The complex is humongous! So many services and restaurants, you cannot make up your mind on which restaurant to choose. The buffet dinner in the restaurant at 17th floor is amazing. The Japanese garden is a gem!!!

Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.

It is good. There is almost everything inside. Nice view from the window on the ocean. There is a park near the hotel; an electric kettle, fridge, and USB join, a hair dryer, all the bathroom staff in the room. But if you are coming from Europe take care of the plug adapter 🔌. A decent hotel located in Chiyoda Area. A fair price for what you get. The staff is kind and always trying to help you. The taxis are outside lining up or Uber cars are around the area. 15 mins walk to the Old Tokyo.

It is within walking distance to metro and JR stations, and a family mart is just right across the hotel for us to catch a late night snack/ drink. One thing was we inquired if a breakfast sandwich could be arranged as we left early for a tour - and the front desk “explicitly say NO” without any further confirmation from higher management as we had booked a stay with breakfast. The room isn't big, but it's sufficient. You can see Tokyo Tower right outside the window. There's a large plaza in front of the hotel that takes about 5 minutes to walk across. Adding the 10-minute walk to the subway station, getting back to the hotel every day feels a bit far.

This is a hotel my kids absolutely love. We've been coming here every year for the past few years. It has a large public bath with a sea view, which is a big novelty for city kids. You can buy milk in the bathhouse, and there are manga comics available when you come out. The rooms are spacious and even have a balcony. There's a shuttle service to Disneyland and a bus to the subway, making it very convenient

This is our favourite hotel and the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel with our kids. We love the location as it is right at the Shibuya crossing and subway. Everything is so convenient and accessible. We could also easily drop our bags in the room and take breaks after shopping. Room is nothing to shout about but it is decent as rooms in tokyo are usually very small.
