Tokyo, 4 Chome-10-30 Takanawa, Minato, 108-8611 Tokio, Yaponiya (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I booked a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, and it was such a great deal! The night view alone was worth a million dollars, and I can't believe it was only a 4-star hotel. 😂 The facilities here are also excellent. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the first and second floors have great shops perfect for picking up souvenirs. The hotel's location is also fantastic; it's less than a three...
Great views, especially of the Tokyo Tower. The hotel's location is super convenient, just across the street from the Yamanote Line and Keikyu Line, making it easy to get downtown or to the airport. There aren't any convenience stores right nearby, but there's a supermarket a short walk away. Most of the room facilities are quite old, and the twin beds can't be pushed together. It's also a bit tricky...
Fantastic location, right outside Shinagawa Station's central exit. I stayed in room 2768, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji. If you're a fan of yakiniku, there's a Jojoen restaurant conveniently located in the annex building.
It was my first time to stay in there. It was amazing location, service and the view!! I definitely recommend and will definitely back
This is an established brand hotel with excellent transport links. It's about an hour's ride on the Narita Express from Narita Airport, and then just a few minutes' walk from the West Exit. While Shinagawa Station and the surrounding areas are under construction, the streets are clean and dust-free. Although the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean.
This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Tokyo. I've been staying here for over 20 years! The location is fantastic, it offers great value for money, and there are tons of restaurants in the vicinity.

Tokyo, Hinode Urayasu, 7-2-3 (19 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very nice hotel! Room was spacious and clean with a great view of the bay and park. Staff were nice and quick to help. The convenience store in the hotel was so easy and we got dinner and breakfast from there - was good. A lot of families were there, so accommodating to kids. Shuttle was clean and efficient. I was able to take our luggage on the shuttle to the Disney resort, so happy to have their...
Great rooms and view. The room is clean and spacious for my family of four. We got four comfortable single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, washing area and a separated toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There is a Lawson 24hr convenience store at ground floor and other amenities like washers , dryers and microwave ovens. There are free shuttle buses to Shin Urayasu stations, Disneyland...
Regular buses to Disneyland take about 15 on the way there but can be up to 25 mins on the way home so it’s not super convenient. There is a Lawson on the ground floor which is great but it gets extremely busy once the parks have closed. Otherwise service is great and rooms are pretty spacious and our room had a great view.
I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Tokyo, and I have to say it was the best hotel experience I've had in the city so far. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenience of having a 24-hour Lawson convenience store nearby. It made it easy to...
Great and clean family room that sleeps 5 (4 bunk beds that are spacious and a sofa bed) comfortably. Service is warm and impeccable (even the helpful staff at Lawson's who helped us purchase entrance tickets to attractions) and the room service was neat and clean. For only SGD 80+ a night per person, this accommodation is a steal!
Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.

The location is great, this is my second time staying here with my kids. This time, I booked a Deluxe Twin room in the Main Building, and the newly renovated rooms are definitely much newer than those in the South Building! You can see Mount Fuji from the South Building, but not from the Main Building. However, it was a weekend during our stay, and there were many tour groups, which made it very noisy...
Fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo! The location in Shinjuku is unbeatable — just a short walk to the train stations, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels calm and comfortable. Rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards, very clean and well maintained, with great city views. The service was outstanding — staff were professional, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our...
Facilities: As a long-standing Japanese hotel, my family and I have stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel multiple times. First off, the rooms are quite spacious, so you never feel cramped or claustrophobic. The L'Occitane toiletries provided by the hotel are also excellent. What I liked most was the mineral water in glass bottles – a big plus! 👍 All other essential amenities and facilities are also well-equipped...
Th room hv space for spend time during exhausted from walking, staff are great and very good services. The food in morning hv no variety but still acceptable
The hotel's location is good, and the staff were friendly. We even had a view of Mount Fuji from our room. However, two issues during our stay made it quite uncomfortable. Firstly, the cleanliness was lacking. For the four days we stayed, house cleaning only made the beds and didn't tidy up anything else. We called the front desk to request a sheet change, but it wasn't done. The hotel's soundproofing...
Overall a great hotel to stay at. Hotel breakfast is up to expectation. Lounge was excellent. Concierge team was very helpful with restaurant reservations, thank you Ms Wei, Mr Tiago, Mr Higashi. Taxis are always available at hotel door step. Would definitely stay again.

Location is pretty good, beside the mall with observatory and aquarium. lots of food options and pokemon center!
This hotel is really convenient. You can find numerous shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. What disappointed me was that they didn’t provide any skincare. Even though I chose the upper floor, the window couldn’t be opened and the air ventilation was so so. I couldn’t sleep well.
Great location! There's a direct shuttle from Haneda Airport, and Sunshine City has everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, Big Camera, Don Quijote, and Seibu Department Store. The room is definitely considered super spacious for Tokyo. Booking floors 25-32 can effectively help you avoid elevator rush hour. The only downside...
Very nice hotel and all facilities are the best! Highly recommended as its sooo accessible - near everything! Plus point is there’s bus drop and pickup services to the airport. So easy!
This is an older, established hotel in Japan that used to be quite prestigious. The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Among the three hotels I stayed at this trip, this was the best one.
The room was really small, but very clean. Breakfast was also good. The service was attentive and thoughtful; a hotel staff member even personally walked us out to help us find the airport shuttle stop when we left. The hotel's location is also great, with direct access to the large Sunshine mall downstairs. There's plenty of food and shopping, and every day during our stay there were lively activities...

The hotel's location is excellent, with direct bus access nearby. Downstairs, it's very lively at night with many restaurants. There are JR and subway stations close by, making transportation incredibly convenient.
Room size was big comparing other hotels in Tokyo. Facilities were offered and the best thing is the shower. Unfortunately, I dont like the way the make you to join their membership program.
The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's right in the heart of Shinjuku's Kabukicho, with all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. It's a lively area! Plus, it's less than a ten-minute walk to Shinjuku Station East Exit, making transportation super convenient. Highly recommend!
Very convenient location with many shops, arcades, restaurants and entertainment venues around. 5-minute walk to subway station and 10-minute walk to JR station. Room was spacious and clean. Shower and bathtub big enough for taking care of a young child. Buffet breakfast was a nice addition worth paying extra for.
Great location. Right in the centre of entertainment and food district. 700 meters to Shinjuku subway station.

A great place to stay for a family. Our room is spacious for 4 guest and staff are friendly. They have free shuttle service going to maihama station which makes it convenient if you want to explore around and take the metro.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service near the subway station, which I found very convenient for getting around. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs. Plus, the train to Disneyland and Universal Studios is just outside the hotel entrance, so the location is incredibly convenient. We had three beds for three people, and the room was a good size with a fantastic view...
This hotel is located in the Disney Resort, but the room facilities are very old. Our room had no Disney elements at all. The only highlight was being able to see Mount Fuji. The hotel service was still very good. Whether it was the front desk or luggage storage, the staff were very enthusiastic. We also bought our tickets at the hotel. It's walking distance from the monorail station, so no shuttle...
The fireworks at Disney, visible from the balcony, were absolutely amazing! 👍 The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, with several restaurants to choose from. The room was more spacious than typical hotel rooms, and the room service was excellent value for money.
The room felt quite dated, I think the 'renovation' mentioned on Ctrip only applied to the lobby. The location is super convenient though, with direct bus lines to Disney and both airports. The view from the window was nice. My only real complaint is the old Japanese bidet, which made a ridiculously loud flushing sound. Also, the check-in process was a bit slow. Overall, the value for money was pretty...
True to its five-star rating, the rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting to Disneyland. Plus, having a Lawson convenience store right next door at the Hilton is really handy for grabbing snacks and drinks.

Arakawa and staff in the restaurant are top notch, made me and my fiancée feel extremely welcomed and accommodated with her gluten allergy and they went above and beyond for us. We ate here for dinner 3 nights and breakfast 3 mornings, and stayed in one of the bay view rooms. Great location if visiting Disney parks and the staff alone is what made this stay a truly special one. Thanks again Arakawa...
200% highly recommend this hotel — it’s incredibly family-friendly! While waiting to check in, there’s a large play area directly across from the front desk, along with Disney TV channels playing to keep children entertained. Even the hallway space by the elevators has areas for kids to explore while they wait. Inside the room, there are several interactive features as well — the kids absolutely loved...
We loved our little stay. The kid-friendly room are absolutely adorable with the forest animals and little witch themed room. My son loved his bunkbed. There were 6 beds in this space which was a little much for us but I can see it being helpful for big families going to Disney. Shower was nice. Everything was very clean. The view of the bay and the city were beautiful. Location is very convenient...
We stayed in Jan for ~$160 a night. We had a park view which means you can see Disney Sea. The room was very spacious. The beds were not as comfortable as others but fine. The hotel's location is fantastic – just a two-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station. The surrounding shopping area is incredibly convenient. We had a very stressful situation during our stay when our 3-year-old child suddenly became very sick late at night. The hotel manager went above and beyond to help us. You know how people say the last thing you experience carries more weight than the whole thing. Well, this is the second time staying at this hotel. And both times I booked the business suite. 1) This time they gave me a smaller room on the same floor. We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Tokyo with our 5 month child. Traveling with an infant can be stressful, but the hotel made everything feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish. This hotel is simply wonderful! Our favorite aspect, are the professional Ambassadors, Waly and Waki. During your arrival, stay, and departure, they will certainly elevate your Lobby experience. Individually, they are the best in the business. They recognize nearly every guest with gracious appreciation. They take time to learn about you, your needs, and they happily assist you during your stay....
Overall, quite satisfied. It's an older luxury hotel with direct bus services to various airports right from the premises. The lobby is spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The location is fairly convenient too; getting around Tokyo by taxi isn't expensive these days, even cheaper than in Korea. A taxi to Shinjuku only cost me about 40 RMB. The views are excellent!
The airport limousine bus stops directly at the hotel, and the free shuttle to Shinjuku Station was very convenient. The room itself was spacious, but the toilet and bathroom were not separated, which made it slightly inconvenient for three people to use. Very close to Shinagawa Station, just a 3-minute walk, making it super convenient for getting around. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's small but has everything you need! I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Tokyo.
The hotel is incredibly close to the station, and Shinagawa Station is a major transportation hub for both the airport and Shinkansen, which probably explains why it's so popular. They've incorporated a lot of self-service options.
Good location, staff nice and helpful
The location is super convenient, right across from JR Shinagawa Station, and it only takes 20 minutes to get to Haneda Airport. The self-check-in system was a bit finicky; it insisted on a domestic address to complete the process, but there was staff available to help. There's a shopping mall, convenience stores, and restaurants right next to the hotel. The 7-Eleven even offers tax refunds. On B1...
Everything went well, check-in and check-out were quick, and cleaning was done every day. There's a coffee machine in the room.
I stayed here again this year. It's right across the street from the Takanawa Exit of Shinagawa Station, in the East Tower. You can check yourself in and out, which is convenient. Extremely close to the subway, and the airport bus drops you off right at the hotel. Taxis in Tokyo are expensive, so finding a hotel with direct airport access is crucial. (Attached: how to book airport transportation from the hotel)

This is hands down the worst Hyatt I've ever stayed at in Japan. I checked in on the 20th, and on the evening of the 22nd, while packing my bags, I found a receipt next to the bed. I initially thought it was mine and didn't pay much attention. Later, I discovered a used feminine hygiene product under the bed. When I looked at the receipt again, it was dated the 17th. Excellent! The airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel, and the service is very attentive. There's also a shuttle bus from the hotel to Shinjuku Station, so all in all, it's incredibly convenient.
The room appeared to be over 25 square meters, but for exact measurements, refer to the hotel description. The furniture and lighting in the room were tastefully designed, combining wood and metal elements. The bathroom had the visual effect of stone, though I didn't confirm the actual material. Ventilation in the room was excellent, and it stayed warm even in winter. The room was cleaned thoroughly...
The room was decent, nothing fancy like a minibar, probably because it was recently renovated. Overall, it's okay, though there was a fair bit of dust on the linens. I booked this hotel for the 2026 Tokyo Marathon. Its location is incredibly convenient, with multiple subway lines within a 500-meter radius. The famous Tokyo Tower is right behind the hotel. Best of all, there are direct subway lines to both the start and finish lines of the Tokyo Marathon, so no transfers are needed.
Aside from being a bit far from all the subway stations, everything else was great. You can see Tokyo Tower, and the courtyard is quite spacious. It's also right next to Zojoji Temple, Tokyo's second-largest temple. The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained, and getting a 20-square-meter room for around 1000 yuan offers really good value for money.
The hotel's location is indeed excellent, very close to Tokyo Tower. My room had a perfect view of the entire Tokyo Tower, and the hotel breakfast was also of very good quality. The only minor drawback is that the facilities are a bit old, but otherwise, everything was satisfactory.
The Tokyo Tower is right outside the window, just a 5-minute walk away, which is super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was excellent!
Sitting, eating, and enjoying the view 💕 Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading us for two nights to a room where we could see Tokyo Tower right from our bed! 🙇‍♀️ Even more special was getting to see the Tokyo Tower lit up in white and pink. Such a historic hotel, thumbs up! 👍

All staff have good standard of English with high quality service. Highly recommended!
This time I came to Tokyo for a company team-building trip, and we chose Shinjuku for its convenient shopping. The hotel was incredibly convenient! It's just a stone's throw from Isetan and Lumine Shinjuku. The service, as expected, was professional, warm, and attentive; they anticipated every need and detail before we even had to ask.
Great central hotel in the heart of Shinjuku’s nightlife and transport links. The location made it very easy to get around Tokyo. Rooms were on the smaller side but comfortable for our stay. We really enjoyed the tasty beef curry at the buffet dinner. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout.
The biggest plus for this hotel is its fantastic location right in the heart of Shinjuku, surrounded by all the hustle and bustle. The front desk and bell staff were pretty good. But from there, it was mostly downsides: The bathroom was outdated; the toilet seat was wobbly, and the buttons were worn out. The showerhead couldn't be adjusted, so it never sprayed directly at you, requiring constant manual...
Shinjuku Prince Hotel is a great choice for staying in Tokyo, especially because of its excellent location. The hotel is right in the heart of Shinjuku, close to the train station, shopping areas, restaurants, and entertainment spots, which makes getting around very convenient. The rooms are clean and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay after a long day of exploring the city. Considering...

This a last minute booking, decide to come back early from Nagoya. I have another booking with a bigger room and they actually upgrade me for this one night so that I do not need to change room after, so considerate of them. Very much appreciated.
The room is slightly dirty with stinks on bed. The hotel is located right by the subways station, but slightly far away from the JR station(about 6-8 mins of walk), but luckily the way to the station is flat and easy to find.
Everything is average, room size is alright however, everything look old and yellowish. Positive side of this hotel is it’s right next to the Ryogoku station exit and you can see Tokyo sky tree from the room. Always missing toothbrush from the amenities area. We have to walk up to the reception to ask for it.
Great location, very close to the subway station, which makes getting around super easy.
The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to a subway station, and they offer a shuttle service to the Disney Resort, though reservations are required in advance. Our triple room had a pleasant view, but unfortunately, we couldn't see the Skytree from it. However, you can head up to the 18th-floor observation window for panoramic views of Tokyo, including the Skytree. The room was spacious...
Conveniently located with a great view of Tokyo Sky Tree. The area is quiet and has a very friendly vibe’

Overall, it was very good. The room was small, but Japanese hotels are generally small. Room it was very clean and staff were very helpful.
Friendly staff, self check in/out is efficient. The room is a bit small for single.
Location is fine. Taking about 15 mins to walk to shinjuku station. Staffs are friendly. Room is ready before check in time which is good.
The location is very convenient to the shopping and food areas of Shinjuku. The room was comfortable and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d easily recommend this hotel to any couples visiting Tokyo
The hotel is great and near many amenities. Services are great as well. Recommended.
Great location, great service ! We had an early check in at 1pm and we are so glad with this service, we off load all our luggage right away and explored the heart of shinjuku. This area is safe and convenient for night city explorer, the roof top bar offers great view for us to enjoy our drinks. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.
