Fantastic location, right outside Shinagawa Station's central exit. I stayed in room 2768, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji. If you're a fan of yakiniku, there's a Jojoen restaurant conveniently located in the annex building.

This is an established brand hotel with excellent transport links. It's about an hour's ride on the Narita Express from Narita Airport, and then just a few minutes' walk from the West Exit. While Shinagawa Station and the surrounding areas are under construction, the streets are clean and dust-free. Although the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean.

When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

Transportation: Taking the train to Akasaka-mitsuke is more convenient; Yotsuya is not. The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was served, but there was no room service. Breakfast options were four choices. The lounge was unremarkable overall; nothing exceeded expectations, but nothing was particularly disappointing.

The service and food in the lounge were both very good. The gym and spa were also great. I wish the spa was open a little later. Also, part of the key setting part on the security box was peeling off. I was too scared to use it.

The service was excellent, with six different meals available daily in the executive corridor. You can also enjoy a Japanese sauna 🧖♀️

Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.

This hotel is really convenient. You can find numerous shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. What disappointed me was that they didn’t provide any skincare. Even though I chose the upper floor, the window couldn’t be opened and the air ventilation was so so. I couldn’t sleep well.

Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep. The luggage storage area is too small and narrow. It's really inconvenient if you have a suitcase or large luggage. Everything else was fine. The bed wasn't too narrow and was quite comfortable for sleeping, but the bed curtain was a bit old and tattered, which was a minor issue.

While it lacks a large public bath, making it slightly less appealing than the Roppongi Station East location, its direct connection to Roppongi-itchome Station (though navigating the underground passage can be a bit tricky) makes the access excellent. With a large number of rooms, it's a good fallback option in a pinch.

Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.

The hotel's location is great, with several subway lines nearby making travel very convenient. Check-in is on the 5th floor, and there's a lovely garden on the 4th floor. We had a very stressful situation during our stay when our 3-year-old child suddenly became very sick late at night. The hotel manager went above and beyond to help us. Located in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, this hotel is in a bustling commercial hub with excellent transportation links. It's incredibly convenient to get to various parts of Tokyo via rail, and the train station is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The Seibu Ikebukuro Line and Tobu Tojo Line are practically on your doorstep. Shopping, leisure, entertainment, and dining are all super convenient.

1, There is no air conditioning in the room with sealed window! You feel like staying in a box cannot breathing! After you take shower (with no fan working), you feel like living in a steam room. Always the reliable Hilton experience. I've been staying at Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton for all my business trips in China, which got me to Silver status. The room was spacious, but the facilities are indeed old. The carpet had stains, and there were hairs left in the bathroom. The blackout curtain had a hole in it (not my doing, it was already there, hahaha). However, this doesn't affect its great location for Disneyland.

Ideal location for business meeting within business centre

The environment was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was quite rich. It's a great place for friends to just relax and unwind. There's also a bar time in the evening, so you pretty much don't need to go out for dinner. Having a few drinks and chatting with friends there was very enjoyable.

Great staff, nice location, perfect room with Tokyo Tower view

Room and bed were very comfortable, immaculately clean and modern. 2 mins walk from train station, if you need lift access to train then a 6 mins walk, we had a stroller. Breakfast was a bit of a zoo, we went during Christmas, very busy! But tables were spacious so even though there were so many people you don’t feel cramped. Good variety of food selection.
