The location is great, this is my second time staying here with my kids. This time, I booked a Deluxe Twin room in the Main Building, and the newly renovated rooms are definitely much newer than those in the South Building! You can see Mount Fuji from the South Building, but not from the Main Building. However, it was a weekend during our stay, and there were many tour groups, which made it very noisy! The hotel assigned us a room on the 34th floor, and it was a corner room at that! Very unaccommodating, especially since I had previously requested *not* to have a corner room. I contacted Trip.com, and their customer service was excellent and very prompt! I'm very satisfied with Trip.com's after-sales support! From the room, we could see the light show across the street, and the toiletries were by L'Occitane. There was also Chinese cleaning staff on our floor. I hope the hotel can arrange a relatively better location next time. Booking so far in advance, only to be given such a poor room assignment, was truly disappointing!

Fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo! The location in Shinjuku is unbeatable — just a short walk to the train stations, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels calm and comfortable.
Rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards, very clean and well maintained, with great city views. The service was outstanding — staff were professional, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Facilities: As a long-standing Japanese hotel, my family and I have stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel multiple times. First off, the rooms are quite spacious, so you never feel cramped or claustrophobic. The L'Occitane toiletries provided by the hotel are also excellent. What I liked most was the mineral water in glass bottles – a big plus! 👍 All other essential amenities and facilities are also well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Very satisfied with the cleanliness.
Environment: It's very close to Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku West Exit, making the location very convenient. From the room window, you can see the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.
Service: The 24-hour front desk service is extremely convenient. All the staff are wonderful.

The hotel's location is good, and the staff were friendly. We even had a view of Mount Fuji from our room. However, two issues during our stay made it quite uncomfortable. Firstly, the cleanliness was lacking. For the four days we stayed, house cleaning only made the beds and didn't tidy up anything else. We called the front desk to request a sheet change, but it wasn't done. The hotel's soundproofing is also terrible; we could hear footsteps and coughing from sunset to sunrise, like a constant 5.1 surround sound. Secondly, breakfast is advertised to end at 10 AM, but they stopped letting people in at 9:30 AM without any prior notice. After discussing it, the restaurant claimed they had informed us during check-in, but unfortunately, our Japanese isn't great, so we might not have understood. Just a heads-up for everyone so you don't miss breakfast like we did! We'd also like to thank Trip.com customer service for helping us communicate and resolve these issues.

Overall a great hotel to stay at. Hotel breakfast is up to expectation. Lounge was excellent. Concierge team was very helpful with restaurant reservations, thank you Ms Wei, Mr Tiago, Mr Higashi. Taxis are always available at hotel door step. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the South Wing this time because friends recommended it for its Mt. Fuji views, and indeed, on a clear morning, you can really see it. However, the South Wing felt a bit old, though the beds were very comfortable and the service was quite good.

Overall ok. Just the service not really up to my expectations. May be when the time we check in the hotel was late night. Self pushing luggage to the hotel even we have so much luggage to bring up.

Room is clean and spacious. We stayed at the main block, newly renovated. It's rare to find such spacious room in Tokyo. Breakfast buffet was good, you can choose between Western / Japanese set meal and international buffet. The international buffet includes a wide spread of dishes, especially Japanese dishes. The hotel is about 15min walk away from the Kabukicho where all the happening bars and restaurants are. It was quite a walk from the JR Nex station to the hotel though, need to find the West Concourse and walk thru an underpass (see photo). The only "complaint" I have is that the hotel needs to consider having more elevators, it's crowded in the morning and some guests couldn't get into the elevator. Usually a long queue for the elevators at the lobby floor.

Good location. It is easy to access places like Shinjuku also, the staff was nice and polite. Lastly there were many restraints and services that were in the hotel. All in all I think it was a pleasant experience but the interior of the rooms was a bit outdated and we could also hear the noise from the rooms beside us.
