Tokyo, 10-30 Takanawa 4-chome Minato-ku Tokyo 108-8611 (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is located at the center of Sinagawa. And we can reach the subway station within 10 minutes by walking. They cleared my room every day. Highly recommended.
Bathroom looked a bit aged, can use with a bit of Renovation, room however was fantastic, pool was disappointing to be closed by amazing gym
Another very good stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel! Location: very convenient as it’s just by the station and even if it’s raining we can go to few shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and seven eleven! Room: very small but we had everything we need for our stay. Comfortable bed to sleep. This time our room was the opposite side of the station so it was quieter and great night view from windows. Amenities...
location is great. hotel is older. you will queue up for breakfast, which is a mass processing operation.
A comfortable and lovely stay at hotel. Located conveniently opposite the Shinagawa train station. Lots of eateries in the station. Easy to move around Tokyo.
Our experience at Shinagawa Prince Hotel was mixed. Upon arrival, we were immediately directed to a self check-in machine, with no human interaction or guidance. We were required to pay a local tax on the spot, and the machine printed multiple tickets along with our room cards. The process felt cold and confusing, especially for first-time visitors. Our room number appeared as a 5-digit code, and...

Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo is situated in an excellent location and is very convenient for getting around. The staff are highly professional and extremely helpful. Room is big, service is good, and a lot of amenities
Superb location. Plenty of food and amenities around. Very near to public transport.
Large room and great service. Huge hotel. Walking distance to shinjuku area.
A really great hotel located in Shinjuku West, offering convenient transportation and plenty of shopping options. There are also many restaurants nearby. A 30-square-meter room is considered quite spacious for a bustling area like Tokyo.
The hotel is close to a subway Bed was comfortable, lots of good toiletries. Room was clean Excellent customer service
When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

On June 10, 2024, my family checked into Hotel New Otani Tokyo the Main. Shortly after midnight on June 13, my daughter suffered a sudden and severe asthma attack that left her struggling to breathe. Japanese style 5-star hotel. The hotel was really big with many buildings. Nice staying for relax time. Breakfast were good. The room was clean and quiet. Will back agian.
Nice and clean, classy and traditional Japanese style
The complex is humongous! So many services and restaurants, you cannot make up your mind on which restaurant to choose. The buffet dinner in the restaurant at 17th floor is amazing. The Japanese garden is a gem!!!
Had a good stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back again next time
The room was a bit dated with a view of shinjuku, disappointing considering the advert and photos show views of the gardens. Room was a bit dated. Friendly helpful staff. Located in a quiet suburb but was a 12-15mins walk to the nearest metro.

Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.
29.12.2021 In a rush, the hotel I planned was not available, so I stayed at the hotel at the suggestion of the travel agency. The coronavirus measures were taken strictly, and the staff at the front desk and lobby were also very good. The room and windows are large and have a good view. The check-out time was 12 o'clock, so I had a lot of free time, so I was able to enjoy Sanbanjo by walking after...
It is good. There is almost everything inside. Nice view from the window on the ocean. There is a park near the hotel; an electric kettle, fridge, and USB join, a hair dryer, all the bathroom staff in the room. But if you are coming from Europe take care of the plug adapter 🔌. It differs from the ones in Russia and Europe.
Comfortable, super clean hotel close to Disney Tokyo, now being used to house officials for the Olympics. I've been here before, will come back if I can!
The hotel is nice modern and affordable, all staff are really kind and delivers a great "omotenashi" service, parking is available, rooms has optional themes, spacious and tidy with very large double king beds, rooms view has basicaly two options, the Tokyo bay side or the opposite where the rooms faces the local westernized cemetery, which is not too bad, however, funeral services can be seem from...

A decent hotel located in Chiyoda Area. A fair price for what you get. The staff is kind and always trying to help you. The taxis are outside lining up or Uber cars are around the area. 15 mins walk to the Old Tokyo.
The room is generally clean and tidy. The room size is not very small, compared to other hotels in Tokyo.
The hotel is a huge building with several wings. Despite the fact that we approached the reception at 2 p.m., we were refused check-in until 3 p.m. Such pettiness is disgusting - especially considering that this is a four-star (not 5 stars), expensive hotel. The air conditioner in the room sometimes started to "growl" - we had to turn it off at night. The view from the window was of some industrial...
Good room and bathroom space. In a business district so it’s a distance to the typical tourist attractions I guess. But it’s near the metro! Will come back if I’m visiting Tokyo.
It is within walking distance to metro and JR stations, and a family mart is just right across the hotel for us to catch a late night snack/ drink. The hotel also comes with a fitness centre, which is quite a rare find in Tokyo. It also comes with free use of washing machines and steam iron. Perfect for business travellers!
Housekeeping ladies were very helpful and friendly. Short walk to train stations and family marts around.

Great stay. I'm amazed at how welcoming everyone is at the reception. Sadly, because of my fault I miss the complimentary breakfast when I stayed there. I've stayed at many hotels and this is probably the cleanest smelling one. Im the type to request to have the rooms changed if I smell any hint of smoke.
Good condition, good bed, free breakfast
Good location . Near three different lines. Many restaurants within walking distance. Hotel offers a breakfast which is not fancy but more than adequate. Rooms are small but comfortable. WiFi access is good. Prices were competitive and staff friendly. Lawson in lobby
Excellent location which is only 3 min. walk to the subway and 5-10 min. walk to Tokyo Tower. Room is a little bit small but new and clean. The design of the bathtub is great which make showering very cozy. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Well recommended.
Small but very clean. I loved the convenience of having a small market off the lobby. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I only wish there was more bottled water accessible. I received only one bottle over 5 days.
Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the personnel in English, that was a minor problem though.

Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel overall, but I was quite disappointed that it had no swimming pool and only a tiny gym. The gym had just two treadmills and two exercise bikes, all crammed into a very small room with no air conditioning. For a five-star hotel with hundreds of rooms, this is far below expectations. Quite a letdown.

Hotel for Disney land trip. Stayed 3 days. Good that there are bus to station. Few restaurants but seldom try except breakfast.
Situated just next to the bayside station. Yet shuttle bus is still available. Didn’t felt it was needed till we visited Disney, the shuttle was awesome after a 20k+ step day at Disney. Had buffet dinner on my first night, it’s nothing to wow about, but everything was quite yummy. Selection was okay, we had our fills. Not the cheapest meal for sure. For a cheaper meal, there’s always the hotel convenience...
I love everything about the hotel apart from the location. It's quite far
Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 right directly across the street from Bayside Disney railway stop. One downside: no convenience store. We walked 7 minutes in the rain, to the Hilton. The Hilton has a huge Lawson supermarket in the first floor. I still give 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because the first floor of Sheraton has Tostina, cafe which had delicious juices, salads, sandwiches and rice dishes to go.

The Best hotel ever! Room was excellent and had a super comfortable stay! Will come back for sure.
Avoid Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel — the smell is unbearable. I stayed here knowing the hotel is a bit old, and the price seemed to reflect that — but nothing prepared me for the smell. The stay in Tokyo Dome Hotel was enjoyable. Spacious room, great view, decent food around. Nothing to complain at all.
The room was great, clean, big, good aircon, international plugs. Great services, breakfast was very nice. Very well placed, 200m aways from the subway station . And of course amazing views of Tokyo. The only downside was the check in, you do it on an automatic machine that didn’t work well for us. In a fancy hotel like this, I would love to have a person in front of me instead of a machine.

Very comfortable, great location! There's a dedicated shuttle to Disney, and it's very close to Odaiba. It was a very pleasant trip! If I come back, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.
The hotel room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. The tap water in the bathroom was drinkable. I extended my stay for an extra night and moved from a twin room to a king room. The room size felt similar, but because the king-size bed takes up less space than two twin beds, there was more room to open my suitcase.
This is a pretty good chain hotel in Japan. I didn't realize before staying that they offer a free shuttle bus to Disney, and there's a timetable provided. You can also book a paid shuttle bus to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the return bus from Disney is relatively early. Just a heads up, there are very few pharmacies nearby.
Small rooms are a 'feature' of Japanese hotels, but compared to Hokkaido, hotels in Tokyo, despite being small, are better designed and cleaner than those outside of Sapporo and Otaru. However, the biggest issue with this particular hotel is that the room's air conditioning is very old.
