Fantastic location, right outside Shinagawa Station's central exit. I stayed in room 2768, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji. If you're a fan of yakiniku, there's a Jojoen restaurant conveniently located in the annex building.

This is an established brand hotel with excellent transport links. It's about an hour's ride on the Narita Express from Narita Airport, and then just a few minutes' walk from the West Exit. While Shinagawa Station and the surrounding areas are under construction, the streets are clean and dust-free. Although the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean.

This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Tokyo. I've been staying here for over 20 years! The location is fantastic, it offers great value for money, and there are tons of restaurants in the vicinity.

Transportation: Taking the train to Akasaka-mitsuke is more convenient; Yotsuya is not. The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was served, but there was no room service. Breakfast options were four choices. The lounge was unremarkable overall; nothing exceeded expectations, but nothing was particularly disappointing.

The service and food in the lounge were both very good. The gym and spa were also great. I wish the spa was open a little later. Also, part of the key setting part on the security box was peeling off. I was too scared to use it.

The service was excellent. It's rare to find a hotel in Tokyo with a Japanese garden; it was beautiful and comfortable! The shower floor tiles were a bit slippery; I suggest replacing them with non-slip tiles, which might be better for the elderly!

When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

Regular buses to Disneyland take about 15 on the way there but can be up to 25 mins on the way home so it’s not super convenient. There is a Lawson on the ground floor which is great but it gets extremely busy once the parks have closed. Otherwise service is great and rooms are pretty spacious and our room had a great view.

Great and clean family room that sleeps 5 (4 bunk beds that are spacious and a sofa bed) comfortably. Service is warm and impeccable (even the helpful staff at Lawson's who helped us purchase entrance tickets to attractions) and the room service was neat and clean. Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.

Great location! There's a direct shuttle from Haneda Airport, and Sunshine City has everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment. I was traveling alone and this place was perfect. It's a convenient walk from the station, and everything was clean. Plus, it was affordable, so I was really happy with my stay!

It's a bit of a hassle to walk to and from the city center of Roppongi, but there's a bus stop right in front, which is super convenient. There's a convenience store, vending machines, and an ice maker in the building. They also hold your luggage for you.

Imperial Hotel is a must-stay in Tokyo, a classic, established hotel with absolutely superb and thoughtful service! The location is excellent, right in the Ginza CBD, directly opposite Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace. You can walk to countless restaurants and cafés.

Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.

We had a very relaxing weekend with a nice view. The atmosphere was calm, and the breakfast buffet included both Japanese and Western style options, so there was something for everyone.

Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep. Other than the above, everything was exceptional, the housekeeping team who cleaned our room daily saw that we had a lot of empty bottles of water, and they did refill with the room with enough water without having us to call and request for more...

The room isn't huge but it's clean and tidy. Check-in is self-service, but there's staff available to assist with Chinese language support. There's a convenience store and restaurants right across from the hotel. It's not far from the subway station, within walking distance. There's also a shuttle schedule for the airport displayed outside the hotel.

Comparable to a國內全季(domestic all-season hotel), the service is decent. What really stands out are the two bus stops within a five-minute walk, the free Disney shuttle, and the paid airport shuttle (though it doesn't run at night). The surrounding area is a bit sparse, but overall, it's good value for money.

The hotel's location is great, with several subway lines nearby making travel very convenient. Check-in is on the 5th floor, and there's a lovely garden on the 4th floor. You have a choice of restaurants for breakfast, and the one upstairs offers a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. I'd say the breakfast is quite good by Japanese standards. The environment was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was quite rich. It's a great place for friends to just relax and unwind. There's also a bar time in the evening, so you pretty much don't need to go out for dinner. Having a few drinks and chatting with friends there was very enjoyable.

Overall, quite satisfied. It's an older luxury hotel with direct bus services to various airports right from the premises. The lobby is spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The location is fairly convenient too; getting around Tokyo by taxi isn't expensive these days, even cheaper than in Korea. A taxi to Shinjuku only cost me about 40 RMB. The views are excellent!

I have never stayed in a hotel as welcoming as the Hilton Tokyo Bay. What a great stay. We decided to do Tokyo Disney for the holidays, and are very happy to have stayed here. The staff was top notch and the room was amazing.

The hotel's location is fantastic – just a two-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station. The surrounding shopping area is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are direct shuttle buses to both the airport and Gotemba, which is super handy. Other aspects were pretty average, though; the cleanliness was just so-so.

We had a very stressful situation during our stay when our 3-year-old child suddenly became very sick late at night. The hotel manager went above and beyond to help us. He spent more than an hour calling different hospitals to find one that could see our child, and he patiently explained our situation to them in Japanese. Located in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, this hotel is in a bustling commercial hub with excellent transportation links. It's incredibly convenient to get to various parts of Tokyo via rail, and the train station is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The Seibu Ikebukuro Line and Tobu Tojo Line are practically on your doorstep. Shopping, leisure, entertainment, and dining are all super convenient.

Location is walking distance from Tokyo Big Sight. There are McDonalds, convenience store, restaurants at ground level. Hotel staff are friendly. Complete amenities. I will definitely stay here again next time!

I came for a conference, and this hotel is right next to the convention center, just a 5-minute walk to the exhibition hall. The room was small but very clean and tidy. The overall style is Japanese, and it's small but has everything you need.

The hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland. The airport limo bus stops directly at the hotel. No house keeping. The rooms are very small. Can probably open one luggage at a time.
