Location near Dotonbori which is great location for tourist spot and the vibe is about Chinese people here. Fair space can manage 3 big luggage’s.

Location is convenient as it is within 10 mins walk to both Shinsainashi & Dontonburi. All necessities are included and reception is very helpful with additional requests. But note that room is very small which is pretty common in both central Osaka and Tokyo

We just stayed here one night, and were not able to use the breakfast because of our early departure. But the hotel offered perfect value for money for us.
Check in process was smooth, room was perfectly clean, good WiFi in the room.
When we asked for an iron at the reception, they provided it right away.
I would stay here again.

At check-in, we were greeted by someone who didn't speak any English and was also very unpleasant. We had a long journey and to be received like that, never again!
Unfortunately, the room was non-refundable. The room had dents on the walls before we arrived. Because of this attitude, I didn't want to ask for anything else at the hotel reception. Luckily, the person at check-out was more friendly.

We had such a nice stay here, we extended it (but on a different app). Great location in the heart of jazz clubs and easy walking distance to the Dotonbori hub, with lots of late night eating and drinking options close by. Breakfast has a really good range of Western and Japanese options, with cooked food changing daily. Be warned though, we had to contact Trip.com on check in. When they take your passport, they want to scan it to their system PERMANENTLY, which is an obvious breach of data safety protocols, and there’s no apparent reason for them to keep your data forever. After a hour of discussion, late at night, we finally sorted this out by having a photocopy stored instead (which we suggested in the first 2 mins of arrival) but it seemed they only did this because we were asking for a cancellation. It was a really unfirtunate start to an, otherwise, lovely stay. Mostly it was all terrific though, with great personal items and tea and coffee supplied. Rooms are very compact, very quiet and our last night was booked on a different app which was a bit overpriced, but all up, a great little stay with very kind staff.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel! There is everything you need for comfort. The service is great as well. And we appreciate the free things we could get at the reception desk. Thank you so much, we will recommend this place to our friends!
