The service was excellent, with six different meals available daily in the executive corridor. You can also enjoy a Japanese sauna 🧖♀️

It's rare to find a hotel in Tokyo with a Japanese garden; it was beautiful and comfortable! The shower floor tiles were a bit slippery; I suggest replacing them with non-slip tiles, which might be better for the elderly!

Although the space wasn't very large, the room service was excellent. There are many restaurants on-site, and since I was a guest, the front desk made it easy to book dinner

I recommend their Sky Dinner; the view and experience are fantastic, offering panoramic views of Tokyo's nightscape

The service and food in the lounge were both very good. The gym and spa were also great. I wish the spa was open a little later. Also, part of the key setting part on the security box was peeling off

While I rarely go to buffets, the food here was quite good, especially the Wagyu beef teppanyaki – it was amazing

In addition, I thought that there would be no cleaning because I used it for consecutive nights at this price, but I was surprised that the room was cleaned neatly and the amenities were replenished

It was a hotel that I wanted to use again because the service and cost performance were very good. I felt that the facility was a little old, but it was clean and well-maintained

Recently, there are many places that do not clean even if you stay for a long time, so I was grateful to have the room cleaned despite the price

It seems that there is also a Japanese-style room, so I would like to use it next time. This hotel is suitable for business and sightseeing

The room is small but that is expected for the type, it was clean and neat, it shows some wear but nothing too bad. In the future I will try and book there as well because it is very close to the station and easy to find

Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable to sleep in. Location is very convenient too as there is a train station, a grocery store, and a McDonald's nearby. Yes the hotel is a bit old, but you get your money's worth.

The view from the window was nice. My only real complaint is the old Japanese bidet, which made a ridiculously loud flushing sound. Also, the check-in process was a bit slow. Overall, the value for money was pretty good

They have free shuttle service going to maihama station which makes it convenient if you want to explore around and take the metro

You can even watch the Disney fireworks from the hotel at 8:25 PM! I'd recommend having younger, English-speaking staff at the front desk, as the English pronunciation of the older staff was quite confusing

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service near the subway station, which I found very convenient for getting around. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs

The fireworks at Disney, visible from the balcony, were absolutely amazing! 👍 The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, with several restaurants to choose from

Plus, the train to Disneyland and Universal Studios is just outside the hotel entrance, so the location is incredibly convenient

I also really enjoyed the snacks provided by the hotel; they were delicious and a nice extra touch. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo

Very old fashioned hotel, everything is just right. Room is tidy and comfortable, facing Royal Palace. Old Imperial Bar is worth to try, sitting at the bar side, the atmosphere is just about perfect.

The room is spacious, especially compared to many other hotels in Tokyo, and feels very comfortable. The service from the staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive

This is a very good hotel in an excellent location, directly opposite a beautiful park and the Imperial Palace

Imperial Hotel is a must-stay in Tokyo, a classic, established hotel with absolutely superb and thoughtful service! The location is excellent, right in the Ginza CBD, directly opposite Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace

The rooms are a bit dated, but the service is really good. It's very close to Shinagawa Station, making it easy to walk everywhere. Plus, there's a large 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient.

Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.

There's a 7-Eleven on the basement floor and a Mont-bell across the street. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around

We had a very relaxing weekend with a nice view. The atmosphere was calm, and the breakfast buffet included both Japanese and Western style options, so there was something for everyone.

Unfortunately we cannot experience the breakfast this time, will definitely manage to try it next time! This trip deepens my appreciation and I cannot wait to return for more!

The room was spacious and bright, with a stunning tower view from the floor-to-ceiling balcony doors. Daily housekeeping promptly replenished toiletries

The hotel is located in south Tokyo. It is 1 min walk from the station, which makes it easy to reach the city centre. The room we were provided, was neat and clean. We had a superb view of the odaiba area

The views are nice. The breakfast selection on the 1st floor has gotten smaller, but the restaurant on the 30th floor is still quite good.

Other than the above, everything was exceptional, the housekeeping team who cleaned our room daily saw that we had a lot of empty bottles of water, and they did refill with the room with enough water without having us to call and request for more

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was great for relaxing. Check-in was very quick, thanks to the front desk staff

Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep

You have a choice of restaurants for breakfast, and the one upstairs offers a fantastic view of Mount Fuji. I'd say the breakfast is quite good by Japanese standards. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent too

Since the Prince Hotel is right across the street, there are plenty of excellent restaurants and dining options nearby, which is a huge plus. Transportation is also incredibly convenient

Moving to major districts like Shinjuku, Ginza, and Shibuya by train/subway is fast and easy. If you are looking for a central base in Tokyo with great food and accessibility, I highly recommend staying here

The hotel's location is great, with several subway lines nearby making travel very convenient. Check-in is on the 5th floor, and there's a lovely garden on the 4th floor

There's also a bar time in the evening, so you pretty much don't need to go out for dinner. Having a few drinks and chatting with friends there was very enjoyable

Room and bed were very comfortable, immaculately clean and modern. 2 mins walk from train station, if you need lift access to train then a 6 mins walk, we had a stroller

I found the lobby staff a little lack of personality, at check in, no mentioning of where breakfast will be, what time check out is. Just checked you in and that’s it, no personal notes in the room

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Tokyo, and I especially want to recognize Waly for the outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, Waly was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive

He provided extremely helpful information about baby changing stations, hotel amenities, shuttle buses to Shinjuku Station, and bus options to Haneda Airport

The hotel also provided a sturdy wooden infant crib for our child, which was safe, well-built, and gave us great peace of mind during our stay

The highlight of our stay was the checkout experience. It was quick and seamless, and an ambassador named Waly truly went above and beyond

You will realize that you are very close to Fantasy Springs and indeed there is an entrance into the park from there but only for Toy Story and FS guests - you will have to take the monorail

Arakawa and staff in the restaurant are top notch, made me and my fiancée feel extremely welcomed and accommodated with her gluten allergy and they went above and beyond for us

200% highly recommend this hotel — it’s incredibly family-friendly! While waiting to check in, there’s a large play area directly across from the front desk, along with Disney TV channels playing to keep children entertained

There’s even a Lawson convenience store and a small Disney gift shop inside the hotel (just in case you didn’t buy enough 🤣) Breakfast is buffet-style with a great variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious

At the lobby at the hotel, you can also find a grocery store (Lawson), a cafe and two breakfast buffets, which offer a variety of delicious food in the morning. Overall, the Hilton Tokyo Bay exceeded my expectations

We were at the very end of the hall which meant a bit of a walk to the elevator so I would ask to stay close to an elevator if possible. We were on the "Lawson side" (which is the side further from Toy Story)

The room appeared to be over 25 square meters, but for exact measurements, refer to the hotel description. The furniture and lighting in the room were tastefully designed, combining wood and metal elements

For environmental reasons, linens were changed every four days, which is acceptable. The lighting controls were well-placed, with three master switches: one on each side of the bed and one by the door

This is an older luxury hotel located on the quieter side of Shinjuku. It has a beautiful lobby, and there's a fantastic Japanese restaurant on the second floor

Excellent! The airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel, and the service is very attentive. There's also a shuttle bus from the hotel to Shinjuku Station, so all in all, it's incredibly convenient.

Across from the hotel is an office building, but its indoor plaza, "Triangle Plaza," has fantastic dining options, as well as a lawn, a large screen, and two or three Christmas photo areas

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tocho-mae subway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not particularly spacious

This hotel is strategically located in the heart of Shinjuku, approximately 10 minutes away from Shinjuku Station. It is also very close to Kabukicho, which is approximately a 5-minute walk away

The room facilities are excellent, and there's space for luggage. Breakfast is good, though the dining area is a bit small, but you'll manage. (There are 100 other places to eat nearby anyway

Whenever I stay in Tokyo I choose this one, close to Kabukicho’s busy night life with fantastic workers and onsen (my favourite part)

The hotel in the famous shiba park, very close to Tokyo station. We were there for tokyo marathon weekend, unfortunately the free train ticket inside the bib package cannot use in the train line next to the hotel

We booked a room that included complimentary access to the executive club lounge, which was excellent value. We enjoyed food and drinks from afternoon check-in until 9:30 PM, and several of the wines were superb

Facilities: We got an upgraded room, which was a newer model. It had a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which was nice. Environment: The new tower feels much better than the old facilities

Service: The attitude was okay, pretty much what you'd expect for the price. Complimentary Executive Lounge Access: Didn't have any time to use it! 😂

We are blocked out from the station entry gate. It seems only Tokyo metro lines can use this ticket but none of them running next to our hotel

Location is great and near train station , but to other destinations is a little far. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is generous with giving towels and water. Water is not given by default for some reason

Literally a one-minute walk to Oimachi Station on the Rinkai Line. There's a bakery and a cafe inside the station. Oimachi JR Station is a 5-minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants on the next street over

Good location, 2 min walk from JR Oimachi station. In front of station, there is Keikyu airport bus to Haneda airport ( from oimacho JPY 650). Room quite small for single type if you bring 2 suitcases

Plus, there's a supermarket right downstairs and a department store across the street, covering all a traveler's needs for food, accommodation, and transportation. I honestly think it's fantastic!

This is my second stay here, and it offers great value for money. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and shopping. The hotel provides a luggage room for guests to store their bags

With the current favorable exchange rate, that's only about 22 RMB (what more could you ask for, haha!). After a long day of walking, a dip in the hot spring is incredibly relaxing~

It’s very close to Disneyland/sea but also close to Ginza xx even though the station is near by it’s not too noisy at all x && there’s a family mart right downstairs!!!

The train station is just 2 minutes walk and you can easily reach Tokyo station or Disney Land within 10 minutes. The Keiyo line there connects with Hibiya line that you can go to other places such as Ginza, Ueno,

It has many convienient amenities close by - a Family Mart in the hotel, a bathhouse, a fitness room, a restaurant and the train station is just a 3 minute walk away

I was attending an exhibition in Odaiba, and it was just a 3-stop ride on the Yurikamome Line, then a 2-minute walk from the station exit on the same level to the hotel lobby

The room size was adequate, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking, with noticeable dust accumulation in several spots. There are some restaurants directly opposite in Senkyaku Banrai

Also, during my 3-night stay, bottled water was only provided for two days. There was no water on the day I checked in, which was probably an oversight by housekeeping

The hotel's main selling point is definitely the Tokyo Bay city night view. Even the hot spring on the 14th floor faces Tokyo Bay

At just over 700 a night, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We, a family of three, booked a triple room, and it was very spacious. The room also came with a table and chairs, and the hotel was spotlessly clean

I stayed for three nights, but the pillowcases and bedding were not changed for three days. I would have preferred new ones even for consecutive nights. The Apa President Curry was quite delicious

Great stay at APA Hotel Yamanote Otsuka Ekimae Tower. Clean rooms, friendly service, and an excellent location near the station. Rooms are small . Good value for Tokyo — I would stay again.
