Nice hotel, good breakfast, onsen is the best! Be prepared that the shower is on the first floor in the onsen and asses to it is at certain hours.

Location is very accessible from Shin Oosaka station. The breakfast choices exceed my expectation, with a very affordable optional charge, the food menu was great, roast beef and fruits were heaven ❤️The service exceeded my expectation. Enjoyed the ONSEN as well❤️

The location is great, but the unit bath in the room was old and inconvenient. I stayed in a smoking room, but I wish they would install an air purifier in the room.

A hotel that exceeded expectations, very clean, the entrance and lobby are unique, and the waiters are very polite. The Shinkansen is very close to the window, and the tram passing by is quite noisy, but the soundproof windows are very good. There are many convenience stores nearby. It's very convenient to buy food. The door and key are still very old-fashioned iron doors and keys, but they have a retro feel.

The breakfast was delicious and very good. Other than that, it's a normal business hotel. However, the Shinkansen is very noisy, so please be mindful of that.

The rooms are not all the big (bigger compared to other hotels in Japan) a travellers hotel that offers convenience. Staff struggle a bit with English but is good and very helpful.

Great option for its price. The location is the best. From the station 2 minutes walk. Cute interior design of the lobby. And most importantly there are two onsen in the hotel, one roten!

This hotel has a good location and a hot spring. There is also an outdoor pool for hot springs. However, you can hear the sound of the tram when you sleep at night, which is a bit noisy. It is suitable for people who catch the early bus.

The lobby and dining area are nice, but the room is old and there is only a power outlet, not a USB port, so charging is difficult. There is also no outlet in the bathroom, so it is difficult to use a hair dryer. There is one on the TV table, but the hair dryer cord does not reach the full-length mirror, so it is inconvenient that you cannot look in the mirror when styling your hair with a hair dryer.

The breakfast selection was very extensive, and I was surprised. They had skewers, sweets, and even ice cream, and the side dishes and bread were all delicious, so I was very satisfied with the breakfast included.

The room was huge and very nice. Very close to Shin-Osaka Station, suitable for those who have to catch the Shinkansen early the next morning.

Rooms stunk of cigarette smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room. The air freshener provided was even worse. Toilet leaked and the water was soaked up by your pants. Convenience store is more than 300m away. Every 2 mins a bullet train zooms by the window. Some rooms don’t have fly screens. Vending machines offered a very poor selection. Bathrooms were small. Rooms were old. Lobby smelt of smoke and main vending machines were placed in a smoking room. Staff are polite and helpful. The lobby halls are decorated with pigs. Says it’s right next to the station but you have to walk right round the hotel to get to it. Pictures on the website are deceiving as the windows show a view of train tracks. Very poor hotel.
