Tokyo, 4-1 Kioi-cho Chiyoda-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
On June 10, 2024, my family checked into Hotel New Otani Tokyo the Main. Shortly after midnight on June 13, my daughter suffered a sudden and severe asthma attack that left her struggling to breathe. Because she had never experienced asthma before, we had no medication on hand. As visitors from the United States with no knowledge of Japan’s medical system, we felt utterly helpless.
I hurried to the...
Japanese style 5-star hotel. The hotel was really big with many buildings. Nice staying for relax time. Breakfast were good. The room was clean and quiet. Will back agian.
Nice and clean, classy and traditional Japanese style
The complex is humongous! So many services and restaurants, you cannot make up your mind on which restaurant to choose. The buffet dinner in the restaurant at 17th floor is amazing. The Japanese garden is a gem!!!
Had a good stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back again next time
The room was a bit dated with a view of shinjuku, disappointing considering the advert and photos show views of the gardens.
Room was a bit dated. Friendly helpful staff. Located in a quiet suburb but was a 12-15mins walk to the nearest metro.

Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner.
There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.
29.12.2021 In a rush, the hotel I planned was not available, so I stayed at the hotel at the suggestion of the travel agency. The coronavirus measures were taken strictly, and the staff at the front desk and lobby were also very good. The room and windows are large and have a good view. The check-out time was 12 o'clock, so I had a lot of free time, so I was able to enjoy Sanbanjo by walking after...
It is good. There is almost everything inside. Nice view from the window on the ocean. There is a park near the hotel; an electric kettle, fridge, and USB join, a hair dryer, all the bathroom staff in the room. But if you are coming from Europe take care of the plug adapter 🔌. It differs from the ones in Russia and Europe.
Comfortable, super clean hotel close to Disney Tokyo, now being used to house officials for the Olympics. I've been here before, will come back if I can!
The hotel is nice modern and affordable, all staff are really kind and delivers a great "omotenashi" service, parking is available, rooms has optional themes, spacious and tidy with very large double king beds, rooms view has basicaly two options, the Tokyo bay side or the opposite where the rooms faces the local westernized cemetery, which is not too bad, however, funeral services can be seem from...

Tokyo, Chiyoda-ku Iidabashi 3-10-8 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
A decent hotel located in Chiyoda Area. A fair price for what you get. The staff is kind and always trying to help you. The taxis are outside lining up or Uber cars are around the area. 15 mins walk to the Old Tokyo.
The room is generally clean and tidy. The room size is not very small, compared to other hotels in Tokyo.
The hotel is a huge building with several wings. Despite the fact that we approached the reception at 2 p.m., we were refused check-in until 3 p.m. Such pettiness is disgusting - especially considering that this is a four-star (not 5 stars), expensive hotel. The air conditioner in the room sometimes started to "growl" - we had to turn it off at night. The view from the window was of some industrial...
Good room and bathroom space. In a business district so it’s a distance to the typical tourist attractions I guess. But it’s near the metro! Will come back if I’m visiting Tokyo.
It is within walking distance to metro and JR stations, and a family mart is just right across the hotel for us to catch a late night snack/ drink.
The hotel also comes with a fitness centre, which is quite a rare find in Tokyo. It also comes with free use of washing machines and steam iron. Perfect for business travellers!
Housekeeping ladies were very helpful and friendly. Short walk to train stations and family marts around.

We had an amazing stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Tokyo Dome City and several train and subway lines, making it super convenient to get around the city.

The stay in Tokyo Dome Hotel was enjoyable.
Spacious room, great view, decent food around. Nothing to complain at all.
The room was great, clean, big, good aircon, international plugs. Great services, breakfast was very nice. Very well placed, 200m aways from the subway station . And of course amazing views of Tokyo.
The only downside was the check in, you do it on an automatic machine that didn’t work well for us. In a fancy hotel like this, I would love to have a person in front of me instead of a machine.
I cannot recommend Tokyo Dome Hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was flawless. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Tokyo with easy access to everything on this side of the city. Whether we were heading out for sightseeing, shopping, or dining, everything was just a short walk or quick train ride away.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time and had another fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and the location couldn’t be more convenient.
Very nice hotel! Inside sunshine city mall, so very convenient for shopping. Good breakfast! The only thing is a bit far from the subway, takes around 10-15 min walk.
i am 1xth time live in this hotel, as locaiton is so good, sunshine city
Great svs esp Ms 陳 helped me to contact the courier company to redirect my parcel to Sunshine City Prince Hotel and received the next day. Thank you so much. Keep up the good works
Nice big hotel connected with sunshine city shopping mall, family mart is in hotel first floor, but need 10mins walk to nearly station.,Along the way to station there’s a lot of shops to see so not a problem for walk.Staff is minimum English but very helpful ✔️
One of the best for this hotel is airport limousine is right infront of the hotel!

Stayed here just for the 1 night before heading back home boooooo!!!
Good stay, hotel clean but area outside is very busy and crowded, esp at night. It was a Sunday night and lots of drunks and people just hanging around 7eleven until the early hours of the morning. Dirty with litter at night but in true Japanese style, immaculately clean at the crack of dawn - Amazing!!
Plenty of food options around...
Hotel well centralized and organized in Shinjuku area.
Great location surrounded by restaurant and attraction placed to explore.
Clean room but the water pressure was quite low
Fast check in procedure
Very good location in the middle of Kabukicho. Easy to find anythings..Good value for money. Good room size in central location.
The location is superb. Can go to any tourist spots in no time
A few minutes from Shinjuku Station East Exit, you can’t miss it from hundreds of metres away, it’s the building with Godzilla’s head sticking out 50 m above the ground. Lots of restaurants on the ground floor, convenience stores, and in the middle of Kabukicho, literally open 24 hours. Cafe and some Godzilla souvenirs on the 8th floor lobby level, where you can get close up and personal with the star...

Tokyo, 1-6-1 Nishi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The room is small but has everything you need. The decor is a bit dated, but it's very clean and well-maintained. The location right by Ikebukuro Station is super convenient, surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. The safety latch on the door provides an extra sense of security for solo travelers.
Staying at this Tokyo hotel is like having a 'fast pass' for city travel. Multiple lines, including JR East and the subway, are intertwined nearby, with stations just a few minutes' walk away. Whether you're visiting classic attractions like Senso-ji Temple and the Imperial Palace, or exploring various corners of the city, it's incredibly time-saving and convenient.
The room was clean and bright,...
Service was good. A pity laundry service was no longer found in this hotel as they have removed it. The food here was great. Breakfast had a lot of varieties. Best part has to be the location! Near ikeabukuro train services and next to a mall too! This hotel provides Shuttle bus services too which made it even more convenient! 3rd time back to this hotel!
This is the third time staying in this hotel. Limousine bus from Airport right to the door of the hotel. Super convenient. Can View Mount Fuji from our room.
Good as usual ; high floor room had a good view ; services were excellent ; price still reasonable at NY holidays
The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently located near the train station (Ikebukuro) and surrounded by numerous shopping malls such as Tobu, Seibu, Lumine, P'Parco, and BicCamera, as well as many delicious restaurants.

Impeccable service from start to end.
One thing was we inquired if a breakfast sandwich could be arranged as we left early for a tour - and the front desk “explicitly say NO” without any further confirmation from higher management as we had booked a stay with breakfast.
There’s a 7/11 and Lawson located in the same building. Subway station conveniently also in the same building!
Good location, nice hotel, great service. Highly recommend.
It was a very enjoyable stay with good service from the staff. The location is very convenient.
The only downside was delay in luggage pick up during check out and it was difficult alone with 3 pieces of luggage.
Apart from that, the stay was very good. Would recommend.
Good location near Tochomae station so 1 stop from Shinjuku station. Not as busy as Shinjuku, but close enough to walk and experience that area.
The location is superb because there are 2 train stations within walking distance. Almost all the hotel staff can speak fluent English and they are very helpful.
The hotel had 5 stars until sadly I had left my speaker in the room after check out. Sadly for what most think of Japan being a very secure country. I would highly recommend you check everything before you leave. Made worse by the blasé attitude when I report the left device. The hotel is not bad. But do make sure you got everything. Because one way or another. ITS GONE

We stayed in this hotel as a family. We booked 3 Twin Standard rooms and I would say the size of the room is decent. It is enough for 2 opened big lugagges, but you will feel cramped. Their breakfast is standard, and there is not variety since we stayed there for 5 nights and it is always the same each day. The great things about this hotel would be it is connected to a mall and their Natural Onsen...
Rooms are slightly bigger than those standard rooms in Japan. Self check in and check out. Self storing luggage as well. Located beside a small mall and 5 mins walk to monorail. Away from the hectic tourist areas. About 30 mins by train from disneyland.
Hotel is located right next to Tokyo Bay! Excellent location for view of the city at night!
The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including sashimi, miso soup, and Western pastries. The only downside is the coffee, which isn't great. The hotel itself is very well-designed; though small, it makes excellent use of space. It's also connected to the onsen at the adjacent mall, which is lovely for a soak in the evening. Just outside the hotel, there's an all-you-can-eat Japanese hotpot that...

First time staying and it was not disappointing. The aircon and water pressure and hot water controls are definitely good. Tokyo, 3 Chome-3-1 Shibakoen, Minato Ward (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is nestled in a quiet spot right next to Tokyo Tower. Upon checking in, guests can get a room with an east-facing Tokyo Tower view, and the night scenery is absolutely stunning. Downstairs, there's a Japanese restaurant famous for its tofu hotpot, which requires reservations well in advance. There's also a paid shuttle bus service available to both airports.
The location is decent, and the rooms offer a good view of Tokyo Tower. There's a subway station right outside, but you'll need to transfer to get to Shinjuku, Shibuya, or Ginza. The room size is generous, but the price is quite high, and the facilities are definitely outdated. I stayed for 5 nights, and every single night there were loud drag races happening outside, which was incredibly annoying...
Great location with easy access to taxis, and a fantastic view of Tokyo Tower. However, the room facilities are quite old.
Great location in Minato right next to the Tokyo Tower and in front of Shibakoen!
Great accomodation and service!
The room isn't big, but it's sufficient. You can see Tokyo Tower right outside the window. There's a large plaza in front of the hotel that takes about 5 minutes to walk across. Adding the 10-minute walk to the subway station, getting back to the hotel every day feels a bit far.
The room wasn't super new, but it was quite clean and tidy. We had a direct view of Tokyo Tower from our window, and breakfast offered a good variety. The only downside was that it's not very close to the subway station.

Excellent location, easy to access to JR shinjuku station. Adequate space to put a few luggages in room. We have good view from hotel. Although it is located at the busy street but it is really quiet.

It was not a good experience for me to walk down stairs from B1 to B2 for breakfast as my knee is not good enough and there are almost 30 steps. Quite hard for ppl like me. Although the location of hotel is great, the room is really tiny. I expected it would be bigger.
