Shinagawa Prince Hotel, Tokyo1 / 30

Tokyo, 4-10-30 Takanawa Minato-ku (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I booked a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, and it was such a great deal! The night view alone was worth a million dollars, and I can't believe it was only a 4-star hotel. 😂 The facilities here are also excellent. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the first and second floors have great shops perfect for picking up souvenirs. The hotel's location is also fantastic; it's less than a three...
Great views, especially of the Tokyo Tower. The hotel's location is super convenient, just across the street from the Yamanote Line and Keikyu Line, making it easy to get downtown or to the airport. There aren't any convenience stores right nearby, but there's a supermarket a short walk away. Most of the room facilities are quite old, and the twin beds can't be pushed together. It's also a bit tricky...
Fantastic location, right outside Shinagawa Station's central exit. I stayed in room 2768, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji. If you're a fan of yakiniku, there's a Jojoen restaurant conveniently located in the annex building.
It was my first time to stay in there. It was amazing location, service and the view!! I definitely recommend and will definitely back
This is an established brand hotel with excellent transport links. It's about an hour's ride on the Narita Express from Narita Airport, and then just a few minutes' walk from the West Exit. While Shinagawa Station and the surrounding areas are under construction, the streets are clean and dust-free. Although the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean.
This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Tokyo. I've been staying here for over 20 years! The location is fantastic, it offers great value for money, and there are tons of restaurants in the vicinity.

Transportation: Taking the train to Akasaka-mitsuke is more convenient; Yotsuya is not. The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was served, but there was no room service. Breakfast options were four choices. The lounge was unremarkable overall; nothing exceeded expectations, but nothing was particularly disappointing.
The service and food in the lounge were both very good. The gym and spa were also great. I wish the spa was open a little later. Also, part of the key setting part on the security box was peeling off. I was too scared to use it.
The service was excellent, with six different meals available daily in the executive corridor. You can also enjoy a Japanese sauna 🧖♀️
The service was excellent. It's rare to find a hotel in Tokyo with a Japanese garden; it was beautiful and comfortable! The shower floor tiles were a bit slippery; I suggest replacing them with non-slip tiles, which might be better for the elderly!
The stay was great. Although the space wasn't very large, the room service was excellent. There are many restaurants on-site, and since I was a guest, the front desk made it easy to book dinner. I recommend their Sky Dinner; the view and experience are fantastic, offering panoramic views of Tokyo's nightscape. While I rarely go to buffets, the food here was quite good, especially the Wagyu beef teppanyaki...
This was my second stay at Executive House Zen. Zen may have been what got me hooked on club lounges. I've been to many club lounges in Tokyo, but this one is hands-down the best. The club lounge is relaxing, the views are amazing, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. After arriving and checking in, I was shown to the lounge and treated to candy tea. I was about an hour early, but I was shown...

The location is great, this is my second time staying here with my kids. This time, I booked a Deluxe Twin room in the Main Building, and the newly renovated rooms are definitely much newer than those in the South Building! You can see Mount Fuji from the South Building, but not from the Main Building. However, it was a weekend during our stay, and there were many tour groups, which made it very noisy...
Fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo! The location in Shinjuku is unbeatable — just a short walk to the train stations, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels calm and comfortable. Rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards, very clean and well maintained, with great city views. The service was outstanding — staff were professional, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our...
Facilities: As a long-standing Japanese hotel, my family and I have stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel multiple times. First off, the rooms are quite spacious, so you never feel cramped or claustrophobic. The L'Occitane toiletries provided by the hotel are also excellent. What I liked most was the mineral water in glass bottles – a big plus! 👍 All other essential amenities and facilities are also well-equipped...
Th room hv space for spend time during exhausted from walking, staff are great and very good services. The food in morning hv no variety but still acceptable
The hotel's location is good, and the staff were friendly. We even had a view of Mount Fuji from our room. However, two issues during our stay made it quite uncomfortable. Firstly, the cleanliness was lacking. For the four days we stayed, house cleaning only made the beds and didn't tidy up anything else. We called the front desk to request a sheet change, but it wasn't done. The hotel's soundproofing...
Overall a great hotel to stay at. Hotel breakfast is up to expectation. Lounge was excellent. Concierge team was very helpful with restaurant reservations, thank you Ms Wei, Mr Tiago, Mr Higashi. Taxis are always available at hotel door step. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel! Room was spacious and clean with a great view of the bay and park. Staff were nice and quick to help. The convenience store in the hotel was so easy and we got dinner and breakfast from there - was good. A lot of families were there, so accommodating to kids. Shuttle was clean and efficient. I was able to take our luggage on the shuttle to the Disney resort, so happy to have their...
Great rooms and view. The room is clean and spacious for my family of four. We got four comfortable single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, washing area and a separated toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There is a Lawson 24hr convenience store at ground floor and other amenities like washers , dryers and microwave ovens. There are free shuttle buses to Shin Urayasu stations, Disneyland...
Regular buses to Disneyland take about 15 on the way there but can be up to 25 mins on the way home so it’s not super convenient. There is a Lawson on the ground floor which is great but it gets extremely busy once the parks have closed. Otherwise service is great and rooms are pretty spacious and our room had a great view.
I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Tokyo, and I have to say it was the best hotel experience I've had in the city so far. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenience of having a 24-hour Lawson convenience store nearby. It made it easy to...
Great and clean family room that sleeps 5 (4 bunk beds that are spacious and a sofa bed) comfortably. Service is warm and impeccable (even the helpful staff at Lawson's who helped us purchase entrance tickets to attractions) and the room service was neat and clean. For only SGD 80+ a night per person, this accommodation is a steal!
Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.

Stayed one night and liked it so much that I'm planning to return to this hotel tonight after visiting Kamakura. The room is spacious and the transportation is convenient. Traveling with my son, this was a very satisfying stay in Tokyo. I also stayed one night at the Washington hotel nearby, which has A and B buildings. We had unagi (grilled eel) at a restaurant next door; they only serve 10 portions...
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station's underground passage. On the first day, I couldn't find the passage, but walking along the main road from the South Exit works just as well, and it was a pleasant walk. The room was clean and not too small, which I was happy with.
Whenever we go to Japan Tokyo we always stay at Washington shinjuku hotel always a pleasant stay and the staff is nice. Japan rooms are typically small so manage expectations but for cleanliness and accessibility to a lot of places with a lot of restaurants at the hotel itself
Choose this hotel if u r taking airport limo bus, it’s just located outside of the hotel. But it might takes walking distance 10 minutes+ to Shinjuku station. I stayed in Annex and it looks new
Strange odour in the room upon entering. Fortunately they provide an air purifier, air freshener spray and fan, but it still took about 2 days to rid the smell. The room is small, barely enough for putting your luggage and walking space. Room is just basic, so don't expect too much. But location is good, located on one of the stops for airport shuttle. And tube station is walking distance
For a business traveller, this place is convenient.  There’s Japan Limosine Bus stop right in front of this hotel.  Within the building, there are also many restaurants around.

It is a good business hotel. The room is small but that is expected for the type, it was clean and neat, it shows some wear but nothing too bad. In the future I will try and book there as well because it is very close to the station and easy to find.
The workers are nice and calm. The room quality is quite low. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variation. Located 1 min. from the train station, but the train makes a lot of noise that can be heard pretty loud from inside the rooms.
Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable to sleep in. Location is very convenient too as there is a train station, a grocery store, and a McDonald's nearby. Yes the hotel is a bit old, but you get your money's worth.
It was a hotel that I wanted to use again because the service and cost performance were very good. I felt that the facility was a little old, but it was clean and well-maintained. In addition, I thought that there would be no cleaning because I used it for consecutive nights at this price, but I was surprised that the room was cleaned neatly and the amenities were replenished. This hotel is really convenient. You can find numerous shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. What disappointed me was that they didn’t provide any skincare. Even though I chose the upper floor, the window couldn’t be opened and the air ventilation was so so. I couldn’t sleep well.
Great location! There's a direct shuttle from Haneda Airport, and Sunshine City has everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, Big Camera, Don Quijote, and Seibu Department Store. The room is definitely considered super spacious for Tokyo. Very nice hotel and all facilities are the best! Highly recommended as its sooo accessible - near everything! Plus point is there’s bus drop and pickup services to the airport. So easy!
This is an older, established hotel in Japan that used to be quite prestigious. The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Among the three hotels I stayed at this trip, this was the best one.
The room was really small, but very clean. Breakfast was also good. The service was attentive and thoughtful; a hotel staff member even personally walked us out to help us find the airport shuttle stop when we left. The fireworks at Disney, visible from the balcony, were absolutely amazing! 👍 The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, with several restaurants to choose from. The room was more spacious than typical hotel rooms, and the room service was excellent value for money.
The room felt quite dated, I think the 'renovation' mentioned on Ctrip only applied to the lobby. The location is super convenient though, with direct bus lines to Disney and both airports. The view from the window was nice. My only real complaint is the old Japanese bidet, which made a ridiculously loud flushing sound. Also, the check-in process was a bit slow. I stayed at the Tokyo Dome Hotel from January 31st to February 3rd, 2026. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tokyo Dome, and it's just a 3-5 minute walk to either the subway or JR station. We booked a twin room...
This hotel is huge, but there's basically no service. Honestly, it's not as good as the experience you get at smaller hotels. The room isn't huge but it's clean and tidy. Check-in is self-service, but there's staff available to assist with Chinese language support. There's a convenience store and restaurants right across from the hotel. It's not far from the subway station, within walking distance. There's also a shuttle schedule for the airport displayed outside the hotel.
Comparable to a國內全季(domestic all-season hotel), the service is decent. What really stands out are the two bus stops within a five-minute walk, the free Disney shuttle, and the paid airport shuttle (though it doesn't run at night). The surrounding area is a bit sparse, but overall, it's good value for money.
This hotel is great for business trips, and I'd also recommend it if you're planning to visit Tokyo Disney Resort, Odaiba, or Kasai Rinkai Park – it's super convenient. Plus, the hotel offers direct shuttle buses to both airports, which you can book in advance. I stayed on the 15th floor, and while high floors have their perks, there are downsides too. Perfect for everything I needed
I was traveling alone and this place was perfect. It's a convenient walk from the station, and everything was clean. Plus, it was affordable, so I was really happy with my stay!
It's a bit of a hassle to walk to and from the city center of Roppongi, but there's a bus stop right in front, which is super convenient. There's a convenience store, vending machines, and an ice maker in the building. They also hold your luggage for you.
Great location! If your room faces the road, it can be a bit noisy, but earplugs easily solve that. There's a bus stop and metro station nearby. Very clean too!
While it lacks a large public bath, making it slightly less appealing than the Roppongi Station East location, its direct connection to Roppongi-itchome Station (though navigating the underground passage can be a bit tricky) makes the access excellent. With a large number of rooms, it's a good fallback option in a pinch.

Breakfast was a bit of a zoo, we went during Christmas, very busy! But tables were spacious so even though there were so many people you don’t feel cramped. Good variety of food selection. We had dinner at the Japanese teppanyaki...
Good location for Roppongi, walking distance to many nearby malls and resturants.

Location is walking distance from Tokyo Big Sight. There are McDonalds, convenience store, restaurants at ground level. Hotel staff are friendly. Complete amenities. I will definitely stay here again next time!
Nice little hotel with a friendly vibe. The room was cozy and breakfast had good variety. Staff remembered our names which was a nice touch. Good experience overall.
Travelers who want to attend expo at Tokyo Big sight , it’s very convenient for them.Breakfast is very nice and wide variety. But it’s same for all the day.Have McDonald near by and restaurants in the same complex.Metro station is nearby.i rate as 5/5
I came for a conference, and this hotel is right next to the convention center, just a 5-minute walk to the exhibition hall. The room was small but very clean and tidy. The overall style is Japanese, and it's small but has everything you need.
The hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland. The airport limo bus stops directly at the hotel. No house keeping. The rooms are very small. Can probably open one luggage at a time. Take note that during winter, the aircon is on heater mode. The room is very hot and stuffy. Only returned to the room at night, hence the temperature was still bearable. If during the day, I think the room will be extremely...
Excellent breakfast! Great location near metro lines. The room is decent.

I stayed during the very busy New Year holiday period, and overall it was a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share one concern regarding the check-in experience at the Executive Lounge. We were seated there for about an hour, yet it seemed that the staff at the reception did not notice us and continued chatting among themselves. This was a bit disappointing and made us feel somewhat overlooked...
I wouldn’t call this a five star property… however we stayed here the day before they shut for renovations so maybe things will change. Positives - It is a good location if you don’t mind being away from central Tokyo. The shopping nearby is very good with lots of food options too. The room was a nice size and clean. Good view of rainbow bridge. Negatives - There is a bad smell when you walk in and...
It was nice and cozy place to stay. Hilton gave us upgrades. And the breakfast was amazing.
Celebrated new year’s here, excellent and genereous welcome food and drinks. However, we booked here expecting tokyo fireworks show nearby Odaiba. But, there wasn’t any. Nevertheless, hotel was clean, friendly staff and beautiful view from our room.
We booked the twin room, and it was very spacious around 32sqm. Comfortable stay overall and we used the daily parking which is ¥2,000. It is very convenient to stay if you have a car since it is a bit distance to the main city.
The room's cleanliness was great; they tidied it up daily. Our room had a balcony with a stunning view of Mount Fuji and the monorail. The location is super convenient, and there's a bus downstairs that goes straight to Shinagawa Station. The hotel breakfast was just okay, very limited in options. Front desk service was pretty average, but everything else was good.
