Hotel Green Tower Makuhari in Chiba

The hotel is a bit old, room a bit stuffy in winter due to central heating. But other than that service is good and the location is very convenient, good for its price.

The room I booked was for a single. I was surprised by its bed, which holds me like a Simmons, so comfy that I can't help but lie like a baby for an entire morning. Weren't the incredibly diversified flavours breakfast, I was sure to bury myself in it. In addition, the restaurant is a must-visit, especially since its lunch allowed me to stay 4 hours enjoying the morning sunlight.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Kaihin Makuhari Station in Chiba City, a bit further from Tokyo. It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway station.
Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean overall.
Service: The front desk staff are friendly and speak English.
Facilities: The facilities are generally well-equipped.

Nice location

This was my second time staying at Green Tower Makuhari, and once again I had a pleasant experience.

The location is excellent — it’s very close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around.

One of the best parts is that Mitsui Outlet Park is right in front of the hotel, which is perfect for shopping and dining without needing to go far.

Transportation is also very convenient, with a direct subway/train keiyo line connection to Tokyo Disneyland and also goes directly to tokyo station as well , making this hotel a great choice for Disney visitors as well.
Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a great location, and the fact that I chose to stay here again says a lot. I would definitely recommend it for both leisure and short trips.

This was my first hotel in Tokyo, about an hour from Narita Airport by bus, which cost around 60 RMB. We got off right at the hotel entrance. The male staff at the front desk had a very stiff service attitude. For breakfast, there weren't many options, but it was clean, which was a plus. Across from the hotel is an outlet mall, which is worth a visit. About 2 kilometers away, there's an Aeon supermarket, and a bit further is an Aeon shopping mall, which is incredibly huge! However, I don't think it's very suitable for tourists. There's a subway station about 500 meters away. Overall, the transportation is quite good.

Very close to the exhibition center, and right outside the door is the airport shuttle bus, which runs roughly every hour. The staff are all very nice. They've also added bedside power strips, addressing the charging port issue mentioned in previous reviews, making it a very convenient hotel. There's also a restaurant and a dessert shop on the first floor. Note that check-in is not until 3 PM.

Hotel is good for us 2. And we did not had the breakfast because we leave early.

The hotel facilities are a bit dated, and the carpets are showing their age. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The biggest plus is the location: it's right opposite the outlet mall and a mere three-minute walk to the station, which is incredibly convenient.
