Transportation: Taking the train to Akasaka-mitsuke is more convenient; Yotsuya is not. The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was served, but there was no room service. Breakfast options were four choices. The lounge was unremarkable overall; nothing exceeded expectations, but nothing was particularly disappointing.

The service and food in the lounge were both very good. The gym and spa were also great. I wish the spa was open a little later. Also, part of the key setting part on the security box was peeling off. I was too scared to use it.

A great place to stay for a family. Our room is spacious for 4 guest and staff are friendly. They have free shuttle service going to maihama station which makes it convenient if you want to explore around and take the metro.

Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.

We had a very relaxing weekend with a nice view. The atmosphere was calm, and the breakfast buffet included both Japanese and Western style options, so there was something for everyone.

The rooms are a bit dated, but the service is really good. It's very close to Shinagawa Station, making it easy to walk everywhere. Plus, there's a large 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient.

Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep. The view from the room is so special.  It was so lovely.  I did not close the curtain at night just because I wanna see the fantastic view when I open my eyes.  You can see X’mas fireworks from your window as well.

The hotel's location is great, with several subway lines nearby making travel very convenient. Check-in is on the 5th floor, and there's a lovely garden on the 4th floor. You have a choice of restaurants for breakfast, and the one upstairs offers a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. I'd say the breakfast is quite good by Japanese standards. The environment was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was quite rich. It's a great place for friends to just relax and unwind. There's also a bar time in the evening, so you pretty much don't need to go out for dinner. Having a few drinks and chatting with friends there was very enjoyable.

Tge hotel is absolutely fine. However the room a little dated but think there is a programme of works so rooms may be brought up to date. Eg. The room lighting is very dim so with all brown/beige walls and carpet makes for a very dim room. the toilet is way too big for the size of bathroom!
