Staff are super friendly and accommodating to what I needed! Really nice social vibe, plus really close to the busier areas of Osaka. Could not asked for a better place to rest, beds were the comfiest I’ve had in a while.

Would definitely recommend anyone to book this place! :)

Overall, this is a nice hostel with clean facilities, a great communal space, and a thoughtful touch of having couches in the dormitory. Storage for larger luggage is limited. Also worth noting that the only guest fridge is on the third floor, as the fridges in the kitchen are for staff use only.

After extending our booking, we were accidentally quoted a price that was ¥1,400 lower than the correct rate. When we returned later to pay, we were informed of the mistake and asked to cover the difference.

After speaking with the owner, they did not take responsibility for the error and insisted we pay the higher amount, saying it was only fair because other guests were paying that rate. For me, it wasn't about the ¥1,400, it was the principle. I don't think customers should be expected to bear the cost of a business's mistake. The handling of the situation unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.

I was a bit scared because this was my first ever time solo traveling but honestly this place was amazing. I stayed here for 8 nights.

The staff are all very nice and keep to themselves and if you want to talk they are very welcoming! The atmosphere is also very nice!
I would say if you have trouble following rules I would book a hotel because every hostel in Japan has some strict rules but nothing too crazy just common sense rules.

If I ever come back to Osaka I would book this place again! The location is very nice and close to a station and a very short walk to the famous running man sign if that is something you are interested in!

This place is so cool. Walk in and change into indoor slippers, the music is boppin. On the river and our 6th floor room had an amazing view. Bed super comfortable. I dunno what's up with these other reviews with bad experiences

Hostel beside the Dotombori river, just steps away from Namba station.
The hostel has a common area and outdoor terrace on the first floor. The rooms and dormitories are on the floors above, reached by elevator.
The bunks are capsules, they have a lamp, 2 power outlets and a USB port. The bed was very comfortable. The dormitory was very warm.
You can rent a towel for ¥100. The staff are great . Would stay again.

1. The hotel is completely unreachable; their email and phone number are useless. It's a total rip-off! Don't book this hotel! You'll be scammed!

2. It's very noisy at night; the soundproofing is terrible.

3. Poor hotel management triggered the fire alarm.

The soundproofing is not good enough, you need noise-canceling headphones. It's clean and very close to Saibashi Dotonbori

It was a fantastic place. With a reggae and tropical vibe, i felt stylish, and the staff were all friendly, making it a spot I can’t wait to brag about to my friends once I’m back. The location was amazing, just about a 10-minute walk to both America-mura and Namba, making it incredibly convenient. The dormitory room I stayed in was also quiet, and the bed was equipped with all outlets, standard, USB, and Type-C—making it very comfortable to sleep in. Personally, I think it’s excellent for the price, and I have no complaints. Out of all the places I’ve stayed, this one had the most unique character, yet a calming atmosphere, which I really appreciated.

There are many foreigners, it's a bit far from the subway, and there is no kitchen

We had a private room which was not far away from the hostel itself (half a block walk). The private room was a small apartment with even a small balcony and a kitchenette. We did not use the kitchenette, but on first look, there was not much kitchenware available. Clean, quiet and in a great location.
