Shinagawa Prince Hotel, Tokyo1 / 30
8.3
Tokyo, 4-10-30 Takanawa Minato-ku (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I booked a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, and it was such a great deal! The night view alone was worth a million dollars, and I can't believe it was only a 4-star hotel. 😂 The facilities here are also excellent. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the first and second floors have great shops perfect for picking up souvenirs. The hotel's location is also fantastic; it's less than a three...
Great views, especially of the Tokyo Tower. The hotel's location is super convenient, just across the street from the Yamanote Line and Keikyu Line, making it easy to get downtown or to the airport. There aren't any convenience stores right nearby, but there's a supermarket a short walk away. Most of the room facilities are quite old, and the twin beds can't be pushed together. It's also a bit tricky...
Fantastic location, right outside Shinagawa Station's central exit. I stayed in room 2768, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji. If you're a fan of yakiniku, there's a Jojoen restaurant conveniently located in the annex building.
It was my first time to stay in there. It was amazing location, service and the view!! I definitely recommend and will definitely back
This is an established brand hotel with excellent transport links. It's about an hour's ride on the Narita Express from Narita Airport, and then just a few minutes' walk from the West Exit. While Shinagawa Station and the surrounding areas are under construction, the streets are clean and dust-free. Although the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean.
This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Tokyo. I've been staying here for over 20 years! The location is fantastic, it offers great value for money, and there are tons of restaurants in the vicinity.

Tokyo, 2-2-1 Nishi-Shinjuku (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is great, this is my second time staying here with my kids. This time, I booked a Deluxe Twin room in the Main Building, and the newly renovated rooms are definitely much newer than those in the South Building! You can see Mount Fuji from the South Building, but not from the Main Building. However, it was a weekend during our stay, and there were many tour groups, which made it very noisy...
Fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo! The location in Shinjuku is unbeatable — just a short walk to the train stations, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels calm and comfortable. Rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards, very clean and well maintained, with great city views. The service was outstanding — staff were professional, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our...
Facilities: As a long-standing Japanese hotel, my family and I have stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel multiple times. First off, the rooms are quite spacious, so you never feel cramped or claustrophobic. The L'Occitane toiletries provided by the hotel are also excellent. What I liked most was the mineral water in glass bottles – a big plus! 👍 All other essential amenities and facilities are also well-equipped...
Th room hv space for spend time during exhausted from walking, staff are great and very good services. The food in morning hv no variety but still acceptable
The hotel's location is good, and the staff were friendly. We even had a view of Mount Fuji from our room. However, two issues during our stay made it quite uncomfortable. Firstly, the cleanliness was lacking. For the four days we stayed, house cleaning only made the beds and didn't tidy up anything else. We called the front desk to request a sheet change, but it wasn't done. The hotel's soundproofing...
Overall a great hotel to stay at. Hotel breakfast is up to expectation. Lounge was excellent. Concierge team was very helpful with restaurant reservations, thank you Ms Wei, Mr Tiago, Mr Higashi. Taxis are always available at hotel door step. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel is close to a subway Bed was comfortable, lots of good toiletries. Room was clean Excellent customer service
When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

Tokyo, Kioicho, 4−1 ホテルニューオータニ ザ・メイン 11&12階, Chiyoda Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Transportation: Taking the train to Akasaka-mitsuke is more convenient; Yotsuya is not. The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was served, but there was no room service. Breakfast options were four choices. The lounge was unremarkable overall; nothing exceeded expectations, but nothing was particularly disappointing.
The service and food in the lounge were both very good. The gym and spa were also great. I wish the spa was open a little later. Also, part of the key setting part on the security box was peeling off. I was too scared to use it.
The service was excellent, with six different meals available daily in the executive corridor. You can also enjoy a Japanese sauna 🧖♀️
The service was excellent. It's rare to find a hotel in Tokyo with a Japanese garden; it was beautiful and comfortable! The shower floor tiles were a bit slippery; I suggest replacing them with non-slip tiles, which might be better for the elderly!
The stay was great. Although the space wasn't very large, the room service was excellent. There are many restaurants on-site, and since I was a guest, the front desk made it easy to book dinner. I recommend their Sky Dinner; the view and experience are fantastic, offering panoramic views of Tokyo's nightscape. While I rarely go to buffets, the food here was quite good, especially the Wagyu beef teppanyaki...
This was my second stay at Executive House Zen. Zen may have been what got me hooked on club lounges. I've been to many club lounges in Tokyo, but this one is hands-down the best. The club lounge is relaxing, the views are amazing, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. After arriving and checking in, I was shown to the lounge and treated to candy tea. I was about an hour early, but I was shown...

Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.
29.12.2021 In a rush, the hotel I planned was not available, so I stayed at the hotel at the suggestion of the travel agency. The coronavirus measures were taken strictly, and the staff at the front desk and lobby were also very good. The room and windows are large and have a good view. The check-out time was 12 o'clock, so I had a lot of free time, so I was able to enjoy Sanbanjo by walking after...
It is good. There is almost everything inside. Nice view from the window on the ocean. There is a park near the hotel; an electric kettle, fridge, and USB join, a hair dryer, all the bathroom staff in the room. But if you are coming from Europe take care of the plug adapter 🔌. It differs from the ones in Russia and Europe.
Comfortable, super clean hotel close to Disney Tokyo, now being used to house officials for the Olympics. I've been here before, will come back if I can!
The hotel is nice modern and affordable, all staff are really kind and delivers a great "omotenashi" service, parking is available, rooms has optional themes, spacious and tidy with very large double king beds, rooms view has basicaly two options, the Tokyo bay side or the opposite where the rooms faces the local westernized cemetery, which is not too bad, however, funeral services can be seem from...

Location is pretty good, beside the mall with observatory and aquarium. lots of food options and pokemon center!
This hotel is really convenient. You can find numerous shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. What disappointed me was that they didn’t provide any skincare. Even though I chose the upper floor, the window couldn’t be opened and the air ventilation was so so. I couldn’t sleep well.
Great location! There's a direct shuttle from Haneda Airport, and Sunshine City has everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, Big Camera, Don Quijote, and Seibu Department Store. The room is definitely considered super spacious for Tokyo. Booking floors 25-32 can effectively help you avoid elevator rush hour. The only downside...
Very nice hotel and all facilities are the best! Highly recommended as its sooo accessible - near everything! Plus point is there’s bus drop and pickup services to the airport. So easy!
This is an older, established hotel in Japan that used to be quite prestigious. The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Among the three hotels I stayed at this trip, this was the best one.
The room was really small, but very clean. Breakfast was also good. The service was attentive and thoughtful; a hotel staff member even personally walked us out to help us find the airport shuttle stop when we left. The hotel's location is also great, with direct access to the large Sunshine mall downstairs. There's plenty of food and shopping, and every day during our stay there were lively activities...

The location is super convenient for both transport and daily necessities, plus there's an amusement park right next door, which my kids absolutely loved! We happened to be there during a concert, so the area was packed and really lively. The room itself was also very spacious.
The place was so nice. The room was a decent size and really clean. The location was amazing. A lot of food and entertainment options nearby. The breakfast was very delicious. Staff were friendly. The view from my room was excellent.
I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is super convenient for transportation and shopping, and it's easy to get to other attractions. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.
I stayed at the Tokyo Dome Hotel from January 31st to February 3rd, 2026. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tokyo Dome, and it's just a 3-5 minute walk to either the subway or JR station. The lobby is spacious, and check-in and check-out are handled conveniently via self-service machines. Compared to other hotels in Japan, the rooms here are quite roomy and bright. We booked a twin room...
This hotel is huge, but there's basically no service. Honestly, it's not as good as the experience you get at smaller hotels. For check-in, they just direct you to a machine to input your details yourself. And I had to enter all my personal information in English. What if someone isn't good at English? After checking in, I found out my room was right next to the elevator, which was really noisy at...

The views are nice. The breakfast selection on the 1st floor has gotten smaller, but the restaurant on the 30th floor is still quite good.
The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was great for relaxing. Check-in was very quick, thanks to the front desk staff. The room temperature was perfect, the air conditioning was quiet, and the bedding was comfortable.
This is the best hotel location in Odaiba, with direct skybridge access to AquaCity and DiverCity. It's incredibly convenient for shopping. The hotel service is also very attentive, and the facilities are excellent! Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep. Other than the above, everything was exceptional, the housekeeping team who cleaned our room daily saw that we had a lot of empty bottles of water, and they did refill with the room with enough water without having us to call and request for more...
The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The light show downstairs, especially with Christmas approaching, was absolutely beautiful.
The view from the room is so special.  It was so lovely.  I did not close the curtain at night just because I wanna see the fantastic view when I open my eyes.  You can see X’mas fireworks from your window as well.

A great place to stay for a family. Our room is spacious for 4 guest and staff are friendly. They have free shuttle service going to maihama station which makes it convenient if you want to explore around and take the metro.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service near the subway station, which I found very convenient for getting around. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs. Plus, the train to Disneyland and Universal Studios is just outside the hotel entrance, so the location is incredibly convenient. We had three beds for three people, and the room was a good size with a fantastic view...
This hotel is located in the Disney Resort, but the room facilities are very old. Our room had no Disney elements at all. The only highlight was being able to see Mount Fuji. The hotel service was still very good. Whether it was the front desk or luggage storage, the staff were very enthusiastic. We also bought our tickets at the hotel. It's walking distance from the monorail station, so no shuttle...
The fireworks at Disney, visible from the balcony, were absolutely amazing! 👍 The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, with several restaurants to choose from. The room was more spacious than typical hotel rooms, and the room service was excellent value for money.
The room felt quite dated, I think the 'renovation' mentioned on Ctrip only applied to the lobby. The location is super convenient though, with direct bus lines to Disney and both airports. The view from the window was nice. My only real complaint is the old Japanese bidet, which made a ridiculously loud flushing sound. Also, the check-in process was a bit slow. Overall, the value for money was pretty...
True to its five-star rating, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting to Disneyland. Plus, having a Lawson convenience store right next door at the Hilton is really handy for grabbing snacks and drinks.

Great location, but the sleeping pods, washrooms, and luggage storage are all on different floors, which is really inconvenient. I was constantly waiting for the elevator. The luggage storage area is too small and narrow. It's really inconvenient if you have a suitcase or large luggage. Everything else was fine. The bed wasn't too narrow and was quite comfortable for sleeping, but the bed curtain was a bit old and tattered, which was a minor issue.
The location is great—very close to the train station. The view is also nice, and there’s a convenience store near the hotel with plenty of places to eat around the area. Great location! If your room faces the road, it can be a bit noisy, but earplugs easily solve that. There's a bus stop and metro station nearby. Very clean too!
While it lacks a large public bath, making it slightly less appealing than the Roppongi Station East location, its direct connection to Roppongi-itchome Station (though navigating the underground passage can be a bit tricky) makes the access excellent. With a large number of rooms, it's a good fallback option in a pinch.
My parents were satisfied too. The location is a bit far from the bustling area, but you can take a bus directly to Shibuya from the bus terminal right in front.
Affordable. Can walk directly to the hotel underground from the train station. fThere is a small supermarket nearby but few eateries to choose from. Over 200 free videos to watch which is very surprising.
The service was great, and having a small convenience store downstairs was super handy!
The location is relatively convenient, but the lack of a nearby convenience store was a major inconvenience. Also, since there are many buildings, it would be great if we could check out at each individual building.

Room size was big comparing other hotels in Tokyo. Facilities were offered and the best thing is the shower. Unfortunately, I dont like the way the make you to join their membership program.
The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's right in the heart of Shinjuku's Kabukicho, with all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. It's a lively area! Plus, it's less than a ten-minute walk to Shinjuku Station East Exit, making transportation super convenient. Highly recommend!
Very convenient location with many shops, arcades, restaurants and entertainment venues around. 5-minute walk to subway station and 10-minute walk to JR station. Room was spacious and clean. The hotel is massive.. meaning we had to walk far to reach on room. There was also a conference there meaning lots of people. The location is quite far from transport. The walk back from shinagawa station is all up hill. Nevertheless we had a good stay..
My experience was exceptional, thanks to the incredible services! The staffs went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was perfect. Coupled with the outstanding quality and stunning locations, I was thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately we cannot experience the breakfast this time, will definitely manage to try it next time! This trip deepens my appreciation and I cannot wait to return for more!
Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.

From Terminal 3 at the airport, I took the Tokyo Monorail, transferred...
The room isn't huge but it's clean and tidy. Check-in is self-service, but there's staff available to assist with Chinese language support. There's a convenience store and restaurants right across from the hotel. It's not far from the subway station, within walking distance. There's also a shuttle schedule for the airport displayed outside the hotel.
Comparable to a國內全季(domestic all-season hotel), the service is decent. What really stands out are the two bus stops within a five-minute walk, the free Disney shuttle, and the paid airport shuttle (though it doesn't run at night). The surrounding area is a bit sparse, but overall, it's good value for money.
This hotel is great for business trips, and I'd also recommend it if you're planning to visit Tokyo Disney Resort, Odaiba, or Kasai Rinkai Park – it's super convenient. Plus, the hotel offers direct shuttle buses to both airports, which you can book in advance. I stayed on the 15th floor, and while high floors have their perks, there are downsides too. Always the reliable Hilton experience. I've been staying at Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton for all my business trips in China, which got me to Silver status. This time, the hotel even gave me a free milkshake for breakfast! I'm looking forward to getting to Gold status when I'm back in China so I can enjoy complimentary breakfast in the future.
The room was spacious, but the facilities are indeed old. The carpet had stains, and there were hairs left in the bathroom. The blackout curtain had a hole in it (not my doing, it was already there, hahaha). However, this doesn't affect its great location for Disneyland.
Terrific value. I wanted the convenience of staying close to Tokyo Disneyland without the price of their hotels. The Hilton is a 5 minute walk from Bayside Station (which is part of the TDR monorail loop). They also have regular shuttle busses to Bayside as well as to Maihama Station, which connects you to the JR railway. Everything was efficient, clean, smooth; and the staff were all very friendly...
The hotel facilities are a bit old and the cleanliness is just so-so. However, the themed rooms are quite nice. The buffet was also pretty mediocre, not as rich, varied, or delicious as the one at Hilton Odaiba. This one was really just average. Maybe it's because the price is cheaper. Hope they improve in the future. But it's very convenient for getting to Disneyland. The room we booked had a sea...

Ideal location for business meeting within business centre
The environment was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was quite rich. It's a great place for friends to just relax and unwind. There's also a bar time in the evening, so you pretty much don't need to go out for dinner. Having a few drinks and chatting with friends there was very enjoyable.
Great staff, nice location, perfect room with Tokyo Tower view
Room and bed were very comfortable, immaculately clean and modern. 2 mins walk from train station, if you need lift access to train then a 6 mins walk, we had a stroller. Breakfast was a bit of a zoo, we went during Christmas, very busy! But tables were spacious so even though there were so many people you don’t feel cramped. Good variety of food selection. We had dinner at the Japanese teppanyaki...
Good location for Roppongi, walking distance to many nearby malls and resturants.
We were very happy about our Tsuki Suite, and the cocktails at the lounge Recommend
