Love this place - my go-to in Tokyo. Love the atmosphere and the provisions. Has good laundry facilities, and the location is excellent for access to Shinjuku station, shopping, and bars. The onsen is great, although it could do with a cold plunge to make the experience even better!

I used the onsen for the first time and the first class cabin was not that bad and easy for a first time capsule experience. They stored my luggage the next day as well. Great experience overall.

Hotel was located in front of the exit to Ichigaya station. Economy class rooms were also quite comfortable for me. Restrooms and showers were also very clean. The room is well-cleaned and all the amenities you need are provided. It's right next to Kanda Station, and being a women-only facility gives you a sense of security. Depending on the time of day, the lockers can get crowded and full of people unpacking their suitcases. The capsule is spacious, so I was able to sleep soundly.

the locker is on first floor ree so we have to up n down to get our things, they don't provide you a toothbrush if u don't ask for it, when you leave your luggage you even can't use the toilet even you have reservations there

I just wanted to experience the capsule room. It felt quite spacious. The hotel provided earplugs but I didn't use them. Maybe I was tired after walking all day and didn't hear any sound. However, the price was a bit high. If two people were together, it would be more convenient and private to find an ordinary hotel.

Wonderful experience at this oyado! The service and amenities were outstanding. Literally, nothing needs to bring! The artificial hot bath was amazing! People staying in Oyado were so respectful and quiet, keeping others privacy. I will comeback here and anywhere in Japan. Highly recommended!!

They have a nice bathhouse in the basement. Capsules do feel a bit small. Lockers are small, but you can put your stuff in your capsule or outside of it. Would book again, it's an authentic Japanese experience.

It's good that there are capsules for women only. It's an older facility and there are various restrictions, but since accommodation costs are rising, I think it's good for a room-only stay. It was nice that there was a bath, sauna, and laundry available.
