APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower, Tokyo1 / 30
9.0
Tokyo, 1-11-10, Yokoami, Sumida-ku (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It is a good business hotel. The room is small but that is expected for the type, it was clean and neat, it shows some wear but nothing too bad. In the future I will try and book there as well because it is very close to the station and easy to find.
The workers are nice and calm. The room quality is quite low. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variation. Located 1 min. from the train station, but the train makes a lot of noise that can be heard pretty loud from inside the rooms.
Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable to sleep in. Location is very convenient too as there is a train station, a grocery store, and a McDonald's nearby. Yes the hotel is a bit old, but you get your money's worth.
It was a hotel that I wanted to use again because the service and cost performance were very good. I felt that the facility was a little old, but it was clean and well-maintained. In addition, I thought that there would be no cleaning because I used it for consecutive nights at this price, but I was surprised that the room was cleaned neatly and the amenities were replenished. Recently, there are many...
Bathroom is very small. Room is a bit small. Cleanliness is good. Breakfast is not variety. Close to train station.

Tokyo, Minato-ku, Roppongi 2-3-11 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel itself was clean, and our room was also very tidy, which was reassuring. There isn't a convenience store very close by, so you have to walk a bit. There is a small 24-hour convenience store inside the hotel, but the selection of food items was limited, and there were a lot of pastries, though I would have preferred rice balls. Also, it was really inconvenient that they didn't offer charger...
Perfect for everything I needed
I was traveling alone and this place was perfect. It's a convenient walk from the station, and everything was clean. Plus, it was affordable, so I was really happy with my stay!
It's a bit of a hassle to walk to and from the city center of Roppongi, but there's a bus stop right in front, which is super convenient. There's a convenience store, vending machines, and an ice maker in the building. They also hold your luggage for you.
Great location! If your room faces the road, it can be a bit noisy, but earplugs easily solve that. There's a bus stop and metro station nearby. Very clean too!
While it lacks a large public bath, making it slightly less appealing than the Roppongi Station East location, its direct connection to Roppongi-itchome Station (though navigating the underground passage can be a bit tricky) makes the access excellent. With a large number of rooms, it's a good fallback option in a pinch.

I booked a total of five nights. First, two nights here, then two nights in Kamakura, three nights in Hakone, and then back here for three nights, before moving to Tamachi for two nights. Tonight is my first night. I flew JAL from Beijing and landed at 7:30 PM. After clearing customs, I took the subway and arrived here without any issues. From Terminal 3 at the airport, I took the Tokyo Monorail, transferred...
The room isn't huge but it's clean and tidy. Check-in is self-service, but there's staff available to assist with Chinese language support. There's a convenience store and restaurants right across from the hotel. It's not far from the subway station, within walking distance. There's also a shuttle schedule for the airport displayed outside the hotel.
Comparable to a國內全季(domestic all-season hotel), the service is decent. What really stands out are the two bus stops within a five-minute walk, the free Disney shuttle, and the paid airport shuttle (though it doesn't run at night). The surrounding area is a bit sparse, but overall, it's good value for money.
This hotel is great for business trips, and I'd also recommend it if you're planning to visit Tokyo Disney Resort, Odaiba, or Kasai Rinkai Park – it's super convenient. Plus, the hotel offers direct shuttle buses to both airports, which you can book in advance. I stayed on the 15th floor, and while high floors have their perks, there are downsides too. For example, during an earthquake one night, only...
I booked the family room this time, and it was spacious enough, even with a washing machine and microwave. I'm super satisfied; it's perfect for families with kids. The bathroom, in particular, was the largest I've seen in any Tokyo hotel. Getting around and finding food was also very convenient, and Odaiba is only a few stops away. The scenery around the hotel is also great. I'd definitely stay here...
Booked online, check-in was a breeze. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. It's really close to the Ariake Central Building, which was super convenient for visiting clients.

Location is walking distance from Tokyo Big Sight. There are McDonalds, convenience store, restaurants at ground level. Hotel staff are friendly. Complete amenities. I will definitely stay here again next time!
Nice little hotel with a friendly vibe. The room was cozy and breakfast had good variety. Staff remembered our names which was a nice touch. Good experience overall.
Travelers who want to attend expo at Tokyo Big sight , it’s very convenient for them.Breakfast is very nice and wide variety. But it’s same for all the day.Have McDonald near by and restaurants in the same complex.Metro station is nearby.i rate as 5/5
I came for a conference, and this hotel is right next to the convention center, just a 5-minute walk to the exhibition hall. The room was small but very clean and tidy. The overall style is Japanese, and it's small but has everything you need.
The hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland. The airport limo bus stops directly at the hotel. No house keeping. The rooms are very small. Can probably open one luggage at a time. Take note that during winter, the aircon is on heater mode. The room is very hot and stuffy. Only returned to the room at night, hence the temperature was still bearable. The best!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great price, good location. The room facilities are excellent, and there's space for luggage. Breakfast is good, though the dining area is a bit small, but you'll manage. (There are 100 other places to eat nearby anyway.) To get the elevator to your floor, you need to tap your card every time. You can only go to floors 1, 2 (for the o-furo bath and laundry), or your own floor. So, if your companions...
Location is good, 8 minutes away from a Tokyo Metro station and less than 20 from the Yamanote line and Bus Express Station. The best from the hotel is the fact it offers onsen for free in their facilities! A Family Mart and a Donki are in front of it. Rooms are small, but as they are in the APAs. Whenever I stay in Tokyo I choose this one, close to Kabukicho’s busy night life with fantastic workers...
This hotel is strategically located in the heart of Shinjuku, approximately 10 minutes away from Shinjuku Station. It is also very close to Kabukicho, which is approximately a 5-minute walk away. It was a great experience. The hotel condition is very good and the other service is also excellent. I sincerely would like to recommend this hotel for business trip members.
Location is great and near train station , but to other destinations is a little far. Still very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is generous with giving towels and water. Water is not given by default for some reason. Housekeeping is done every 3 days normally but you can request for Housekeeping. Overall it is very good value for money
The hot spring was very comfortable, I'll definitely come again.
This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Japan. First off, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. Check-in is a breeze – quick and easy. Plus, there's a supermarket right downstairs and a department store across the street, covering all a traveler's needs for food, accommodation, and transportation. I honestly think it's fantastic!
This is my second stay here, and it offers great value for money. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and shopping. The hotel provides a luggage room for guests to store their bags. There are hot springs open to the public on the 3rd and 4th floors; hotel guests can get a ticket for 500 JPY, while the public price is 1500 JPY. With the current favorable exchange rate, that's only about...
Good location, 2 min walk from JR Oimachi station. In front of station, there is Keikyu airport bus to Haneda airport ( from oimacho JPY 650). Room quite small for single type if you bring 2 suitcases. So many shops like 100 yen shop and drug store Very satisfied..

Excellent stay with free transport to Disneyland. For Disneysea, you have to take the shuttle bus to Bayside station and change one line. Overall, highly recommended.
Stayed here to attend Disneyland for 2 days and 3 nights. Booked the comfort room, excellent size. Great staff and breakfast was included. Wide range of buffet selection for breakfast.
The room wasn't particularly impressive, and my kids were a bit disappointed. At night, it was too hot to use the blanket, and I suddenly woke up feeling bugs crawling on my leg! It scared me wide awake, utterly despairing 😞
Booked this hotel for a Disney family vacation and absolutely loved it! Staff was always so courteous and polite. Rooms were always clean as well as their restrooms. Also came with resturaunts that opened at 630 am for early breakfast, convenience store and souvenir shop. All in one! Also located near a 7-11 and a local mall. However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland...
The guy who checked us in was super attentive and friendly. The room was fine for two people, but might be a bit small for more. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, vending machines, and even some Disney cookies. The shuttle bus to the loop monorail Bay Station and Disneyland was really convenient. Overall, it was pretty good.
The accommodation was comfortable and clean, with a rich and varied breakfast. There was also plenty of parking available. The check-in process took a bit of time, but I think it would be much smoother if you avoided the peak Disney park entry and exit times. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from both the Garden and Ocean parks, making transportation easy.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Initially we were put in a smoking room, but luckily we could switch to another room. It was a very small room, but it seems normal in Tokyo. Good location, easy to check in, comfortable, clean, got family mart below hotel, very convenient
It’s just a hotel to stay, we picked it because we booked quite last minute and it was cherry blossom period so this was the most reasonable price. Nothing much to talk about. Just an average place to stay. Small rooms
This is a chain hotel, and I've stayed at their Kyoto location before. They offer self check-in, and rooms are generally cleaned every three days, though you can get fresh towels daily. Hotel is so clean and newly rennovated. We are happy with our stay with them, and its value for money! Love their shuttle bus as it’s so iconic!
This is my second time staying here. The shuttle from Maihama to the hotel is super convenient, and there's also a direct bus from Haneda Airport. Plus, the shuttle to Disney is very handy. There's a Lawson convenience store at the Hilton, about 200 meters away, which is great for grabbing snacks. It's a fantastic choice for a Disney trip.
The environment here is great, and it's really close to Disneyland. Getting around is super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They also offer a shuttle service to Disneyland and the subway station, which makes exploring the area a breeze. The rooms are quite spacious, and the service is good. Plus, there's a supermarket and a bakery right downstairs.
The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenient and charming shuttle bus service to Disneyland. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the room isn't too small, which is typical for Japanese hotels. The lobby has a great ambiance and even includes a Disney store. All the hotel staff are very pleasant. It's a great choice for a Disney trip.
HeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The hotel was nice and precisely located near Ueno stations and Ueno Okachimaci stations. The only downfall is not the size but the hygienist of the room. Upon check in I found several hair (woman hair) on the bed.
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is great, near to metro and JR station. Ameyoko market is just less than 5 minutes walk away. There are plenty restaurants to explore behind the hotel, and there’s AEON small grocery nearby too. The hotel's location is excellent, with many subway lines nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was decent. The surrounding Muromachi district is fantastic, perfect for a leisurely stroll and exploring.
Hotel was located about 600m from Tokyo Station and was to the left of the Central exit. Room was a bit small and the bathroom especially the shower area in the long bath was at a height and quite unsafe when leaving it especially for seniors like me and have to be very careful cause there are no support bars. Breakfast was simple. Not value for money as it is S$245 for a night's stay.
Extremely satisfied, and the breakfast was delicious! If I get the chance to visit Tokyo again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. For cherry blossom viewing in Tokyo, I highly recommend Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden; it has a wide variety of cherry trees and you can't go wrong.
The room is not large, and it's very close to the tram line. If you're sensitive to noise or suffer from neurasthenia, you should seriously consider this. It's very close to Kanda Station, about a six or seven-minute walk to the South Exit, and about a ten-minute walk to Tokyo Station. Breakfast is 1500 JPY, which is acceptable.
The location is excellent, within walking distance to Tokyo Station, Kanda Station, Mitsukoshi, and Nihonbashi. The front desk service was great, and the luggage storage was very convenient – we could store our bags before check-in and after check-out, which made our travels much easier. There's also a convenience store right across the street, perfect for grabbing water and snacks.

Tokyo, 2 Chome-2-8 Shinjuku, Sindzyuku, 160-0022 Tokio, Yaponiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
A business hotel close to the subway station. Breakfast on the first floor is delicious. Using sauna of B1 is a good way to relieve fatigue. Unexpectedly, there are many Western tourists.

This is a typical chain business hotel. I usually stay elsewhere in Shinjuku, but it was fully booked. This hotel and my usual one are both about a 10-minute walk from the station. A definite plus here is the public bath downstairs, although it's clearly not a natural hot spring. I also appreciate its proximity to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, which I love. It's a straightforward and convenient walk...
The room was clean and well-equipped, but the service at the counter was not impressive. They weren't as helpful or informative as they should have been when I had questions.
Cosy place with nice facilities. Staff were very friendly too
The stay overall was smooth. The room layout is somewhat unconventional, with several rooms featuring lowered ceiling beams that can feel restrictive in certain areas. This appears to be due to the building’s structural design and infrastructure placement, and while it may affect the sense of openness, the rooms remain functional and efficiently organised for short stays.
