Good location. Have direct train to Haneda Airport airport. Connected to Lawson on the group floor with a few supermarket and restaurants close by. Room size is pretty standard for Japanese hotel. Washing machines and dryers are free of charge.

Nice hotel near jr and subway stations. Lawson at the ground floor. Cheap laundry. Rooms are enough to open lagguage and bring many purchases. Good and clean bed, bathroom. Stuff is also very friendly and always ready to help.

Talking about bad things: there were much dust in all not-often-used places: conditioner, ventilation in bath, remote control basket, table lamp.

You can aslo hear trains from your room. First night I lived near the elevator and it was noisy. But nice girl on reception gave me another room far from elevator. I could still hear trains, but not that much.

Overall, it's a good place if you have a good sleep and you spend all day somewhere else.

We stayed for about 5 nights and 6 days, comfortable experience. Staff are very friendly and helpful, with connecting to Lawson store inside hotel. They clean the room daily and amenities are provided on the lobby. Proximate to a train station, and lots of restaurants and convenience store.

2nd time staying here. Really like that it’s close to train station and also akihabara. For someone who walks a lot, the 10 mins stroll was enjoyable. Suggest maintaining the room furniture and brighten up the light in the washroom.

This hotel was probably my favorite budget hotel stay during my time in Japan. It is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. A Lawsons and local grocery store on street level is convenient. It's no frills but the location is perfect for commuting to Ueno, Asakusa, Akhihabara within one or 2 train stops. The location is in a quieter area of Tokyo that is less busy but I found the food around this area better than the touristy spots of Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. The first night we ate pork katsu run by and older couple 3min walk from the hotel bc it was raining and it was so well prepared and cheap. It was one of my most memorable meals. We ate a lot of wagyu and fancy sushi but this place felt like home cooking from your grandparents.

The place is very near the station, near supermarket and near restaurants. Quiet place perfect to explore Tokyo! The only downside, the laudry area. Not very efficient laundry machines.

The hygiene of the room was so so. Pls don’t expect it is very clean and in good condition. But the location is super convenient and walkable distance to various metro/ JR stations. Go to Ginza or Shinjuku is within 30 mins. Also many Isakaya nearby.

House keeping nepalese folks are great.
Connected with Lawson, 24hr food and amenities.
Laundry room: free, simple, tidy, easy.
Service: cosi cosi,not good nor bad.

Fully sealed window.
Room wall and door might be better than some APAs.
Structure: Adapted from an independent citizen household building with good user flow design.
Minimal, practical and removed with unwanted flows and spaces.
