Clean and quiet hotel. Classic businessman traveller style, like a Japanese holiday inn! Quaint rooms but comfortable with everything you need. Deep bathtub, free toiletries, slippers and good wifi. The ladies who make the free breakfast in the morning are super sweet and kind. I would book again!

A cozy and comfortable stay, perfect for one or two people. Without a doubt, the Japanese hospitality stands out; each and everyone, especially the breakfast ladies staff, was warm, welcoming, and always smiling. Surprised this place isn’t rated higher; it truly deserves more recognition.

Breakfast is unbeatable like everybody says, the ladies serving the breakfast are very friendly, Onigiri is fresh and has a huge amount of filling.
I booked a non smoking room but my room has an ashtray. The whole room/ floor has a strong cigarette smell. I could smell it when other people light a cigarette in their room. If I were to stay here again I would make sure the whole floor is non smoking. There’s no view in the room.

A very nice inn! There are friendly staff, simple but comfortable room, convenient location, and most importantly, there are perfect breakfast!!!
I think I will choose this inn next time.

Everything else was good. I paid an extra 200 yen tax for check-in, so I scored 1 point. I've been in Osaka for several days. Other hotels didn't charge it.
