Stayed one night and liked it so much that I'm planning to return to this hotel tonight after visiting Kamakura. The room is spacious and the transportation is convenient. Traveling with my son, this was a very satisfying stay in Tokyo. I also stayed one night at the Washington hotel nearby, which has A and B buildings. We had unagi (grilled eel) at a restaurant next door; they only serve 10 portions a day, and I got the last one. Couldn't order it for my son, so we had to order from the downstairs menu instead.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station's underground passage. On the first day, I couldn't find the passage, but walking along the main road from the South Exit works just as well, and it was a pleasant walk. The room was clean and not too small, which I was happy with.

Whenever we go to Japan Tokyo we always stay at Washington shinjuku hotel always a pleasant stay and the staff is nice. Japan rooms are typically small so manage expectations but for cleanliness and accessibility to a lot of places with a lot of restaurants at the hotel itself

Choose this hotel if u r taking airport limo bus, it’s just located outside of the hotel. But it might takes walking distance 10 minutes+ to Shinjuku station. I stayed in Annex and it looks new

Strange odour in the room upon entering. Fortunately they provide an air purifier, air freshener spray and fan, but it still took about 2 days to rid the smell.

The room is small, barely enough for putting your luggage and walking space. Room is just basic, so don't expect too much. But location is good, located on one of the stops for airport shuttle. And tube station is walking distance

For a business traveller, this place is convenient.  There’s Japan Limosine Bus stop right in front of this hotel.  Within the building, there are also many restaurants around.

The price was really cheap, and the airport bus goes directly there. However, compared to Keio Plaza, from the room view to the breakfast, you really get what you pay for. All in all, the Washington Hotel is the top choice for ordinary folks looking to go shopping every day.

The hotel is 10 walking distance from the Shinjuku station and quite convenient.
The room is quite small but good enough for 1 person to rest. I’ve compared with colleagues who stayed in Washington Shinjuku Main Building, and my Annex Building, Annex building is better with less crowds and bigger room.
Overall experience is moderate but it’s warm, cozy and quiet enough after long day meetings and work.

Nice place with helpful desk manager. A little bit hard to find and like 17-20 min from metro station.
Cleaning is not really good.
And you can take bus from airport directly to hotel, what is really comfortable.

Quite a distance walk from Shinjuku station. Clean and nice but rather small. Shower room need to step up. Rather high for elderly.
