The room was a bit small, but it's very close to Hakodate JR Station, which you can see from the window and is about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is also very near Hakodate Morning Market, roughly 100m away, and there's a tram stop right outside. The breakfast was good, and the price in January was very cheap, offering excellent value for money. The front desk staff can speak simple English, and both check-in and check-out are done via machines, making the process very quick.

The location is good, near JR station, just 5 to 10 minutes walk. Tram station is just in front of the hotel. 5 minutes walk to the ‘Morning seafood’ market. The price is good, so the room is small. The breakfast is better than you expected. If you just need a room for sleeping & shower and good location, this is recommended.

Room is a bit small as usual in Japan for the money we paid for it. Breakfast is very good. Location also very near to the JR station.

Perfect location near bus stops and railway station (we were arrived by train). Good and full breakfast. Rooms are so clean and comfortable. There are luggage store in the reception and a lot of information about transport and attractions in Hakodate. My recommends 👍

Nice to stay in the Comfort Hotel Hakodate. The location is very best, just a walk to the Hakodate station and Hakodate eki mae trem. Just a minute going to Hakodate Morning Market and 1.3 km to the Red Brick.

The staff very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast is good and healthy.

The room is spacious enough for me with my medium luggage 🧳.

The bed is comfortable to sleep in the night.

Hotel is nice location, quite clean. I stay their during the earthquake, staff is nice. Restaurant nearby hotel is awesome.

This is a budget hotel that is located near the station. Although I say budget, they do have complimentary breakfast with a few items changing every day. I like their breakfast buffet because it is healthy. I always make sure to choose the cooked items like the rice and the vegetables and meat rather than cereals and bread.

They only have one size for the pyjamas, and it was too big for me. But the material is comfortable, and it's good enough to be used as pyjamas.

This hotel is just a short walk from JR Hakodate Station, the hotel is clean and comfortable, but the TV is sort of small, just a 20inch screen, sort of old type of flat screen TV. This hotel included free breakfast which surprisingly sumptuous & delicious, thumbs up for the breakfast.

Very convenient location. Nothing fancy but nice cheap easy stay for a single or two people. Not a place for family or romantic trips.
