Excellent location for a temporary stay. Walking distance to Shinjuku.

Kind staff though instructions could be better rather than just a printed A4. Room was clean and tidy though very small but enough for a single traveler spending a single night for domestic travels.

Last time the bath was too hot to use, but this time the temperature was just right and very enjoyable. I'm very satisfied! The food was average. The price was also very affordable and excellent. I'd love to stay again.

And 3 stars due to the fact that you have to give away your key to reception staff when exit the hotel, also because the hotel is strictly closed from 1 am at night till morning without letting tenants inside. This hotel is very old and not friendly at all. There is a curfew between 1am and 6am. And they make a lot of noise in the hallways every morning. My check-out was due at 10am and they called me 5 times starting at 9.30am while I was showering, that’s very rude. Also they threatened to make me pay a supplement if I was not out by 10.15am. Breakfast is supposedly open until 10am but I arrived at 9....
