Has a kitchen, laundry (clothes detergent provided free3) and a hangout space on the top floor.
Bedding is tatami mats on floor. No other furniture in the room apart from a couple of cushions.
Met expectation, better if theres a door dividing 2 rooms for privacy
Check in was swift - Taiwanese receptionist assisted to check us in on our check in day. On other days the counter will be unattended.
Shoes are taken off and worn near the counter / entrance as shoes are not allowed in the premises. As it is a hostel concept, rooms are not cleaned everyday but that’s not an issue for us since the toiletries provided are more than sufficient and we were only staying for a few nights. There’s a private toilet in the room, with beds / tatamis to fit around 6 people. We were a group of 4, with 4 big to medium sized luggages. I think if your party is anymore than that the room might be a bit small.
There’s a shared kitchen and balcony at the top floor with a vending machine as well, if you needed to cook or prepare any food.
Place was relatively near 2 stations and within very short walking distance from the Kuromon Market - which my parents enjoyed going every morning for fresh food and souvenirs. It’s also walkable distance to the famous Dotonbori.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and would recommend!
Have 4 electric ports in all the rooms sides.
Have towels available but they dont change it.
Recommended for large family.
You may cook your meals/breakfast.
One thing down is this is 15 mins walk to dotonbori, quite far.
