Tokyo, Kioicho, 4?1 hoteruniyuotani zamein 11&12Jie , Tiyoda, 102-8578 Tokio, Yaponiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Transportation: Taking the train to Akasaka-mitsuke is more convenient; Yotsuya is not.
The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was served, but there was no room service.
Breakfast options were four choices.
The lounge was unremarkable overall; nothing exceeded expectations, but nothing was particularly disappointing.
The service and food in the lounge were both very good.
The gym and spa were also great.
I wish the spa was open a little later.
Also, part of the key setting part on the security box was peeling off.
I was too scared to use it.
The service was excellent, with six different meals available daily in the executive corridor. You can also enjoy a Japanese sauna 🧖♀️
The service was excellent. It's rare to find a hotel in Tokyo with a Japanese garden; it was beautiful and comfortable!
The shower floor tiles were a bit slippery; I suggest replacing them with non-slip tiles, which might be better for the elderly!
The stay was great. Although the space wasn't very large, the room service was excellent. There are many restaurants on-site, and since I was a guest, the front desk made it easy to book dinner. I recommend their Sky Dinner; the view and experience are fantastic, offering panoramic views of Tokyo's nightscape. While I rarely go to buffets, the food here was quite good, especially the Wagyu beef teppanyaki...
This was my second stay at Executive House Zen.
Zen may have been what got me hooked on club lounges. I've been to many club lounges in Tokyo, but this one is hands-down the best.
The club lounge is relaxing, the views are amazing, and the staff are incredibly welcoming.
After arriving and checking in, I was shown to the lounge and treated to candy tea.
I was about an hour early, but I was shown...

The location is super convenient for both transport and daily necessities, plus there's an amusement park right next door, which my kids absolutely loved! We happened to be there during a concert, so the area was packed and really lively. The room itself was also very spacious.
The place was so nice. The room was a decent size and really clean. The location was amazing. A lot of food and entertainment options nearby. The breakfast was very delicious. Staff were friendly. The view from my room was excellent.
I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is super convenient for transportation and shopping, and it's easy to get to other attractions. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.
I stayed at the Tokyo Dome Hotel from January 31st to February 3rd, 2026. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tokyo Dome, and it's just a 3-5 minute walk to either the subway or JR station. The lobby is spacious, and check-in and check-out are handled conveniently via self-service machines. Compared to other hotels in Japan, the rooms here are quite roomy and bright. We booked a twin room...
This hotel is huge, but there's basically no service. Honestly, it's not as good as the experience you get at smaller hotels. For check-in, they just direct you to a machine to input your details yourself. And I had to enter all my personal information in English. What if someone isn't good at English? After checking in, I found out my room was right next to the elevator, which was really noisy at...
The room was fantastic, with a direct view of the Dome, perfect for staying when attending concerts. There were even fan events when Lady Gaga performed! Luggage storage is available. The service was excellent.

This is a very good hotel in an excellent location, directly opposite a beautiful park and the Imperial Palace. I chose to stay here because it is within walking distance from Tokyo Station, and there is also a subway entrance nearby, which makes getting around very convenient.
The room is spacious, especially compared to many other hotels in Tokyo, and feels very comfortable. The service from the...
Very old fashioned hotel, everything is just right. Room is tidy and comfortable, facing Royal Palace.
Old Imperial Bar is worth to try, sitting at the bar side, the atmosphere is just about perfect.
This time I went to see Gaga's last show and stayed at the Imperial Hotel for the first time. My daughter and I absolutely loved it! The service was great, the location was excellent, and it was very clean and comfortable, perfect for families. My daughter didn't want to get out of bed each morning because she slept so well. I found the location incredibly convenient. Plus, the staff were very polite...
Imperial Hotel is a must-stay in Tokyo, a classic, established hotel with absolutely superb and thoughtful service! The location is excellent, right in the Ginza CBD, directly opposite Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace. You can walk to countless restaurants and cafés.
The hotel service was excellent, with great attention to detail. However, the bed was a bit hard and the pillows weren't very comfortable. There was also a slight musty smell in the bathroom, and the room felt a bit dry. For an older hotel, it's still very well-maintained.
The service was incredibly attentive, and they even have a Chinese-speaking front desk. The room size is decent for Tokyo, and the location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel amenities are also incredibly comprehensive.

The hotel is massive.. meaning we had to walk far to reach on room. There was also a conference there meaning lots of people. The location is quite far from transport. The walk back from shinagawa station is all up hill. Nevertheless we had a good stay..
My experience was exceptional, thanks to the incredible services! The staffs went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was perfect. Coupled with the outstanding quality and stunning locations, I was thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately we cannot experience the breakfast this time, will definitely manage to try it next time! This trip deepens my appreciation and I cannot wait to return for more!
Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.
We had a very relaxing weekend with a nice view. The atmosphere was calm, and the breakfast buffet included both Japanese and Western style options, so there was something for everyone.
The rooms are a bit dated, but the service is really good. It's very close to Shinagawa Station, making it easy to walk everywhere. Plus, there's a large 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient.
Good hotel near sinagawa station, very nice hotel and service people very nice in welcome

The views are nice. The breakfast selection on the 1st floor has gotten smaller, but the restaurant on the 30th floor is still quite good.
The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was great for relaxing. Check-in was very quick, thanks to the front desk staff. The room temperature was perfect, the air conditioning was quiet, and the bedding was comfortable.
This is the best hotel location in Odaiba, with direct skybridge access to AquaCity and DiverCity. It's incredibly convenient for shopping. The hotel service is also very attentive, and the facilities are excellent! Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep.
Other than the above, everything was exceptional, the housekeeping team who cleaned our room daily saw that we had a lot of empty bottles of water, and they did refill with the room with enough water without having us to call and request for more...
The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The light show downstairs, especially with Christmas approaching, was absolutely beautiful.
The view from the room is so special. It was so lovely. I did not close the curtain at night just because I wanna see the fantastic view when I open my eyes. You can see X’mas fireworks from your window as well.

Surrounded by a historically elegant environment, the garden greenery is beautiful, and the service is very attentive. The room facilities are complete and comfortable. Although the breakfast area is nice, some dishes were already gone when we went at 9 AM, which was the only downside.
Very good garden view. 35/F., very comfortables with big room. The bed is big for two persons since I am along.
Good location. Near train stations. Good for tourist traveller. Very nice Garden.
This is the hotel I always stay at whenever I visit Tokyo, and it never disappoints.
The location is fantastic. Since the Prince Hotel is right across the street, there are plenty of excellent restaurants and dining options nearby, which is a huge plus.

Exceeded all expectations! Beautiful property, spotless accommodations, and outstanding service. Convenient location with easy access to attractions. Worth every penny!
The hotel's location is great, with several subway lines nearby making travel very convenient. Check-in is on the 5th floor, and there's a lovely garden on the 4th floor. You have a choice of restaurants for breakfast, and the one upstairs offers a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. I'd say the breakfast is quite good by Japanese standards. Good location. Renovated rooms plenty of restaurants nearby very convenient. Good amenities. But lobby need a refresher
Ideal location for business meeting within business centre
The environment was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was quite rich. It's a great place for friends to just relax and unwind. There's also a bar time in the evening, so you pretty much don't need to go out for dinner. Having a few drinks and chatting with friends there was very enjoyable.
Great staff, nice location, perfect room with Tokyo Tower view
Room and bed were very comfortable, immaculately clean and modern. 2 mins walk from train station, if you need lift access to train then a 6 mins walk, we had a stroller.

This is an older luxury hotel located on the quieter side of Shinjuku. It has a beautiful lobby, and there's a fantastic Japanese restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is conveniently located near the Tocho-mae subway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not particularly spacious. The breakfast is excellent.
This is hands down the worst Hyatt I've ever stayed at in Japan. I checked in on the 20th, and on the evening of the 22nd, while packing my bags, I found a receipt next to the bed. I initially thought it was mine and didn't pay much attention. Later, I discovered a used feminine hygiene product under the bed. When I looked at the receipt again, it was dated the 17th. None of these items belonged to...
Love the Christmas decor and there is direct limousine bus to the hotel. But it is not near to major stations will stay if deal is good
Excellent! The airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel, and the service is very attentive. There's also a shuttle bus from the hotel to Shinjuku Station, so all in all, it's incredibly convenient.
The room appeared to be over 25 square meters, but for exact measurements, refer to the hotel description. The furniture and lighting in the room were tastefully designed, combining wood and metal elements. The bathroom had the visual effect of stone, though I didn't confirm the actual material. Ventilation in the room was excellent, and it stayed warm even in winter. The room was cleaned thoroughly...
The room was decent, nothing fancy like a minibar, probably because it was recently renovated. Overall, it's okay, though there was a fair bit of dust on the linens. Facilities: We got an upgraded room, which was a newer model. It had a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which was nice.
Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: The new tower feels much better than the old facilities.
Service: The attitude was okay, pretty much what you'd expect for the price.
Complimentary Executive Lounge Access: Didn't have any time to use it! 😂
The hotel in the famous shiba park, very close to Tokyo station. We were there for tokyo marathon weekend, unfortunately the free train ticket inside the bib package cannot use in the train line next to the hotel. We are blocked out from the station entry gate. It seems only Tokyo metro lines can use this ticket but none of them running next to our hotel. So sad. After running we have to walk long...
I booked and paid for Club Lounge access at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo while traveling with my family and young child, expecting service consistent with a premium property.

I traveled a long way specifically for this hotel, only for the front desk to give me a low-floor room with absolutely no Tokyo Tower view. Very disappointing! Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel was a really great place to stay in during my trip to Tokyo. It has many convienient amenities close by - a Family Mart in the hotel, a bathhouse, a fitness room, a restaurant and the train station is just a 3 minute walk away. I was attending an exhibition in Odaiba, and it was just a 3-stop ride on the Yurikamome Line, then a 2-minute walk from the station exit on the same level to the hotel lobby. The hotel's main selling point is definitely the Tokyo Bay city night view. Even the hot spring on the 14th floor faces Tokyo Bay. The room size was adequate...

Tge hotel is absolutely fine. However the room a little dated but think there is a programme of works so rooms may be brought up to date. Eg. The room lighting is very dim so with all brown/beige walls and carpet makes for a very dim room. the toilet is way too big for the size of bathroom! I stayed during the very busy New Year holiday period, and overall it was a pleasant stay.

We were seated there for about an hour, yet it seemed that the staff at the reception did not notice us and continued chatting among themselves. This was a bit disappointing and made us feel somewhat overlooked...
Overall, quite satisfied. It's an older luxury hotel with direct bus services to various airports right from the premises. The lobby is spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The location is fairly convenient too; getting around Tokyo by taxi isn't expensive these days, even cheaper than in Korea. A taxi to Shinjuku only cost me about 40 RMB. The views are excellent!
There's really nothing around here. The hotel breakfast had limited options and wasn't good.
I wouldn’t call this a five star property… however we stayed here the day before they shut for renovations so maybe things will change.
Positives -

Negatives -

Nice hotel adjacent to a metro station with two malls close by and connected via above ground walk paths. This provides good options for dining and access going into the city. This is my second time staying here. The shuttle from Maihama to the hotel is super convenient, and there's also a direct bus from Haneda Airport. Plus, the shuttle to Disney is very handy. There's a Lawson convenience store at the Hilton, about 200 meters away, which is great for grabbing snacks. It's a fantastic choice for a Disney trip.
The environment here is great, and it's really close to Disneyland. Getting around is super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They also offer a shuttle service to Disneyland and the subway station, which makes exploring the area a breeze. The rooms are quite spacious, and the service is good. Plus, there's a supermarket and a bakery right downstairs.
The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenient and charming shuttle bus service to Disneyland. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the room isn't too small, which is typical for Japanese hotels. The lobby has a great ambiance and even includes a Disney store. All the hotel staff are very pleasant. It's a great choice for a Disney trip.
HeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience.
The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat...
This is an excellent alternative to staying at Disneyland.
The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is excellent.
You can't get a straight transaction between the hotel and Disneyland
You need to take the shuttle bus to a stop, then take the Disneyland train to Disneyland. This is quite inconvenient.

The hotel has direct subway access, which makes getting around incredibly convenient.
The hotel is right next to the Tokyo City Air Terminal bus station, and there's a main subway line downstairs, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The hotel service is decent, nothing exceptional, but the daily housekeeping is incredibly clean and tidy. For this price point, it's pretty good, I really can't find anything to complain about. The only minor downside might be that the pillows are...
The hotel is a bit old, but the lobby is grand and opulent. The room facilities are dated, but it's spacious enough and the location is convenient. It's right next to Suitengu-mae Station, and Ningyocho Station isn't too far either. However, the service is just average; the staff didn't react at all when I walked past, which was a letdown compared to the Hilton I stayed at in Yokohama. The toiletries...
I was initially worried the hotel might be too old, but Tokyo hotels are really well-managed. My stay was fantastic; they even let me check in around 2:00 PM. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very spacious. Even though the facilities had an older feel, everything was exceptionally clean.
The hotel has a strong retro vibe, reminiscent of the last century. There are radio buttons by the bed, and the sink and bathtub look like they're 30 years old. The bed, however, was quite comfortable. The room isn't huge, but for Tokyo, it was spacious enough to open two suitcases. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, and after four mornings, I couldn't stomach it anymore. There were very few...
The hotel service was good, and the facilities were well-maintained. Although the bathroom wasn't a wet/dry separation, it was in great condition and quite spacious. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, including Japanese options. From the executive lounge on the top floor, you can see both the Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower. The hotel's elevators go directly to the subway from the B2 level, which...
