A really great hotel located in Shinjuku West, offering convenient transportation and plenty of shopping options. There are also many restaurants nearby. A 30-square-meter room is considered quite spacious for a bustling area like Tokyo.

When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

The complex is humongous! So many services and restaurants, you cannot make up your mind on which restaurant to choose. The buffet dinner in the restaurant at 17th floor is amazing. The Japanese garden is a gem!!!

Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.

It is within walking distance to metro and JR stations, and a family mart is just right across the hotel for us to catch a late night snack/ drink. Great stay. I'm amazed at how welcoming everyone is at the reception. Sadly, because of my fault I miss the complimentary breakfast when I stayed there. I've stayed at many hotels and this is probably the cleanest smelling one. Im the type to request to have the rooms changed if I smell any hint of smoke.

Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel overall, but I was quite disappointed that it had no swimming pool and only a tiny gym. The gym had just two treadmills and two exercise bikes, all crammed into a very small room with no air conditioning. For a five-star hotel with hundreds of rooms, this is far below expectations. Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 right directly across the street from Bayside Disney railway stop. One downside: no convenience store. We walked 7 minutes in the rain, to the Hilton. The Hilton has a huge Lawson supermarket in the first floor. Located in Akasaka mitsuke, so a very good location as the 2 main tourist regions are easily accessible, with shinjuku and shibuya on one side and ginza, asakusa and ueno on the other. The location is pretty convenient and the room is spacious. However, breakfast is just OK, could have more variety of food and selection.

Family bedroom is nice and staff are efficient and polite. The hotel is a bit old but acceptable. Price is high in view of peak season and close to Disneyland. Overall, it is acceptable but more willing to come again if price is lower.

The hotel room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. The tap water in the bathroom was drinkable. I extended my stay for an extra night and moved from a twin room to a king room. The room size felt similar, but because the king-size bed takes up less space than two twin beds, there was more room to open my suitcase.

This is a pretty good chain hotel in Japan. I didn't realize before staying that they offer a free shuttle bus to Disney, and there's a timetable provided. You can also book a paid shuttle bus to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the return bus from Disney is relatively early. Just a heads up, there are very few pharmacies nearby.

Small rooms are a 'feature' of Japanese hotels, but compared to Hokkaido, hotels in Tokyo, despite being small, are better designed and cleaner than those outside of Sapporo and Otaru. However, the biggest issue with this particular hotel is that the room's air conditioning is very old.
