink option was also appreciated.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. It was a nice, quiet room where I could relax. The open-air bath was also excellent, so I was very satisfied. The only disappointment was that the dinner buffet, although divided into time slots, did not limit the number of people allowed in the venue. The dishes and food were not ready in time, and the food was almost gone, so it was hard to tell what was being served. It was not something that satisfied the guests.

Located a short distance from Hakodate's tourist attractions. Great value!

The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious.
I was happy that there was all-you-can-drink alcohol at dinner!
Karaoke and table tennis are also free.
Our travel package included a free 50-minute private open-air bath option.
Our family of four was very spacious, and the amenities in the large communal bath were also plentiful!
The whole family was very satisfied!
I'd like to stay here again!

eventhough its an old ryokan, but for an affordable price you already experience to stay in the onsen ryokan. the onsen facility quite good and room space is so big
