The views are nice. The breakfast selection on the 1st floor has gotten smaller, but the restaurant on the 30th floor is still quite good.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was great for relaxing. Check-in was very quick, thanks to the front desk staff. The room temperature was perfect, the air conditioning was quiet, and the bedding was comfortable.

This is the best hotel location in Odaiba, with direct skybridge access to AquaCity and DiverCity. It's incredibly convenient for shopping. The hotel service is also very attentive, and the facilities are excellent! Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep.

Other than the above, everything was exceptional, the housekeeping team who cleaned our room daily saw that we had a lot of empty bottles of water, and they did refill with the room with enough water without having us to call and request for more. That’s very detail oriented and professional.

Limousine service we ordered daily was basically at our door step which is awesome!!!

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The light show downstairs, especially with Christmas approaching, was absolutely beautiful.

The view from the room is so special. It was so lovely. I did not close the curtain at night just because I wanna see the fantastic view when I open my eyes. You can see X’mas fireworks from your window as well.

This is the second time we are staying at the Grand Nikko Daiba and it feels like home. We love the ambience, the views from our room, the comfort of our bed and an absolutely gorgeous bathroom and amenities like Lamer etc. The room size is much much larger than most hotels in Tokyo for this price point . The vibe is amazing and we find this hotel at a very scenic location with a small mall nearby which allows us many f&b options

I booked the executive floor, and the sea view from the window was absolutely stunning. The hotel is located in a great area around the port, with a convenient Yurikamome line station right outside, and an airport bus as well. The room was spacious, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. For a hotel in Japan, this offers incredible value for money.

This hotel has been around for many years, and while the facilities are quite old, they're still well-maintained and don't feel run-down, which is common for many hotels in Japan. The room size is relatively spacious compared to other hotels, and it's convenient for getting around. For the price, it offers pretty good value for money.

Although the hotel is quite old, the facilities inside are not old at all. It's very clean and modern, and the views are great. There are shopping malls right downstairs, several of them connected, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. It's also easy when traveling with kids.
