Facilities: Excellent! My friend enjoyed the public hot spring, and the facilities and views were great.

Cleanliness: Good. Both the room and the lobby were clean and bright.

Environment: The room view was fantastic! Unbeatable sea view. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Service: The hotel staff were wonderful, very friendly and professional. They helped us with our luggage and even made our beds. Compared to some much more expensive hotels I've stayed at, the service here was even better! I was a bit worried about the service after reading some reviews, but it was absolutely unfounded. My friend and I both regretted not staying an extra night.

The hotel is right by the sea, and you can see the ocean from both the rooms and the restaurant. The lobby on the ground floor is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. The large public bath was not crowded, and soaking in it during snowy weather was incredibly comfortable.

Stayed in Tatami Room with fabulous sea view. Food was delicious, generous and variety buffet for bfast and dinner. Recommended. Value for price. Easy assess with bus ride but need to check on the timing.

The hotel is superb!! Love the spacious and cleanliness! We checked in early to enjoy the room and onsen. The breakfast was delicious and many varieties provided. Enjoy my meal and stay with great ocean view. Love the Japanese style bed room.

I booked a Japanese-style room with meals included, and the food was quite plentiful. The ocean-view room offered a view of the sea, but you couldn't access the beach directly. The hotel seems a bit old, but the service was really good.

The breakfast was terrible, like pre-made meals. There was hardly any decent food, and it was exactly the same for two days straight, with no changes to the dishes at all. The Wi-Fi was extremely unstable, constantly losing signal and speed. The room felt old and was cramped for two people. It was stuffy; even with the AC off, it was hot, and I woke up every morning with a damp back. There weren't many power outlets, and their placement was inconvenient, making charging a hassle.

Cute hidden gem, clean, slightly further than city . Overall good but building is slightly age

This Hotel is a little dated and needs some refurbishing..
The out-door onsen bath on the balcony is not well kept- with some mold/algae growing on it.
There are very few power points in the room and with many gadgets to re- charge, this proves to be a problem

Highly recommend this place.
Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Entire Hakodate was pleasant.
Room was clean and spacious only thing they lack is more sockets :)
