New Otani Inn Yokohama Premium in Yokohama

This is a perfect central spot in Yokohama. Amazing place for any kind of trip, whether it's a couple's getaway, friend's escape, or business trip. Amazing views from the hotel with lots of restaurant options nearby, theme park, mall, and 3 minute walk from the train station. Amazing customer service with 24/7 response time. The -0.3 is subtracted because of the nuisance of having amenities scattered across the hotel. Microwave on 10th floor, laundry room on another, and must request for clothes iron from staff. Would definitely book again 9.7/10 !

This hotel is almost perfect I would said, it is highly recommended. However, the only flaws of this hotel is the houseseeping service. Most of them are foreigner Nepalese, they will show long face and unhappy if you request to clean up the room after 1pm, it was so annoying too since we can't stay in hotel room and force to leave the room. Other than this flaws, this hotel is super amazing and location is just perfect with amazing nice view!

I’m stay for 2 nights at city side room, The location was really convenient train station and landmark at Naka ward, Yokohama city. Convenient and Department store under the hotel, good service, amenties, breakfast, free water and ice. Next time you(me) want to Yokohama should stay here.

Stayed with friends over the weekend for a concert. They let us leave our bags as checkin would clash with our concert time. The location is right next to the station so thats good, and it's in a mall/connected to a mall as well.
They also have the charger rental at the hotel lobby so it is very convenient

The hotel is located in the curved building to the left of Sakuragicho East Exit. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and guest rooms occupy floors up to about the 18th floor, making it very convenient. Downstairs, there's a commercial complex with Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. In the evening, the B1 supermarket offers discounts on cooked food, and on the ground floor near the subway exit, there's a century-old French bakery, which I highly recommend.

The hotel has several entrances and exits, which can be a bit confusing at first. You need to figure out how to get to the 3rd floor from downstairs before you can access the guest rooms, as it requires transferring elevators. There's also a direct elevator under the pedestrian link downstairs that allows easy access in and out of the hotel, making it barrier-free for large suitcases. The commercial complex also connects to the hotel lobby, but you'll need a good sense of direction to remember the routes.

This location is very convenient for visiting Anpanman Children's Museum, the CupNoodles Museum, Minato Mirai, Red Brick Warehouse, and Chinatown. Both subway and bus stations are downstairs, and Yokohama Station is just one stop away. A tip: one side of the guest rooms offers stunning Yokohama sea views at night, while the other side allows you to see Mount Fuji from your bed. If you have a preference for a specific view, be sure to inform the front desk.

On the downside, the room facilities are a bit old, and the front desk's approach to service is traditional and somewhat inflexible.

The location and view is best of the best in Yokohama area. However, The room is tiny and restricted.

Conveniently located just 200 meters from Sakuragicho Station and 900 meters from the convention center. The rooms, though small, are clean and tidy. If you get an east-facing room, you can enjoy sea views, while west-facing rooms offer a view of Mount Fuji. I was lucky enough to see both during my stay, which made for a great experience! I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The scenery is absolutely stunning! I was surprised by how good the location is, right next to the station and a shopping mall, with landmark views from the window. Yokohama offers great value for money, and it's also very convenient to get to Tokyo.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The surroundings are excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel has direct access to a shopping mall with a supermarket, and the subway station is just a 2-minute walk away. The second floor connects to an elevated walkway. The area has a very modern city vibe, which I really liked. You can even see Mount Fuji in the distance.
