Great stay. I'm amazed at how welcoming everyone is at the reception. Sadly, because of my fault I miss the complimentary breakfast when I stayed there. I've stayed at many hotels and this is probably the cleanest smelling one. Im the type to request to have the rooms changed if I smell any hint of smoke.

Excellent location which is only 3 min. walk to the subway and 5-10 min. walk to Tokyo Tower. Room is a little bit small but new and clean. The design of the bathtub is great which make showering very cozy. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Well recommended.

Small but very clean. I loved the convenience of having a small market off the lobby. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I only wish there was more bottled water accessible. I received only one bottle over 5 days.

4 stars overall because of the inefficient laundry service provided, and that there’s only 1 elevator per building. The laundry service when we came was poor mostly because the washing machines say that detergent is provided, but our clothes smelled damp. We rewashed our clothes two times, but no change. The front desk staff's foreign language skills are excellent. The breakfast is delicious and a must-buy, especially the Japanese + Italian one. If you're staying for multiple days, note that housekeeping only comes every three days unless specifically requested.

Very comfortable, great location! There's a dedicated shuttle to Disney, and it's very close to Odaiba. It was a very pleasant trip! If I come back, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. The tap water in the bathroom was drinkable. I extended my stay for an extra night and moved from a twin room to a king room. The room size felt similar, but because the king-size bed takes up less space than two twin beds, there was more room to open my suitcase.

This is a pretty good chain hotel in Japan. I didn't realize before staying that they offer a free shuttle bus to Disney, and there's a timetable provided. You can also book a paid shuttle bus to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the return bus from Disney is relatively early. Just a heads up, there are very few pharmacies nearby.

Small rooms are a 'feature' of Japanese hotels, but compared to Hokkaido, hotels in Tokyo, despite being small, are better designed and cleaner than those outside of Sapporo and Otaru. However, the biggest issue with this particular hotel is that the room's air conditioning is very old.

1, There is no air conditioning in the room with sealed window! You feel like staying in a box cannot breathing! After you take shower (with no fan working), you feel like living in a steam room. There is no air in and out 2, if you have no computer, you have to pay ¥100 ($1.3) per 10 minutes to use their slow PC on the lobby. I changed my review from 2 to 4 starts because we got another nicer room...

This was the first place my father and I went to for a trip to Japan. It was a wonderful introduction to Japanese hospitality and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety that anyone could find something to eat. The konbini, restaurant, and Disney store in the hotel were all wonderful as well. I would 100% recommend and return again.

Hotel has a nice view of Tokyo Bay. My room got a view of Rainbow Bridge which is beautiful for both day and night time. Room is larger than some other hotels in Tokyo but the location is a bit far from the city. Just closed to Odaiba and TeamLabs. Breakfast is good with variety choices. If you like sashimi, this hotel is a right choice for you

I stayed for three nights, but the pillowcases and bedding were not changed for three days. I would have preferred new ones even for consecutive nights. The Apa President Curry was quite delicious. It's new and close to the station, so it's very convenient for going to Ikebukuro and Shinjuku.

The hotel is quite convenient, and it's near Otsuka station. The room has pretty much everything you will need. The only drawback could be that the room is small (however most rooms across japan are not that spacious as far as I know, and the area is not really fancy)

Fair price, very basic place to sleep. Dorm arent spacious enough to open luggage (even if you plan to open outside the dorm is impossible). However, bed was big. Washing machine (200yen) and dryer (100yen) (free detergent) was great. It does dry your cloth compared to any other hostel. Staff are friendly and cheerful. Curtain are fully covered. There is fridge inside room also.

The room is quite big for Japanese room standards. It's easy to navigate to this hotel. Halal food is nearby. All facilities are provided including pajamas. The check-in process is easy because of self check-in and there is a dinosaur as a receptionist. Bed was comfy enough for us. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Haneda but if you want to take the train, it only takes 10 minutes.
